I believe Alan did a decent job of uncovering some of the tenants of what l believe a long term trader looks like while presenting it as a conversation. The author makes no claims this is a manual of process (I think one should read Elder's works for that), but explores what seemed to make her so successful. It's an easy read and will likely make it into my annual list of motivational reads.
