This is a Summary & Analysis of Private Down Under. The story starts with a gang-related murder just as the newest branch of the Private network holds its opening reception. The badly tortured, shot, stabbed and dying victim stumbles into the lobby of the agency and promptly dies. Thus begins the first case for the agency. A series of ritualistic murders follow, and the team of private detectives, headed by Craig Gisto, have their hands full.
The story moves swiftly with many twists, turns and detours, and new characters are added in quick succession. It is action-packed with brisk pace and has multiple story-lines that generally meld well together.

This Analysis of Private Down Under fills the gap, making you understand more while enhancing your reading experience.
I have no words for the characters in this book. I have no idea about the intended audience, but clearly not women as any character that is not perfectly pretty or a former model is called a whore. Not recommended to anyone.
I've read several other books in the Private series. This one seemed to be lacking somehow. Patterson has these other people writing his books, and I guess he must supervise them. They all see to be very formulaic, they have short chapters and jump around a lot. In this one, I didn't think the characters were developed very well and it was just not that exciting.
Read the last line and did not realize that was the end of the story until I turned the page. Sigh. Johnny is a good character - Craig often gets in the way of moving the story along. He often seems to be playing catch-up.to the other characters.
As a teacher, I will often read summaries and analyses of books before assigning them. It helps me decide if I really want to use a certain text. This analysis is quite witty and perceptive in analyzing the novel. I love the way that the authors point out the flaws and shortcomings of the book. It reminds me of a Rotten Tomatoes review.
This analysis includes chapters summaries, character analysis, thematic motifs, and setting explanation. The price is just right compared to more expensive summaries and analyses.
A typical Patterson yarn, but the first one by Michael White I've read. How many people does Patterson have writing for him and using his name anyway? I found quite a few characters to keep track of, but liked the "down under" spin.
Typical James Patterson book. Keeps your interest but I am finding that there are 2 -3 stories going on at once. Would like to follow just one story line
I wanted to give my brain a rest from complicated reads, so I read this before my husband returned it to the library. This book is so far from complicated......it was just pretty inane. All those books sales allows James Patterson to just phone them in. Ugh!
