'Tis the season for giving thanks in the best way.
A recent transplant to the DC area, Elizabeth "Liza" Anderson is invited to have Thanksgiving dinner with her co-worker's family. After an enjoyable evening, she finds herself going back to retrieve something the next day--only to be faced with six-foot-three delicious inches of temptation.
David Marcus is the crowned prince of the Collins family. Due to a gross miscommunication, he missed the Thursday evening feast with his family for the first time. However, he stumbles across something far more appetizing the next day when he lays eyes on Liza.
The reasons to not give in to temptation are obvious.
The older lady and younger man were quite interesting. They were both grown, so what is my beef? I'm not sure; it's just a little different. Also, the title is deceptive. I almost skipped it because the title felt iky. It's not what I thought.
Hey Auntie was a fun read. Ms. Liza went from her sex life being meh/nonexistent to young David Marcus putting her through the mattress. Bedding your new friend’s favorite nephew is surely complicated but not everyone can hit your spot like that, soooo I guess a girl’s got to do what a girl’s got to do.
The male author brought a different feel to this reverse age gap. The MMC’s are typically confident and sexually aggressive in these types of stories but Jsin Graham gives us an internal monologue for David Marcus that is funny and endearing and makes the story feel more realistic. Eagerly headed to book 2.
Reread review: GREAT GOOGLY MOOGLY. I am so glad we have a SAY WHAT YOU MEAN now because Jsin went IN on this book. I'm glad I re-read it. YEAH! On to book 2.
Good read! But. There is always a but! Does the story just... end... or am I being greedy? Possibly both! Hey Auntie is an excellent post Thanksgiving shot of erotica. I love reading romance by men (Black men specifically) because I swear it is a whole different ball game- a different flair and flavor, a peek into the mind of men when they think about and talk about sex. I love flowery and poetic prose but also love the straightforward HEAT I get from male authored romance. Does it feel... unfinished? The tiniest bit. Again I could be greedy bc I have never finished a Jsin Graham book and not wanted to know what comes next. I already told the author that we gotta tussle over an epilogue because I'm not letting David Marcus and Liza go. And so there.

I think Hey Auntie by Jsin Graham is a well written and engaging age gap erotica. Though it's a novella, the author does a great job at giving us a lot of background about the MMC (the FMC is a bit of a mystery but you get the gist of who she is). The spicy scenes advance the story and there's so much chemistry between these characters, even if it is only superficial. I highly recommend this one.

Whew! The sex scenes were hot, sexy, and steamy! This ended too soon! I need more of David Marcus and Liza! Jsin Gagham definitely has a future in writing.
This was a very sexxii age gap story lol!! I wasn’t expecting this but it was fantastic. I think it was a little long winded at times with them being in their minds but overall goodie!!
I found this to be decent, it was definetly hot and spicy. I think that the end was not the best and didn’t give a lot of resolution idk. Overall, there is not neceassirly a plot here which isn’t bad but it made it an underwhelming novella
Hide ya Aunties, David Marcus is home for the holiday.
This novella has all the right ingredients of an older woman / younger man, should we or shouldn’t we trope mixed with some cute and almost romantic moments. I’m hoping for a sequel to see if these two reunite for more sex, get found out, or if they (gasp!) actually fall in love. ;) Great Read.
This was a cute short story. However, at certain points in the story I was confused at how we had gotten to the next part. It didn’t seem to flow effortlessly from one point to the next. I do appreyhiw that age gap did not interfere with the communication between the two although they were only involved physically. I’m invested to see what happens next with these two.
Liza and David’s weekend affair was unexpected and yet needed for both of them. They don’t speak of their age difference yet their sexual energy speaks for them. Quick read
Something about this didn’t do it for me but I’m big on forming your own opinions. Age gap romance with an older fmc. He’s the nephew of her colleague/friend. Set around thanksgiving. I say give it a read and see if you like it.
I very much enjoyed this book. The meet, the build up, all of it!! David Marcus is exactly who he thinks he is 🤣🤣🤣 and Ms. Liza is just hanging on getting her back cracked LMAO
I’m not gonna lie, I wouldnt be lying to a damn soul about who my grown behind was messing with but that’s just me 😅
This was a quick read but it was jammed packed with all the things…..instant attraction, forbidden love, age-gap and spice. Need I say more? Well, I won’t because I’m ready to jump into book 2
This was just an okay read for me. It wasn’t bad but not as good as it could’ve been. The spice level was ok as well. It read almost like AI or ChatGPT. Not sure I’ll read the next installment.
This was a good read with some steamy scenes. The books definitely left me wanting to know more about what will happen between David Marcus and Ms. Liza.
I wasn't sure what to expect from this older women/younger man book but it definitely did not disappoint. Wow! I can't wait to read more from this author. Great read.
Sir to the front! Immediately! My God this was a time! I need to know more. Did she ride off into the sunset to NC? Could he keep a secret? Baby I loved every minute of this
I love a good older woman, younger man story so of course I had to pick this up. David Marcus had Ms. Liza wrapped up ok! The interactions with the friends and family were a little meh and didn’t keep my attention, but Liza and David Marcus? I need more of them.
David is home from college for Thanksgiving break and meets Liza, his aunt's new work friend and sparks fly.
Okay, so age gap is not my favorite trope but this was written nicely. It was framed well, and showed the compatibility of the two people--their commonalities instead of constantly harping on the separation. I love that Liza wasn't too old; that would have been uncomfortable. David was mature and up front, even when he stumbled and I liked seeing him try to figure out how to move with Liza. Liza needed to let loose and I'm glad she did. And their passion was very nice. There's a follow up I'll definitely be reading.
