Janet never expected the hot day to end with a hot date with an even hotter dragon shifter she meets in line at the bakery. She has a craving for sticky rolls, but that’s the yeast of her worries when Throgar the Devourer has romantic plans to woo her properly. He’s post frenzy, trying to behave, but she might just bring out the dragon’s desire for buns.
3.5⭐️ Unhinged Dragon smut. Low on plot, just what I’d expect but what there is, is humorous and engaging. I love the tone of the author, if Betty Cocker writes it, I’m going to read it. She roasts her trolls and AI generated literature and it fits within the story. Damn! She absolutely came play and brought dragon fire. If you love a ridiculous, smutty good time and the filthiest puns then you are in the right place. This book knows what it is and what it’s not and I LOVE that. All the smutty vibes and saucy genius.
I’m normally not very into smutty books but I saw a review on this and thought I had to try it. Definitely more explicit than anything I’ve read. But the puns are plenty and the humor is too. I don’t know if I’d want to read a whole book like that but this was so short it was actually so fun to read. The author didn’t take herself or the story too seriously. If you’re looking for a super quick read, definitely check this out.
I sent passages of this to a friend who needed cheering up. Their response was, "What a terrible day to be literate." I felt compelled to inflict it on others. It is pretty much made for a dramatic reading performance. If there is an audio book reading of this, the voice actors deserve some sort of award for reading it.
Ridiculously unhinged, hilarious, and slightly alarming. I expected absolutely nothing less. I have a love hate relationship with this series and I can’t stop reading them.
It's so ridiculously unhinged that I loved it. The puns were so Betty Cocker bad (which is good, haha). And somehow, she managed to fit both the confectionary aspect of the series in WITH a hot dog theme. Genius! Also, the amount of fourth-wall breaks killed me (in the best way).
2 stars is a high rating for this from me, and it’s only because the author’s snark and breaking the fourth wall was funny enough to make up for the rest of it.
The funniest shortest dragon smut book I have ever read. This 42 page book was a quick and dirty read that will ruin hot dogs for you but I could not stop laughing.
