Pleasantly Surprised!
I love Avery Grey’s writing style so let me clarify why I was surprised. I don’t normally read anything mafia, but because it was Ms. Grey I decided to give it a read and I am so glad that I did. I was truly pleasantly surprised to find that I thoroughly enjoyed it. From beginning to end the drama never stopped. The development of Dominic and Amara’s relationship was so relatable and believable not fairytaleish. It makes you understand that sometimes, most times you can’t help who you fall in love with, no matter how hard and valiant you fight it, true love wins in the end and a beautiful story begins. Well done Ms. Grey!

Really good
This series is really romance worthy, it makes you clutch invisible pearls. Make you take a deep breathe and release it slowly while thinking what is coming next. Every woman wants a man that’s part thug but most of all every woman wants a man that’s caters to her unconditionally. This story you fall in love with Amara & Dominic.
