I had the privilege of being a beta reader for My Family, My Mexico and have now read it twice — and it hit just as powerfully the second time. This story is raw, emotional, and faith-filled in a way that makes you laugh, cry, and reflect deeply.
Chris’s journey is messy, real, and incredibly human. The struggles he faces in Oaxaca — from sickness to heartbreak to isolation — are written with such honesty that you feel every moment alongside him.
