The story focuses on the events leading up to the Battle of Little Bighorn in 1876. General George Armstrong Custer’s men discover the harsh life of Western Plains will not remove their horrors from the Civil War and the Native Americans have the spectre of the Gatling gun looming over them. Amongst this a couple find each other and a path for the Indians to preserve their way of life.
It is based on a true story.
