Susanne is an entrepreneur and coach out of Sweden. I know her posts on LinkedIn and she is always incredibly insightful. She always makes me think about what it means to be a better leader.

This book is no different - it’s an extended version of her insightful leadership brain.

The premise of the book is that there are certain behaviors that define a smarter leader. Susanne lays them all out here in easy to understand, actionable ways. Plus she gives examples of how they are effectively implemented at large companies.

If you’re looking for a Masterclass on leadership, any chapter of this book will exceed your expectations.

Habits that last - A book that delivers what it promises

Don’t want this to be a long or dry review because the book was neither!
So many books on leadership, so many unwieldy and grandiose promises that have always left me unsatisfied and downright bitter at times.
This book provides a framework, disciplines you through practical practice; and most importantly really achieves what it promises.

SO WORTH the 99 days I gave it, highly recommend it.
