The only thing more dangerous than a secret is a second chance with the man you sacrificed everything to forget.
For thirteen years, Keely "Keys" Foster has lived a quiet life on Wolfe Point, Maine, pouring her heart into teaching and her family owned hardware store. Her heart is still broken—first by a young love, and now by the recent loss of her father. She’s built an armor of indifference, but it shatters the moment Brooks "Ghost" Brennan rides back into town.
He was her first love and a wild spirit, but Keely pushed him away, sending him off to chase his dreams of designing motorcycles. She never told him that the weekend they said goodbye changed her life forever. Brooks eventually became a lawyer, trapped by the pressures of a life that wasn't his own. Now he's a widower with a twelve-year-old son, home to finally reclaim his freedom.
The motorcycle club heir and the beloved small-town girl are forced back into each other's lives, and the thirteen years of pain ignites into undeniable, dangerous chemistry. But the cozy charm of their small island can't hide the truth forever. As Keely bonds with Beau, Brooks' son, the secret she's kept—and the heartbreak she's carried—threatens to destroy not only her but the last fragment of the life she saved for him.
Brooks left with a broken heart. He's back for a fresh start. But if Keely can't keep her secret, he'll find out what she really gave up to save him.
Welcome back to Wolfe Point, where a small-town secret always rides home.
This book deals with off page infant loss, and on page adult abduction.
I had the absolute pleasure to receive an ARC from the author of the book and am leaving an honest review.
This is my first read by Quinn East and it won’t be the last. Her writing is so fluid and helped me connect deeply with the characters. This story follows Keely Foster and Brooks “Ghost” Brennan.
Keely is independent, hard working, strong and open hearted. She is working as a teacher and helps in her family’s hardware store in the Island of Wolfe Point. When I first read her, I felt her nostalgia. She recently lost her father and is grieving. This felt magnified as I learned that she also lost her only love, after he left the island and married someone else. She’s been carrying a secret for a long time, but she keeps going on with her life and only allows herself to think of it for little moments everyday.
Brooks “Ghost” Brennan is a widower, a caring father and completely in love with Keely. He is guilt ridden about his marriage and his past. He is convinced that he doesn’t stand a chance with her ever again, one can feel his despair and grief in the pages. He moved back to Wolfe Point to start over and be part of his family and Motorcycle Club again. He feels deeply and is so tender with her and his son.
Beau, Brooks’ son, is so observant and intelligent, that he quickly caught that there was something unresolved with them. After learning that Keely will be his teacher, he opens up with her and blooms as a student. Their relationship develops quickly with a lot of understanding and respect.
After reading a few chapters of this book one figures out quickly that Brooks and Keely are inevitable. They were childhood friends and care so deeply about one another that it is impossible to think they wouldn’t get back together. I loved how Keely starts feeling back like herself, after allowing him back into her life. And how Brooks overcomes guilt and anger, and opens up to her.
What I liked best about this book is that it really is about second chances for life, love and family. It will have you laughing one moment (family shenanigans) and crying another.
Some other thoughts: - Loved how his family loves Keely and how her friends and sister support her. - The closeness between the Brennan brothers is so tangible. - Wolf and Hawk build a respectable MC with good men. - The respect Keely shows for Beau’s mom is beautiful.
Thank you, Quinn, for letting me be part of the ARC Team.
Everything After You was such an emotional and easy read. The writing flows really well, and I connected with the characters from the start. The story focuses on healing, second chances, and family, and it all felt very genuine.
It’s been a long time since I read a motorcycle club romance, probably not since my Wattpad era back in 2015, & it honestly felt nostalgic in the best way. I really enjoyed how that element was included without taking over the story.
This was an easy 5star read for me, & I’m definitely excited to continue the series and read more from Quinn East❤️
4.5 stars I loved It’s Always Been You, Maverick and Hannah gave me all the feels in an easy read. I felt this book would be hard to top. I was anxious to return to Wolfe Point. In a sophomore effort Quinn East proved me wrong.
Brooks and Keely had me hooked in and ready to pull an all nighter to finish Everything About You. Second chances at first love is one of my favorite tropes. Keely is independent, hard working, and still in love with Brooks Brennan. She has a secret, owns up to her choices, and is still grieving the loss of her father.
Brooks is a widower, caring father, and returning home after thirteen years. He carries guilt from past decisions, but he too is still in love with Keely. Wolfe Point is his home, and he plans to fulfill his dream of designing motorcycles at his father’s shop and returning to being an active member in his motorcycle club.
While Keely and Brooks are inevitable, the journey there is not easy. There are heavy subjects, pay attention to triggers if you need to. I am excited to read the next book!
Thank you to the Author for the advanced copy; this is my voluntary review.
Thank you to Quinn East for the eARC of Everything After You. This is my first read of Quinn's but I can say with absolute certainty that it is not my last read of hers. This book ruined my in the best ways possible. I knew it was a second chance with hard and heavy hitting topics but nothing could have prepared me for the way it tore my heart out of my body and stomped on it. With in the first chapter I was sobbing and both wanted to know everything and nothing at the same time. The conclusion of the book, while predictable, was like finishing a marathon: rewarding. I wish we could have gotten a little more MC action but the story balanced out with what we did it. Over all I rate the book a 4 star.
So much emotion Such an emotional roller coaster of a story that had me crying many times and loving the relationship that Brooks and Keely had, then lost, then rebuilt. This story takes you through some pretty tough times, a heartbreaking secret that comes to light plus danger that could destroy so many lives in the town of Wolfe Point. Such a sweet love story, never forgotten even though kept apart. Both the main and side characters were likeable and loveable while the close knit family connections added to the storyline. Brooks’ son Beau also had some beautiful moments bonding with Keely in the story. A second chance romance featuring a couple that deserved their happy ending. Enjoyed every minute of it, even through the hard times and would recommend reading this story.
Holy emotional ride! Please read trigger warnings as heavy topics are written. The moment Quinn wrote the grief Brooks and Keys felt, I became a mess. This was done so beautifully, you can’t help but to love it and feel what thy feel.
I am excited to see what comes next in this series!
“If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that love doesn’t end because someone’s gone. It changes shape.”
“And I thought I lost you forever. But you came back not as the boy I loved, but the man who chose me anyway, scars and all. I promise to walk beside you in every storm, every calm, every road you ride.”
Everything After You absolutely wrecked me—in the best, most soul-bruising way. Quinn East has officially claimed my heart with the Wolfe Point crew, and Brooks and Keeley’s MC romance dragged me through the highest highs and the lowest lows until I was openly crying like I’d lost a family member. This is love tested by time, distance, and heartbreak—proof that real love doesn’t die, it just waits. Dark, emotional, deeply moving, and threaded with that ride-or-die MC family bond that makes Wolfe Point feel like home. Add in the passion, the pain, the nosy small-town vibes, and that sneak peek at the end? Yeah… I’m feral for what’s next.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Everything After You wrecked me in the best possible way. This story dives headfirst into grief, second chances, and a love that refuses to fade—and it does so with so much heart it hurts. Brooks and Keeley’s journey is raw, emotional, and beautifully written, pulling you through the highest highs and lowest lows without mercy.
Quinn East has a gift for making you feel every moment. The small-town Wolfe Point setting, the deep family bonds, and the slow healing all come together for a powerful, soul-bruising read. The emotional payoff is flawless. I closed this book with a full heart and zero regrets—an easy 5 stars and I cannot wait for what’s next. 💔✨
I could not put this book down!? I finished this in one day and honestly I was sad it was over! I was lucky enough to receive an ARC copy and I’m so excited to know there will be stories to come in this series! Brooke and Keely were very captivating as the main characters. I was immediately drawn into their second chance romance and couldn’t wait to see how they would reach their happy ending. In addition, the town and families of Wolfe Point made me want more…so glad this is book 2 of a series! I will be going back to read book 1 and can’t wait for the next story in the Brennan family! Thank you Quinn East and Bookcase Media!
2.5/5⭐️ I loved most of the story until that pivotal moment when Brooks learnt of the big secret which Keely kept. And I have to agree with Brooks’ mum. He should never have left the woman he loved to walk home alone in the rain despite how angry he was…
After that scene no matter how I wanted to root for them to be together, I hated Brooks while feeling that Keely deserves so much better for being the kind, loving person she is. Despite her heartbreak, she was someone who could wholeheartedly love Brooks’ son, Beau.
I loved the writing honestly but I wished that scene had been written differently.
Oh this broke me in such a beautiful way. The hardship and pain that this couple walked was heartbreaking. Love does conquer all even when you try to abandon it. So many times I wanted to hug the fmc. I fell in love this cast of characters and I think my heart might belong to Daddy Wolf Tucker. This story had depth and was well paced. I throughly enjoyed it. So much so I stayed up till 2am because I couldn’t stop reading it.
Rounded up from 4.5 stars
Thank you Bookcase Media and Quinn East for the ARC in exchange for an honest review.
What an incredible story. I loved the narrative and the characters were amazing. I liked that it was a second chance romance that touched on some pretty heavy things, which I think the author wrote very well. Loved the small town vibes too. I also liked how real, raw, and emotional that this book was. It really digs into the whole story, giving you the bigger picture and it brings things full circle. This was a lovely read that I couldn't get enough of.
Quinn brought passion, emotions and the second chance romance with Brooks and Keeley’s story. These two may have been separated for 13 years but they never stopped loving each other, so when Brooks returns to Wolfe Point as a widow and single dad, you know this story is going to pull at your heart strings.
Their story is beautifully written and the payoff is so worth the emotional roller coaster.
Everything After You was absolutely incredible! This book wreaked my heart and put it back so many times! I just loved Keely, Brooks and the entire Brennan’s crew so much! I can’t wait to see what comes next for them!
❤️second chance ❤️it’s always been you ❤️single dad ❤️grief/healing
This is the second book in The Brennans at Wolfe Point series and I was really excited about it! I’ve read the first book and I was very impressed with the story. This one is the story of Brooks and Keely, a second chance romance full of emotional roller coaster. I was truly impressed with how everything unfolded and how these two found their way back to each other. The characters are both great and I loved their chemistry. The close family and the bike club family are both amazing and close to each other, this is such a good addition for the story. I love a great bike club that sticks together. Overall it’s a really good story, easy to read and follow and I totally recommend it!
Keely and Brooks journey was emotional, heartfelt and their HEA was well earned. There were so many moments that felt raw with emotion but produced the most satisfying healing journey for both MCs. I'm pretty sure I read the majority of chapter 39 through loud, uncontrolled ugly tears and loved every second.
Complete emotional wreckage. This book will tear you open and put you back together. This was such a heavy read with the topics and emotions, you truly feel the pain of the characters but the way they overcame their past and worked hard for their second chance was wonderful.
*I received an Advanced Reader Copy from the author and this is my honest and voluntary review!*
OMG, this book wrecked me! Quinn East has just given us one hell of an emotional roller coaster ride with this.
Brooks and Keeley brought me to tears and then seeing them pull each other back out of the lowest of lows shows that it truly takes the right person to help you through all of life’s trials and tears!
