fun

Ashlock got some new skills and toys. He finishes a new city. Forces a negotiation with the Beast Tide. Frees a monarch realm beast. Traps an Origin in the Afterlife. Creates a new Origin. Upgrades skills. Everyone ascends to Nascent Soul Realm. And everyone grows just a bit as a person.

Still a fun read. Great steady pace. Not a standalone. Please enjoy

We get to see many characters PoVs and some fun chapters. Ashlock grows in power and the beast tide is upon them. The end of this book was major cliff hanger IMO. I may go read book 9 online.

If you are considering starting this series, do it. This may be my favorite LitRPG

this slows down in the second half and devolves into empty filler.
