This was a really good book! Amanda has so many neat birth stories...and I am amazed at how she does everything as a volunteer! A great read for anyone interested in midwifery.

This is an excellent book! A lot of people these days are disillusioned about personal relationships; families struggle, people are lonely, and most have no idea that there could be any alternative to the disconnectedness they feel. This book offers encouragement. More than just a book about midwifery, it’s full of true stories about a remarkable group of ordinary people who have been sharing their lives, helping each other and loving their neighbors for many years now. I encourage you to buy this book and read it. You will not be disappointed.
