In this romantic comedy with a spellbinding spark, a young witch is torn between a lie that might save her home and admitting the truth to the infuriatingly handsome man who cares more about profit than preservation.

Secret witch Coco Higginbotham has the perfect magical land preservation in Mystic Meadows, Georgia. Here magic threads through the land and unicorn critters roam free, though human magic is strictly forbidden. But when billionaire developer Stone Maddox threatens the town’s magical flow with his resort construction, what’s a closeted witch to do but cast a spell to make him see reason?

Unfortunately, Coco accidentally wipes out his memory too. Thanks to his uncanny connection with her (and some convenient lies of omission), he soon concludes they’re a couple. And this new Stone? He’s kind, caring, and nothing like the man who threatened everything she loves.

As Coco scrambles to reverse her spell and restore Stone’s memory, she faces an impossible choice. Tell the truth and lose the man she’s falling for—or keep lying and risk exposing the magical secret that could destroy her life.

And what is more dangerous—being discovered as a witch, or discovering she can’t let him go?

Hey, I’m Amy,
I write books for folks who crave laugh-out-loud paranormal mysteries. I help bring humor into readers’ lives. I’ve got a Pharm D in pharmacy, a BA in Creative Writing and a Masters in Life.
And when I’m not writing or chasing around two small children (one of which is four going on thirteen), I can be found antique shopping for a great deal, getting my roots touched up (because that’s an every four week job) and figuring out when I can get back to Disney World.
If you’re dying to know more about my wacky life, here are three things you don’t know about me.
—In college I spent a semester at Marvel Comics working in the X-Men office.
—I worked at Carnegie Hall.
—I grew up in a barbecue restaurant—literally. My parents owned one.

Thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for this eARC in exchange of an honest review.

This was such a delightful surprise, exactly the kind of witchy romance I adore. It’s original, whimsical, and just a little bit eerie in the best possible way. The plot feels fresh, the atmosphere has that magical, fairy-touched charm, and the whole story stands out from the usual romance tropes. The magic system is surprisingly original and adds a fun layer to the whole experience. And the little fae creatures? Absolutely adorable. I loved every single one of them, they added so much personality and whimsy to the story. The dynamic between the two main characters is genuinely lovely; watching their relationship grow and shift was one of the highlights for me. They’re sweet, funny, and their evolution together feels both natural and heartwarming. It’s charming, it’s witchy, it’s unique and honestly it ticks all my boxes for my kind of HEA romance.

The piggycorn's are back and now we have lambicorns too and it's the cutest! I loved this story. Stone is a total grump who gets caught in his own mental BS and it really comes close to "how will he be redeemable?" And then Coco does some pretty crazy things and together they pretty much cracked MY heart wide open. I mean this was an incredible ride through their growth and emotions and the whirlwind of shenanigans.

I had so many Awwe moments and Oh boy, oh gee, and o.m.g. And definitely ohhhh $#%&. But at the end of it all I am a huge fan of Stone and Coco. They're so perfect for each other and through it all I was rooting for them.

I also thought the writing itself was easier to follow than the first one and the pacing was perfect. Such a good time with lots of banter. The plot was unique and the best. I would recommend to everyone who loves a giddy romance with a cute witchy story. And so many turns you just do not see coming. Loved it!!
