Ride or Be Ridden by Kyeate is a sexy, fast-paced why choose that wastes absolutely no time getting to the good stuff. Diyah is on the run from her ex when her car breaks down and fate said, BET. Because instead of help, she lands smack in the middle of not one, not two, but THREE fine-ass cowboys who are more than willing to take care of her… in every way. 🤠🔥

The spice? A solid 4/5. Hot, unapologetic, and exactly what you want from a short read like this. But what really got me (and why Kyeate stays one of my favorite authors) is that even in a spicy novella, she still delivers a plot twist that had my jaw on the floor. At this point, I expect nothing less! She always finds a way to surprise me.

And that ending? Chef’s kiss. Perfect, satisfying, and left me grinning like I just witnessed something I shouldn’t have. If you love why choose, sexy cowboys, and a quick read that still packs a punch, this one is absolutely worth the ride. 🖤🔥

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Rough Cowboys with a tender side!

Spice: 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️

This one was short, but don’t let that fool you because it hit where it needed to. I connected with the characters quick, and the bond between them felt real, not rushed or forced. The why choose dynamics made sense, the chemistry was there, and everybody had a purpose. That dark cowboy vibe mixed with danger and desire? Yeah, that ate! I do wish it was longer because I’d love to dig into each guys backstory and really sit in their world. Especially Cruz 🥰 I’d definitely reread this, and if the author ever drops a deeper dive on these characters, I’m locked in!

Diyah ran from a harmful situation to one that warmed her from the inside out and had her questioning her sanity. Gurl…. Really like 2.5 cus when I read novellas I want all the questions answered off top. Like we had so little time to really get a feel of anything that I ended this read happy yes but with the intricate details kinda placed for us I needed a better understanding. Fun and freaky but also confusing

This was a new-to-me author, and honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect after reading that warning — but I was pleasantly surprised. Bookstagram has definitely introduced me to some new authors, and I am not mad about it at all.

I finished this one earlier today and had to just sit with myself and figure out life 😜. There wasn’t much character development or backstory (typical novella stuff), but surprisingly, I was still able to feel each character’s personality through the little details we did get.

The spice? Perfectly balanced — not over the top but enough to keep me hooked. Three men came to the rescue of a woman who was lost, and they brought everything she didn’t know she needed: horses, boots, a place to stay, healing for her broken heart, and a whole lot of heat. Colt, Rowan, Jace, and Diyah? A match made in heaven.

This was recommended to me because who DOESNT love a MMMF Why choose book? 🤩 Now i did only give it 4 stars because there was too much plot setup for a novella 🤣🤣 author was dropping gems that we needed a full length novel to explore….which if she writes a follow up for them I’m absolutely here for it!!

But I dont even blame Diyah for falling onto three fine ssa men right after getting out of her situation—SIS DESERVED SOME FUN MMKAYYYYY 🤩 I very much enjoyed the MMC’s, especially Colt with his dark & mysterious vibe

When asked the question it could go multiple ways! The motto that Rowan, Jace & Colt go by is everything & now Diyah has fell in line! The MM scene was tastefully done not too much to make one uncomfortable but gives enough for a mature adult 😏 The woods can be peacefully but be careful of what’s hidden behind the tree or underneath the ground 😉 Quick read with the right amount of spice! 🌶️ I loved it here!!!

I now know the true meaning of ride or be ridden and baby miss Diyah did both. Rowan and Jace showed her first hand and she was hooked. This was a good spicy short read. u go looking for peace alone in the woods and find peace within three guys. You also find out that your father lied to you. In the end your trip to the woods was well worth it.

A very spicy short!

I loved it! The different personalities, the spice, the intrigue of the tunnel…I wanna know where it goes and what is going on on the other end of it! Kyeate definitely knows how a hook a reader. Where the rest at? Hopefully we get a full book about Darlington Cove and the many secrets of that tunnel.

One thing I love is a why choose with some sexy smut in it🤭 Baby the MM sex scene is what had my mouth dropping🤤 I really enjoyed this short read and honestly would like to see more of Rowan, Jace, Colt and Diyah in the near future… My favorite character though is Colt adorable self🤎

I saw a booktoker talking about this book & decided to immediate give it a go. I needed a quick pallet cleanser inbetween the series I’m reading anyway. THREE country men ?? Who just so happens to be Black Cowboys ?? & it’s a why choose romance too ? Yea I took the bait babes lmao I probably won’t think about this book again but i definitely had a good time with this one while I was in it.
