He lives by the club’s code; she’s bound to a man who isn’t him. When their forbidden love ignites, every stolen moment binds them together, until they discover secrets that twist their lives in a way they never expected. But some hearts collide despite the cost and fall anyway. After all, all’s fair in love and sin.
Rhys As the Vice President of Hell’s Heathens Motorcycle Club, I don’t just break the rules, I rewrite them. I’m sworn by loyalty and love and live up to my road name, willing to do whatever it takes to protect my family, my club, and our territory. But all I really want is someone to see the real me.
When Bristol stumbles into my life, I know she’s the one. My queen. Our connection is transcendent, life-changing. She may be engaged to another man, but her future was always meant to include me.
I’m patient, loving her as a friend, dying on the inside as she goes home every night to a man who isn’t me, until I find out her relationship isn’t what she wants, and the man she’s with is hiding dark secrets of his own.
Some bonds don’t just break the rules; they rewrite fate. Good thing I’m willing to break any laws, divine or otherwise, to take care of what needs to be done.
Bristol To an outsider, I have a perfect life. My dream career as a veterinarian at a small shelter, a beautiful home, a lifelong best friend, and a fiancé who’s proud to have me on his arm.
When Rhys Hudson walks into my life, I’m instantly drawn to the gentle giant. When I’m with him, my soul is complete, at ease. But I’m engaged to another man. I’ve always been aware of our issues, but my time with Rhys has opened my eyes to new possibilities, that maybe I don’t need to play it safe and settle.
When I finally get the nerve to leave, everything changes, and my world is turned upside down. The life I knew is replaced with secrets, threats, violence, and a man who’s been hiding behind a mask the entire time I’ve known him.
I need to get out, but I don’t want anyone to get hurt in the process. Loving Rhys may be the one sin that saves me.
*All's Fair in Love & Sin is volume 2 in the interconnected world of Queens & Heathens and can be read as a standalone. It features an obsessed, morally grey MMC with a soft side for only her, a damsel in distress who's engaged to Mr. Wrong, club banter, and found family.*

A romantic at heart, Jenn has always been a lover of books, and is constantly dreaming up heart-wrenching stories that will have you reaching for tissues and make you blush.
When Jenn's not writing, she can be found reading a spicy romance novel, watching scary movies, and enjoying her quiet life in New England, living out her real-life romance story.
I wanted to know the safety on this book since the FMC was engaged. So I skimmed through and figured I'd share it for anyone else who was curious.
📌 FMC has been with her fiance, Blake for 3 years.
📌 They don't have a passionate love but built a stable life together.
📌 There is an explicit sex scene with FMC and Blake at 39% and she thinks about MMC in order to get through it. This is the only scene.
📌 FMC and MMC share their first kiss at 48%
📌 FMC breaks up with Blake at 50%.
And i stopped here. There isn't anything 'bad' about the book. I just don't have the energy for all the OMD right now.
Below are the trigger warnings from the author.
explicit language, cheating (not between the MCs), on-page domestic violence (not from an MC) that includes physical, verbal, mental/emotional, and borderline noncon, attempted SA (not by the MC), discussion of human trafficking, graphic on-page murder, alcohol and drug use, grief, discussion of injuries to animals (not by a human—she’s a veterinarian)

BETA/ARC REVIEW: Welcome Back to book 2 of the Queens & Heathens series. All’s Fair in Love & Sin is about the love story of Rhys, the MC man who is the greenest of green flags + Bristol, the veterinarian with a huge heart who’s engaged to Mr Wrong. These two have the cutest meet-cute in a coffee shop and feel an instant connection. A friendship blossoms and they come to lean on each other for everything. Their lives overlap more than they realize and they have to fight to have the future they both want + deserve. Oh, and Mr Bun-Buns is there along with another animal sidekick, both of whom are welcome additions to the story!
Tropes: MC romance Small Town MC Vice President x veterinarian Damsel in distress Man obsesses Slow burn She's engaged to Mr Wrong
Jumping back into the Heathens MC world was such a treat.
This one focuses more on the characters and their emotions, which gave the romance time to grow, though the bigger plot took a while to really pick up. Even so, it was still an enjoyable read and easy to get pulled back into this world.
Rhys, also known as Sin, completely carried the story for me. As the vice president of the Heathens MC he has that intimidating biker reputation, but underneath it he’s incredibly soft and devoted. From the moment he meets Bristol he’s all in, yet he never pressures her and lets things unfold naturally. That mix of patient, protective, and quietly obsessed made him such a great hero. Bristol was harder for me to connect with. I understood her situation, but her constant avoidance of conflict made it frustrating at times.
That said, there were still plenty of moments I enjoyed. The slow burn between them has some sweet scenes, and seeing Bristol finally experience real care and support was satisfying. I also loved being back with the Heathens and their found family dynamic.
I’m especially looking forward to Malice’s story next.

Huge thank you to Jenn Plummer & The Smuthood for the ARC! 😍 All my bookish thoughts are completely my own. ✨
The writing style was just too much for me and not my thing. The storyline was solid and if you don't mind super flowery writing that's a bit over the top, this may work for you.
Rhys Michael Hudson, aka Sin, just walked in, picked me up with one massive gentle-giant hand, and said “you’re mine now.” And honestly? I went willingly.
I did not fully see this side of him in the previous book, but the second it was clear this was Sin’s story, I was counting down the seconds. He did not disappoint. Not even a little.
I’m usually not a fan of insta love or insta lust. It’s a hard sell for me. But this? This was done right.
From their very first meeting, I could feel Sin’s shift. The way he clocked Bristol. The way his focus narrowed. The way he just knew. It didn’t feel rushed, it felt inevitable.
Sin being this big, dangerous Heathen with the softest, most protective heart for his woman? I ate it up. Every possessive moment. Every protective instinct. Every quiet, intense look. Bristol holds her own too, which makes their dynamic even better.
There’s heat, tension, loyalty, and that chaotic Heathen energy we’ve come to love.
This series just keeps leveling up. Every book somehow raises the bar and makes me more feral for the next one.
Right now? Rhys is my man. No debate.
But I am dying to see Malice fall in love because that man… whew. That’s going to be a ride.
If you love obsessive energy, protective heroes, found family vibes, and morally gray chaos wrapped in loyalty, this one is for you
THANK YOU SMUTHOOD PR FOR THIS ARC OPPORTUNITY!! • 🏍️ ARC REVIEW 🏍️ • All’s Fair in Love & Sin by Jenn Plummer Queens & Heathens Vol. 2 • “Tell me something no one knows.” • I stand by my statement I made when I ARC read Vol. 1, Jenn Plummer knows how to write MC romances… & CORRECTLY! WE LOVE THAT! • I am never usually a fan of insta-love, Especially when it is the MMC that falls first and as quickly as Sin did for Bristol. But this one was actually done correctly. The MMC and FMC built a connection together that was not physical first and they continued to build on that before something actually did happen. Once something did happen, in the words of Sin, that was his “endgame”. I pulled such a strong connection from that myself because my husband and I have always said that we were endgame from the very beginning. Seems like such a cringey and cliche little relationship quote right? Wrong. When you have a connection as strong as my husband and I did… it made me realize I knew exactly what Sin was saying. & that was all it took for me to connect with this book!! • I understand how this book can be extremely healing for many people, especially ones in emotionally, verbally and even physically abusive relationships. Although I can see that, I highly encourage all to read your triggers with this one because I can also see how it can be triggering for a lot of people as well. It was hard for me to get past the cheating though… I can see how someone can try and reason with it but it was really hard for me to see past and try to justify. BUT on the other hand I’ve never been in a situation as severe as the FMC was in. Nonetheless, was still difficult so just a heads up.
All in all, Jenn Plummer did it again with this book for me. I liked it a lot and i was really excited to get Sin’s story. I just had a feeling from the get go that he was going to be the “obsessed” type lol • 📚rating: 4/5 ⭐️ • Spice: 🌶️🌶️🌶️ • 📚Tropes: MC Insta love Golden retriever MMC wrapped in sin He falls first Relationship Abuse (not between FMC & MMC) Forbidden love • PUBLISH DATE MARCH 5, 2026 PRINT LENGTH: 420 PAGES

ARC Review This was such a swoony read!! This is the second book in Jenn Plummer’s Queens & Heathens world, and oh my heart, it’s one of those stories that sneaks up on you and refuses to leave your brain. The romance sparks between Rhys, a gentle giant and the fiercely loyal VP of the Hell’s Heathens Motorcycle Club, and Bristol, a shy veterinarian with a heart of gold. The moment they both meet sparks fly, and Rhys is strong, protective, and utterly captivated by her from the first instance even if she is engaged to another man....WHAT!! Full disclosure the man she is engaged to is Mr So Damn Wrong, he is awful. Cue the unbelievable chemistry, high tension and slow burn that unravels so deliciously. When Bristol’s world collides with the Hell’s Heathens, Rhy’s stops at nothing to make sure she is safe and protected by his club in every single way. This story has so much heart, warmth, and sweet tension that keeps you turning pages long past your bedtime. I loved catching up with some of my fave characters, especially Aspen Ridge and of course some cutie time with Mr Bun Buns - so freakin adorable! Huge thank you to Jenn for this ARC, I'm so excited for the rest of this series.
Rhys Hudson (Sin) is THE ACTUAL DEFINITION OF A GENTLE GIANT - HOT and a teddy bear at heart. He’s described as looking like a Viking, but really a goofy golden retriever. He was only soft for Bristol and his mom, otherwise he was a raging machine. However, Rhys was the perfect compliment to Bristol with her current predicament with her current fiancé, soon to be ex.
Bristol was fine with her life, even though her bestie repeatedly told her she was settling and not truly living. She’s a veterinarian, working in an animal shelter, as that is her true passion and calling. She secretly wants more from life with her fiancé, and tries to get more, but a turn of events happens and things unravel.
_________________________________
I rated this as a 4 star as I don’t agree with the marketing on this book as a slow burn, as I feel in my opinion it’s more insta-lust, especially with Rhys who is smitten right away and full fledges loves her right from the get go. And continues to pursue her even after he finds out she's engaged.
Then towards the later part of the book, I felt the conflict was a bit rushed, and not fully being immersed in the story. I didn’t hate it by any means, but felt there was just something slacking within the storyline at the end.
Thank You to Jenn Plummer and The Smuthood for allowing me to be an early reader for All's Fair in Love & Sin.
I knew from the moment we met Mr. Bun Buns that Sin was going to be the newest LOML but what I didn’t expect was to fall so head over heels in love with Bristol as well 🖤
Sin aka Rhys has been waiting to find his queen and when he lays eyes on the woman of his dreams one day he knows he’ll go to the ends of the earth to make her his. While volunteering at the animal shelter she works at, Rhys and Bristol can’t deny their connection. As Bristol struggles with her unhealthy relationship at home and her blooming feelings for Rhys- push comes to shove really quickly as the red flags become a raging wildfire. But Rhys isn’t scared to get burned and will walk across hot coals for his woman.
I love a story where the FMC upgrades but even more so when the MMC is able to extract revenge on her POS ex in the most fantastic fashion. These two were so swoony romantic and I loved how their love was loud and sure regardless of the opposition. Rhys and Bristol were absolutely made for each other 🖤 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
An absolute BANGER my girl!!! Honored to be along for the ride with these wild Hell’s Heathens. I cannot wait to see what you come up with next!!
Rhys and Bristol’s love story is a really sweet example of friends to lovers, except she’s engaged to Mr. Wrong. Like next level Mr. Wrong, he is of the shittiest of shittiest human beings, which made Bristol falling for Rhys that much more sweet 🥹
Rhys is a patient, sexy 6ft5 God or rather Heathen with incredible protective instincts and just the sweetest of souls. The man has a pet bunny, Mr. Buns Buns, and if that doesn’t melt your heart, I mean are you even human 🥹❤️🐰
Bristol is a passionate veterinarian who volunteers at an animal shelter! Her meet cute with Rhys was really sweet, and it was sweet to see how their relationship evolved from friends to lovers!
There are some more emotional and difficult scenes that occur that just demonstrate how strong women like Bristol and Rhys’ mom are, and for them to be both be loved and supported by Rhys was beautiful to read ❤️
Thank you Jenn Plummer and The Smuthood for this arc!! ❤️
It was great being back in Amberwood with the Hell's Heathens. This book follows Rhys (Sin) who is the Heathen's VP and Bristol who is a sweet veterinarian from a nearby town. They meet in a coffee shop and the connection is immediate. Unfortunately at the time Bristol is engaged to Mr. Wrong. Rhys however is willing to do whatever it takes to have her in his life. Their relationship begins as friendship but slowly develops into so much more. I absolutely loved them together. Rhys had me swooning this whole book with the way the cares and protects Bristol. He will do anything for his queen. I really enjoyed this book and cannot wait for the next one!
Thank you Jenn for this e-arc in exchange for my honest review.
ARC Review: All’s Fair in Love and Sin Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Spice: 🌶️🌶️🌶️
A gritty MC romance with an unexpected tender heart!
All’s Fair in Love and Sin by Jen Plummer is a high-tension, emotional journey that balances the dark world of a motorcycle club with a hero who has a surprisingly soft side.
The Hero: Sin, the MC Vice President, is a fantastic contradiction. He’s protective, honest, and his care for animals made him a standout lead. And HELLO, can you say Mama’s Boy (in the BEST way)!! I especially appreciated how the author handled the reality of domestic abuse and how he cared for and handled the women in the midst of their battles.
What I Loved: The instant connection between the VP and the local vet was electric. Their supportive friendship and the "he falls first" energy kept me turning pages late into the night.
Communication: What I loved most was the refreshing lack of the "miscommunication trope." It was so nice to see a dark romance where the leads were honest about their feelings and their friendship from the start. While the FMC was understandably guarded about the specifics of her personal life and definitely in denial, it felt like a realistic portrayal of someone navigating a difficult situation rather than a forced plot device. Their clarity with one another was a standout feature.
Character Agency: I found the FMC a bit too naive at times. I really wanted to see her find a more headstrong spark earlier on when dealing with the controlling figures in her life.
The Pacing: After a major confrontation, the story jumps ahead several days. I felt like I missed the "last straw" moment—the actual climax where she decided to walk out—which made her eventual decision feel a bit abrupt. I wished she would have swapped the timing up a bit here.
The Backstory: I would have loved more history on why the VP is nicknamed "Sin." He is quite tame throughout the book for good reason, but while I loved his "softie" side, I wanted more insight into the "sinful" reputation that earned him that name in the first place.
Final Thoughts: A compelling, spicy read for fans of protective heroes, healthy communication, and "he falls first" tropes.
🖤 I received an advanced copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
A solid five star for sure…I honestly feel in love with argue myself.. he is what dreams are made off… such a beast of a man being all soft for her 🥹❤️ the plot was on point… Bristol ,my sweet girl she was perfect. I was giggling, kicking and screaming at some points… I thoroughly enjoyed this book… might even re read it again and again…
I think I’ve found my latest reading obsession: MC romance 😍 There’s just something irresistible about dangerous, morally grey men who are obsessive and fiercely protective of their women.
I absolutely devoured the first and second books in this series in just two days.
Rhys - aka Sin - is the Hell’s Heathens Motorcycle Club Vice President. He’s tall, muscular, covered in tattoos, and looks every bit as dangerous as his reputation suggests. But beneath that tough exterior, he’s the biggest softie with a pet bunny named Mr Bun Buns 🐰. After watching his club brothers find their queens, Rhys is longing to find his own.
Bristol is a veterinarian engaged to the wrong man. Over time, her fiancé has become verbally abusive, emotionally distant, and consumed by his work. They barely spend time together unless it benefits him. When Bristol meets Rhys at the animal shelter where she works (he’s a volunteer), she starts seeing her relationship for what it truly is. She’s always wanted to feel wanted, and the way Rhys looks at her is exactly what she’s been missing.
From the moment Rhys lays eyes on Bristol, he knows she’s his queen. He’s determined to have her - until he learns she’s engaged, sending his world into a spin. Still, he wants her in his life in any way he can, even if that means being just friends. But as they grow closer, Rhys realizes something isn’t right with her relationship… and he’s not about to ignore it.
Tropes: • MC romance • MC Vice President x Veterinarian • He’s obsessed with her • Instant love • Slow burn • Tough on the outside, soft on the inside
This book had me hooked from the very first page, and I could barely put it down (unfortunately, sleep is important 😅). I loved how tender Rhys was with Bristol, always making sure she was comfortable, letting her take the lead, and simply being there for her in whatever way she needed. And when he kept calling her “my love”? Ugh. Done for.
I think Rhys is officially my new favourite book boyfriend, and I cannot wait to continue this series.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Thank you so much Jenn and The Smuthood for the ARC 🖤
I received this ARC and am so grateful for the opportunity to read and review it.
All’s Fair in Love & Sin by Jenn Plummer is the second book in the Queens & Heathens series, and it absolutely delivered another solid MC romance.
Rhys, the vice president of the Heathens MC, did not miss. From the moment he sees Bristol, this man is completely down bad, and honestly, we love that for him. He’s the perfect contrast of rough and soft. Six-foot-four, tattooed, muscular, and the VP of a motorcycle club… yet he holds his little pet bunny like it’s the most precious thing in the world. That is, until Bristol walks into his life.
Bristol is currently engaged to the absolute wrong man, and let’s just say no one is rooting for that relationship to last. Watching Rhys patiently wait for his chance while clearly being head over heels for her created a really satisfying slow burn.
What I loved most about this story was seeing Bristol finally experience what it’s like to be supported and cared for in a relationship. Rhys might have the rough MC exterior, but underneath it he’s genuinely a good man with a huge heart.
I also loved getting more time with the Heathens MC crew. The found family dynamic in this series is one of my favorite parts, and every appearance from the other members just makes me more excited for the books still to come. I’m especially ready for Malice’s story and can’t wait to see what happens when Wrath gets his turn.
Overall, this was a great follow-up in the series. If you enjoy motorcycle club romances with a protective, completely obsessed hero and a heroine finding her strength, this one is definitely worth picking up.
Solid 4 stars, and I’m looking forward to the next Heathens MC book.
A badass MC vice president with a pet rabbit named Mr. Bun-Buns? ✔️ An animal-loving veterinarian engaged to Mr. Wrong? ✔️
Rhys is the greenest of green flags to ever fly in a motorcycle club. Sure, he’s ruthless when it comes to protecting his MC family, but the heart of this man is simply unmatched. His longing for love—for a woman to call his queen—is powerful. And from the moment Rhys meets Bristol, he knows without a doubt that she is the one.
I could not get enough of Rhys. He is top-tier book boyfriend material 😍 The way he builds a friendship with Bristol—bringing her morning coffee and breakfast, supporting her work as a veterinarian, and caring about the animals she loves—shows just how completely gone he is for her.
Bristol’s story was difficult to watch unfold at times. Seeing her go from trusting her fiancé and believing her life was set on one path, only for everything to unravel, was heartbreaking. Her fiancé reveals himself to be a capital-D douchebag who absolutely deserved everything coming to him. I’m just glad Rhys was there to be the gentle, kind-hearted man she needed.
While we didn’t see as much of his “Sin” side as we did in Chaos’s book, I loved getting to see Rhys’s softer side. From the way he treats Bristol to his relationship with his mom, he truly is a good man.
Queens & Heathens is my first motorcycle club romance series, and at this point I’m fully bought in! Now all I need is my property patch 😉
5 ⭐ / 3 🌶

A Love That Tastes Like Trouble
‘All’s Fair in Love & Sin’ doesn’t ask politely for your attention. It lures you in with heat and tension, then keeps tightening the emotional grip until turning the page feels less like a choice and more like surrender.
What makes this one work is the constant push and pull. The chemistry is bold, yes, but it is the way it’s threaded through doubt, longing, and consequences that really lands. Each scene feels like it carries a quiet dare: step closer, even if it burns. The structure helps that momentum, with chapters that end at exactly the wrong moment in the best way, leaving the story pulsing in your hands.
Jenn Plummer’s writing is vivid and confident, with a sharp eye for atmosphere. The characters are flawed in a way that feels painfully human, and the emotional undercurrent adds weight to the spice instead of letting it float on the surface. A few romance beats may feel familiar, but the intensity and the steady psychological tension give this story its bite.
When the final pages hit, it leaves the kind of aftertaste that lingers: not just heat, but the ache underneath it, too.
Forbidden Attraction | Forced Proximity | Secrets | High Tension Chemistry | Emotional Scars | Moral Grey Love Interest | Redemption Arc
So this one got recommended to me on Instagram and I was feeling an MC romance since it had been a bit! Spoilers ahead.
First an obligatory note on the ridiculousness of ARC readers. You all thought this was a 4/5 star read? Honestly need to stop reading books with only ARC reviews.
The writing for me makes this a no for me. It was very clunky. I didn't feel like it flowed very well and I kept feeling myself pulled from the story because of the lack of flow. We get a lot of repetition and rushed scenes. It also ends up being extremely surface level which was frustrating.
I also don't mind an insta love I have no issues with that. I just wanted more than a few sentences before the I love you's and her blowing her life up for him. They really only talk on page twice before he loves her and she is leaving her fiance and it just seems forced.
I don't have a ton else to say about this one. It was very far from my favorite read and I struggled so much to read the whole thing but was determined not to DNF
We’re back with book two, this time with Sin’s story.
Sin is the definition of a gentle giant. Just the fact that he has a pet bunny told me that he was all mush inside. I’m so happy he got a woman to treat with love and adoration. And she’s a veterinarian! Perfect match!
Bristol was engaged to a piece of 💩 who viewed her as property and she didn’t notice how bad things got until she met Sin. The moment she decided to leave, all hell broke loose. *check your triggers* our girl went through some stuff that could definitely be hard to read but Sin was there to help her through it all 🥹🥰
I loved seeing Sin as a side character in book 1 so I was excited to see that he got his own book next.
The group chat and the constant jokes from the other guys about eating Mr. Bun-Buns cracked me up every time 🤣
This series, so far, has been basically Insta-love, and I’m eating it up. I love a man who’s obsessed from day dot!
I can’t wait for Malice’s book next 👀 Im gonna guess Seb is the love interest or maybe a why choose? Lol Im grasping at STRAWS
We are returning for book two of the Queens and Heathens series. We are getting Rhys story and his leading lady is perfect for him! Rhys is a gentle giant, lover of animals and his alter ego is the VP of Hell’s Heathens MC.
Bristol is our Vet, engaged to Mr. Wrong, and she has the biggest heart. Lover of good coffee and pastries. The moments she meets Rhys they just click. But it is not the right time, she needs to get out of her current relationship, that she is quickly realizing in not a good fit.
I love their story, a little slow burn, but how Rhys/Sin protects her and will wait for her is swoony! There is a little suspense but I figured that out quickly enough, and I was enjoying the book. The group threads are entertaining, and Rhys love of Mr. Bun-Bun is adorable. I am looking forward to what we get next.
Thank you to the Author for the advanced copy; this is my voluntary review.
Alls Fair in Love and Sin by Jenn Plummer eARC Review 🖤
I straight up devoured this one and left no crumbs. From start to finish I was so invested in this story and I loved every single second of it.
Bristol is engaged to Mr Wrong, she forgets her worth for a while but when she realizes she needs to get out I couldn’t have been more proud of her. I adore her, she is such a sweet soul, and kind person. The second that Rhys lays eyes on her in the coffee shop, he knows he needs to win her over and make her his queen. This man is down BAD. Rhys, the VP of Hells Heathens, this huge muscular, deadly man is truly the sweetest MMC ever. My gosh, the way this man stole my heart.
Their story is my favorite 😭. Their instant chemistry, the friendship they form that then turns to more. Bristol is truly the missing piece in Sin’s life and I just had the best time with this book. The plot is great, it had some twists and turns that kept me wanting more. Jenn’s writing is always a good time but this book just had me in a chokehold and I loved it so much.
I can’t wait for Malice’s story next!
What to expect: Small Town Motorcycle Club Romance MC Vice President x Veterinarian Damsel in Distress Man Obsessed Slow Burn She’s Engaged to Mr. Wrong
Thank you so much Jenn and The Smuthood for the arc!
A big bad motorcycle club VP with a cute little pet bunny named Mr. Buns Buns and head over heels in love with a Veterinarian and isn't afraid to show it? YEAAAAH sign me up. Rhys & Bristol were perfect for each other. She needed someone to show their love by actions and he had NO trouble doing that.... even though she was engaged to another man!
The meet cute was adorable. The instant connection and blossoming friendship was so much fun to read and once they got together, they were explosive.
They move VERY fast so if that's not your thing then I'm warning you now lol.
I am loving this new MC series and am FERAL for what is next.
4⭐️ 2🌶️ ARC REVIEW: 📖 ALL’s FAIR IN LOVE & SIN 📖 by Jenn Plummer ✨ This is volume 2 in the interconnected motorcycle club (MC) series of Queens and Heathens. This is my first book by Jenn, and it can be read as a standalone. Walking green flag, gentle giant MMC that also is a bunny dad? Come on. 🫠 He thinks she’s a goddess, worships her (in all of the ways 🤭), and brings her favorite coffee and muffins? Stop. 🫠 6’5” bearded Viking with forearm p0rn? I can’t. 🥵 These characters LOVE HARD and form an unexpectedly great found family. 🤌🏻
Rhys Hudson (known as ‘Sin’) is the Vice President of the Hells’ Heathens Motorcycle Club, the strongest MC in the Pacific Northwest. He has a pet bunny named Mr. Bun-buns, and is strong and protective. Bristol is a veterinarian and engaged to Mr. Wrong. Rhys and Bristol’s meet-cute in a bakery/coffee shop is so cute. She’s played it safe her whole life, always does what’s expected of her, and doesn’t like confrontation. Her current love life lacks passion—her fiancé refuses to eat 🐱 because he’s selfish—but Rhys would love to show her what a real man does. 😮💨
She’s the only veterinarian for the small town animal shelter. He wants a wife - someone that is his, to take care of, love. He’s a big softy, and wants to find his ‘person’. I love how honest and open he is with Bristol, but doesn’t push her. He shows up to volunteer at the shelter, and is present as just her friend at first. He gives her space to figure out what she wants. The way he opens up to her, tells her she is ‘it’ for him? Swoon city. She thinks she doesn’t deserve him but he tells her she has it wrong and that nobody is deserving of HER. 🫠 He has a deep-seated need to take care of her, and it heals him that she lets him take care of her. She sees him - both sides - human and heathen.
❤️ He cleans 👅 his fingers 💦 ❤️ Good girl 😮💨 ❤️ Forehead kisses💋 ❤️ Aftercare 🫠 ❤️ Mirror🪞scene 🥵 ❤️ He has a short refractory period 🤭
Favorite quotes: I deserve to feel seen. I deserve to feel safe. I deserve to be loved. I deserve to feel like I matter.
God, she's everything. My endgame. My future wife. My old lady. My queen.
I'm yours, Rhys. I've always been yours. Only ever yours. That's right, my love, only ever mine.
Oh, god. There's no god here, my love. Only a Heathen.
I'm scared no one will ever see and appreciate the real me. I see you, Rhys. I'm here, and I'm not leaving.
Take care of you, dote on you, love on you. You deserve to be treated like a queen, and I plan to spend my life at your feet, worshipping you the way you deserve, if you'll let me. Where did you come from, Rhys Hudson? I've just been here, waiting for you.
My heart is yours. My soul is yours. My home, my bed, everything I have to offer, is yours. I'll never hurt you, I just want to make you happy, whatever that looks like.

All Is Fair in Love and Sin (Queens & Heathens #2) was exactly the kind of over-the-top, spicy motorcycle club romance I was in the mood for. If you love morally gray bikers, insta-lust, and a little damsel-in-distress chaos, this one absolutely delivers.
Our FMC, Bristol, is a veterinarian who spends her days saving animals and dealing with the occasional disaster at the clinic. Meanwhile, she’s stuck engaged to a Wall Street type who cares a lot more about his job and appearances than actually showing up for her. Let’s just say… the bar was in hell.
Enter our MMC, the VP of a motorcycle club who might look intimidating on the outside but has a huge soft spot for animals. The second these two meet, the chemistry is immediate and the tension doesn’t let up. It’s definitely an insta-lust situation, but it works for the kind of story this is.
Between the club drama, slimy criminal dealings, and Bristol finding herself in more than one dangerous situation, the pacing never really slows down. And when the spice hits… it hits. This book is not shy about it — the spice level is off the charts and very much fits the possessive, alpha biker vibe.
If you’re looking for a gritty MC romance with a protective biker, a heroine who’s a total sweetheart, plenty of danger, and very spicy scenes, this one is a must read. I had so much fun with it and flew through the pages.
Book 2 in the Queens & Heathens series follows the unlikely friendship between the big tattooed VP of the Hell’s Heathens motorcycle club and an animal shelter veterinarian, who share a love for animals. Their first encounter was like two souls finding one another, but she’s engaged to another man.
I related so hard with Bristol…People pleasing, loves a hot shower, prefers animals over most humans, avoids conflict just to keep the peace… And Rhys (aka “Sin”) is such a gentle giant teddy bear and I still smile picturing him holding Mr. Bun Buns.
Her fiancé is the biggest piece of shit and it was easy to hate this character so much. Especially as his true colors start to show.
Loved getting more interactions with Malice and Wrath too, and can’t wait for their books. And the cameos from familiar characters we know from other series and books made me so happy. ALSO every girl needs a BFF like Kira on their lives (and maybe a spinoff book 👀) The “non-Group chat” with the bike besties was amusing as usual.
The ending felt a little anticlimactic and rushed, but I still enjoyed the book as a whole. I’m fully invested in the Hell’s Heathens characters and I’m looking forward to the next one.
Thank you Jenn Plummer and The Smuthood for the opportunity to read this ARC!
This series officially has me in such a ch0kehold it’s not even funny! I am obsessed and we’re only 2 books in…but maybe that’s because I love Jenn and her writing, so I knew I would love this one as much as the rest of her books. I just knew that Rhys, or Sin as he’s known among the Hell’s Heathens, would be a lover boy at heart even though he’s the VP of an MC. I mean…Mr. Bun Buns was enough to let me know that, but he just always seemed like he had a soft side deep down, and he definitely did. Once he found Bristol, he fell hard and fast (and by fast I mean immediately), but that was because they had such a soulmate connection that was obvious to everyone. Rhys was the sweetest man when he was with Bristol and, honestly, all the time; he only put on his Sin persona when he really needed to, and it was great to see him find someone like Bristol who could keep the soft side of his personality alive. Bristol was such an amazing woman! She didn’t always see that, especially because of her ex who did nothing but demean her at every turn; it was hard for her to get past his abusive words and actions. But, once she found Rhys, it was game over, because he was ready and willing to show her that she was someone worth cherishing and caring for no matter what. I loved seeing her find someone who treated her like the queen she was and who helped her find the boss babe side of herself again after she lost it. Watching these 2 find their way to each other and become best friends was amazing and perfect; I love that they were both happy to just be friends if that’s all they could be just so they didn’t lose each other. Bristol and Rhys were absolutely perfect together and I loved their story so much. I can’t wait to see what happens to the Hell’s Heathens next!
Thank you, Jenn and The Smuthood, for providing me with an ARC!
