Would you look at that. Another cliff hanger !!! There’s more POVs in this book which I didn’t initially like but willows plot line is slowly drawing me in. Again, do we have to write these men getting too comfortable with putting their hands on women ?!

This book is MESSY. It’s not heavily spicy, but the plot is good as hell! For once, I found a book where the plot isn’t overbearing, yet it still keeps you completely invested from start to finish.

I just knew this was gonna end on a cliffhanger. Portia behind lasted too long. Ain’t nobody got security but you know you got beef? Come on and put them funds to use. Musani and Kiyomi just wanna be in love. They are so cute together. I love with the grumpy mmc is lovey dovey with his girl. Ugh I need book 3. I hope the family mess don’t drive a wedge between the couple.

4 stars cause I'm pissed!
All you had to say was that this wasn't a complete series. I would've waited for however long so that I could read the series in its completion .Besides that, it's a great read, I kind of knew Charity was a bit jealous, and it wouldn't surprise me if she slept with Tariq one time and her Aunty want to throw in Her face about what she did for her but not realizing why she don't want to be near her daughter like your daughter wasn't shady before she married mr. Toussaint

Now Unc got some explaining to do!!! Who is Willow's mother? Musani ain't gonna ever forgive his mother or "uncle". At least Portia's azz is done for. She was just an unforseen obstacle,Musani's plate is still full and a lot has to be done before he can do the dishes. I'm liking Samir for Willow and I hope she lets her guard down for him. I already wasn't feeling Charity and now her mammy is added to that list. Can't wait till part three cause shyt is about to get real.🔥🔥

Well I just be damn!!! Whoa, I have no words, at all!!! This is one of the best series I have read in a really long time. Musani, Kiyomi and Kamil have been through the wringer and can’t catch a break. Chasity knows she is dead wrong for what she did.. Tobias and that crew needs to get dealt with from book I. The aunt is delusional because right is right and wrong is wrong. I knew Portia’s cheese slid off her cracker. Josiah… Dear Lord… When Musani finds out… Whew!!! So much going on… Lakeisha… gurl, there are no words for this series.. Keep doing your thing lady and sharing your gift 💜. Onto book III, can’t wait

Hot Mess!!!!
I’m sorry, putting your hands on a woman is not acceptable. Unhinged is not the most accurate description of Musani, devil’s spawn would work better. Then Kiyomi is so irritating. She’s so immature, it’s crazy. She’s like a toddler, just reacting first without thinking. Why is she still trying to fight everyone, knowing that she’s pregnant? Why is she soooo dramatic, getting all upset over someone she clearly doesn’t want. Then try o top it off, Willow, is not much better. The only character that I truly like is Aunt Pauline.

Omggg, that cliffhanger was crazy business! Just like book one, I could not put this read down. It was really good. Although Willow and Musani are annoying, I'm warming up to them. But the way Musani treats women when he's upset is disgusting! The Toussaint family is wild and crazy and I'm excited to see that book 3 brings. Good read
