Word Nerd, Connoisseur of adventures of a literary nature, Would die first in a Supernatural episode.
I’m an author, reader, and most importantly, a nerd. I love all things superheroes, demon hunters, and long-running movies and tv shows. I enjoy diving deep into characters and their stories, journeying with them while figuring out who they are. It’s the goal I have for all the characters I create and hope you find a way to connect with them.
I just love love, and this book was full of it. It was cute, fun, and so sweet... sometimes a little too sweet for me, but it was still such an enjoyable and heartwarming read.
It wasn’t anything deep or plot-driven, just a beautiful collection of stories about a diverse group of queer characters meeting, falling in love, and being their unique selves. And the representation was just incredible.
Obviously, I liked some stories more than others, but there really weren’t any bad ones. I also got to experience the writing of authors I hadn’t read before, and I just... ahhhh, love is beautiful!
“We’d be new versions of ourselves soon, changed by the next parts of our individual stories, but with the way we collided today, I knew we’d take a piece of each other with us when we ricocheted off one another. Fond memories of a stranger who was, for a short time, not a stranger at all.”
Not only is this for an amazing cause but it warms my heart to see how much love and care each author put into their stories. This is definitely a “feel good” anthology with low angst and lots of queer love and joy. There are SO many of my favorite queer authors in here and new ones I’ve never read until now. This was a great way to expand my reading & discover “new to me” authors.
I also, absolutely, LOVED the diversity and different representations in this anthology. You have SO many reps from MM, MX, Trans, FF, etc. I loved reading about different queer individuals finding love! It was such a great time!
I can’t wait for this to be published where you all can read these amazing stories!! Thank you to all the authors that worked together to give us this amazing anthology!! In a world so full of hate and discord, it was so refreshing & beautiful to read about queer love and joy being celebrated! 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️💜
4⭐️ A traveling photographer takes pictures of two strangers in a romantic setting, and this anthology is a collection of short stories about the subjects of her works!
All the profits are donated to the Trevor Project, so if even one or two of your favourite authors are in here, definitely support this work! 🏳️⚧️🏳️🌈❤️
I was so excited because quite a few authors in this anthology were ones I loved! You can pick and choose which stories you want to read, and it tells you the tropes before each story so you can decide which ones appeal to you 😍
Though the anthology is definitely MM heavy, I loved that there was some great diversity. My favourite being the FF story from Bree Wiley! 😍 (Alex Cross and G Elisel’s were also faves of mine!)
Since the premise of these stories are often very much the same, I found it repetitive to read many of them in a row, and rather spaced it out between reading something else, and skipped a few stories that weren’t 100% up my alley.
Anyways, definitely a great book to pick up this pride month!
Oh my goodness!!! This is definitely my favorite anthology ever. All of the stories were just super sweet and the low angst was such a nice break from the heavier books I’ve read recently. I would absolutely LOVE for all of these to get full length stories. I loved getting to read some of my favorite authors while also reading new to me authors. My TBR has definitely grown!! This is only available for 90 days so make sure you get your copy asap!
I really enjoyed this book, reading some of my favourite authors and reading some for the first time! It was a great experience and for a great cause! An extra review for the Queen Sadie! She was a sweetheart and there to make everyone comfortable and ensure everyone felt safe, she was a wonderful character
I absolutely love this collection of low-angst queer stories! I’d read something longer about ANY of the characters (or all of them, honestly). So many of them had me laughing, and only two of them had me crying (looking at you, Devon and Sam). My advice is to go grab this baby immediately and bump it to the top of your TBR. You won’t regret it, and it’s the perfect read to celebrate Pride Month! –A
OVEREXPOSURE by LEXI AMBER NHL player x non-sports fan • Opposites attract • Insta-lust • Tatted MC • Cute banter
I want more of these two immediately! Ollie sucked me in the moment I saw him on page in Captain, and I’m so happy he finally gets to be himself. I’d love to see where this thing goes with Axel, who’s equally captivating. The flirting is hot, hot, hot and somehow also adorable... quintessential Lexi.
CAPTURING THE REAL ME by BECKY TZAG Strangers to lovers • Learning to love oneself • Uncertain goth x sunshine • Dreamy garden photoshoot
Ella is rediscovering herself after escaping a lifetime of being controlled by others, including her mom and a narcissistic partner. I love how she’s learning who she is and what she likes all while Valerie is right there, effortlessly taking on the role of Ella’s biggest hype woman. These two are so cute together!
SNAFU: SITUATION NORMAL: ALL FU¢KED UP by A. WINCHESTER Veteran x secret rock star • Insta-attraction • Slow burn • Opposites attract • Heavily tatted FMC
These two are super sexy but sweet together! I’d love to see more of them and how they navigate the rock star’s fame. I see them as being incredibly comforting and grounding for one another.
COME IN, STRANGER by RAE SIMMONS Dom/sub • Secret pasts • ‘Hottie with a Harley’ • Multiple not-so-meet cutes • Doctor MC • Steamy
HOOOLY cannoli, give me more of these two men RIGHT NOW! This is a new-to-me author, so imagine me immediately running off to check out their entire backlist. Here, you get a wary, unlucky-at-love sub and a caretaking dom who’s verrrry into making him feel good. Heck, even I’M down bad for Zach now!
PINK by A.K. BLYTHE Strangers to lovers • Queer awakening • Opposites attract • First times • Lingerie • Slutty little glasses
Howwwww on Earth does A.K. make this short little low-angst story somehow sooo romantic and still slightly angsty? It’s delicious torture! I love Fen’s charismatic combination of vulnerability and confidence, and Ollie is one of the sweetest, boyfriend-material MCs out there. Give me more, please!
OUT OF FOCUS by BEC BENSON Insta-attraction • Sunshine x sunshine • Blue collar • Hopeless romantic MC • ‘Spider-Man kiss’
These two guys have an immediate connection that’s so heartwarming and giggle-inducing. I enjoy seeing them together after the shoot, too. And I looove that Eli is so enamored of Collin’s laugh to notice it repeatedly. Too cute. Oh no! A cliffhanger? Is Collin’s pupper OK?! I’m dialed in and looking for more.
CHERRY ON TOP by BREE WILEY Workplace romance • Insta-love • ‘Caught in the rain’ vibes • Protective FMC • Boss lady/hairdresser
The lasting impression of this low-angst romance is that relief of finally feeling a sense of belonging when you meet your person. These two find that in each other, and it is so terribly cute, from the very first time they bump into each other. Even Arya being so easy to fluster is cute! Definite “feet-kicking” happiness here.
SALT SKIN by ALEX CROSS Vacation romance • Opposites attract • Secret crush • Food as a love language • Romantic beach date
Mmmmmoooreee! More, more, more... please? This little story about a line cook/aspiring chef and the resort owner’s son is blushingly romantic and sexy. I love that they save something for themselves, but the tension at the shoot is still chef’s kiss. And then this: “You look like sunshine.” I mean, really?! Ugh, so sweet!
MERLOT by RAE STONE Insta-love • Bigger bottom • Exotic dancer • Slutty glasses • First times • Size difference • Pierced MC
Biggest takeaway: how freeing and releasing it can be to finally acknowledge yourself, accept yourself, and share that version of yourself with others without judgment. Perfect romance for this month! Marlo is this gorgeous, ultra-confident person, and to see how he begins to instill that in Lennix for his journey... beautiful.
FAILURE TO YIELD by G. EILSEL Strangers to lovers • Grumpy/sunshine • Insta-lust • Witty banter • Retro femme MC • Lingerie
Lots of banter, and I am 100% a banter girl, so this story makes me super happy. Also, I want Devon’s outfit AND his car, m’kay, thanks. Make it happen, G. (You know I love you.) I LOVE the themed photoshoot and impromptu date in this one. You know what I’m gonna say, right? More, please! They’re too delightful.
THESE FEW BRIGHT HOURS by C.J. TUMA Insta-attraction • Size difference • Romantic forehead kisses
Boy howdy, do I wanna know what comes next for these guys! We’ve got two people preparing to move in completely opposite directions for work, and BAM! Their date is perfect (of course). Now what? I have to say, the moment on the bridge... you got me, friend. Super romantic and lovely.
KNOWN HIM ALL ALONG by JILLIAN D. WRAY Small town • Instant attraction • Class difference • Age gap
Woweeeee, instant means INSTANT for these two farmers in rural Virginia! The connection between Mason and Casey is palpable and jumps off the page to smack you in the face (just a little, but you like it). Love the way loneliness is addressed in this story.
THE TASTE OF RAIN by B.G. WOLFE Insta-lust • Soulmates • Romantic rain • First times
Another new-to-me author! Bella and Cam’s photoshoot is more than just romantic: it’s sweet and silly and high energy. They are very playful together from the beginning, and yet I also finished this feeling a little bit of “first love” vibes (even though they’ve had other relationships. It was a great addition to this collection!
OFF THE SIDELINES by PHOENIX KATHRYN Nonbinary MC • Sports romance • Single mom • Coach x parent • Single POV
Yet ANOTHER new author for me! Even though this is all from Eloise’s POV, both of these people really touched my heart. Noah is so steadfast and understanding but also makes it clear that they aren’t going anywhere. And the spice is perfect!
TEACHER’S PET by BLANE BELLAMY Former student x professor • Age gap • Mutual pining • Awesome bestie
Talk about wanting more! I feel like these two guys barely got started before the photoshoot was over. I just want to follow them home and see what happens next (not creepy at ALL!). But really, the mutual pining is yummy. I would love to see how that plays out once they’re finally on the same page.
SIXTEEN SECONDS by N. BOEYER Insta-love • Meet-cute • Strangers to lovers • Artist x artist • Technologically challenged sibling
Yes, the length of time is important. Yes, it’s a cute back story. Yes, it’s going to make you swoony. Biggest takeaway: do the spontaneous thing, take the chance, roll the dice, have faith in your intuition. This story gives me such a sense of joy of finding your person and just KNOWING that your life is about to change.
IN THE CARDS by REN ROUSSEAU Second chance romance • Haunted house • Lady knight • Childhood friends to lovers • Trans MC
I LOVE friends to lovers, especially when they’ve been friends most of their lives. The photoshoot is medieval tarot-themed, and the description is so visually stunning. And I was so excited for the paranormal twists that came in the second half of the story... yessss! I’m happy these two reconnected; they’re meant to be.
RUINED RIVALS by MYKA LOREN Online rivals • Gentle giant • First times • Forehead kisses • Immediate attraction
This is a sweet, funny story to end this fabulous anthology. Rune and Brandon are a perfect example of a rivalry that’s really more of an ‘I like to get you all riled up and see what happens.’ It turns out they actually have a lot in common, including an instant connection. Their shoot is just adorable!
Overexposure - Lexi Amber I loved everything about Oliver and Axel’s meet cute at their stranger session and would love to see more of them/have them expanded into a full length story. They had so much chemistry, it was undeniable. Axel’s sister and the banter between them made me smile as well. This was fantastic!
Capturing the Real Me - Becky Tzag I enjoyed Valerie and Ella’s opposites attract stranger session. Valerie helped Ella blossom and feel more confident and own who she was. While there is still room for the ideas in this to be explored more, I enjoyed that it felt like we learned a lot about the ladies and where they might be headed in the future. It felt hopeful and optimistic.
SNAFU - A Winchester I would love to have more of May and Sariah! These two were perfection and *vibes* for me, and I ate it up. I loved having Rhodes drop in as a supporting cast member. ❤️ May and Sariah had great banter and chemistry and I feel like so much could be done with the crumbs we got of what their story/background could lead to. Fingers crossed we get more or they pop up again.
Come In Stranger - Rae Simmons Zach and Eli have a (now) mutual ex in common, and when a session with Sadie reconnects them, their chemistry is off the charts. These two are fire together, and if I said I wanted more of them, it would be understating it. I'm ready to sign the petition for more of the “hot biker” and our hospital employee. I have a feeling they are going to get into the best kind of trouble together, even if those thoughts stay in my head.
Pink - AK Blythe Ollie and Fen are just so stinking sweet. I have no words other than I adored then together. No notes.
Out of Focus - Bec Benson Collin and Eli definitely left me wanting more. I was eager for every moment of these two as they had their meet cute on camera with Sadie and their chemistry was palpable through her lens. The way they didn't want their time to end had me excited for what more adventures the author might be dreaming up for them.
Cherry On Top - Bree Wiley Olivia and Arya were adorable together, like two puzzle pieces slotting together perfectly. I would love to see more of them and their adventures together in Seattle. ❤️ Arya getting her HEA is something I’m absolutely here for.
Salt Skin - Alex Cross Jessie and Danny are fantastic… I have this feeling of needing all the words that keeps these two together. Who doesn’t love a good vacation type romance? Like please can I have more of their goodness?
Merlot - Rae Stone Marlo and Lennix are super steamy! I think it would be fun to spend more time with these two and learn more about their live and Nix’s friend, Sarra.
Failure to Yield - G Eilsel After an almost car accident, these two realize their stranger session is together. The banter is so fun between Devon and Aaron. The title is perfect because they both give as good as they get, and their chemistry is crazy.
These Few Bright Hours - CJ Tuma Jericho and Zeke are absolutely adorable together, and there’s a bunny! Seriously I feel like this was a dessert and not a drop to drink the way I wanted more of them. JK, but I truly do want more. 🤞🏼
Known Him All Along - Jillian Wray Mason and Casey are meant to be 100%. Of all the stories that truly feel like kismet and instant love, this one might be the one for me, but I’m also a sucker for ranch/farm life and small town, so this hit so many of faves in one. It was perfect but I’m also going to beg for more because I never wanted to hit those last words. 🙌🏼❤️🤞🏼
The Taste of Rain - BF Wolfe Bella and Cam were sweet and playful and fun. I loved how they leaned into the moment and fully enjoyed their stranger session, and getting an epilogue with this one made me smile!
Off the Sidelines - Phoenix Kathryn I enjoyed Noah and Eloise’s story. The way they interacted at their session, and the way they found their way back to each other felt a little ‘meant to be’ and fun at the same time. I liked how Noah wasn’t afraid to give Eloise a little push when she needed it.
Teacher’s Pet - Blane Bellamy Peter and Dylan are a student and former professor, age gap pairing and I gobbled it up. Have a said I’m a sucker for these tropes? I loved their conversation and connection, and I would be so happy for a longer length story with these two after this. ❤️
Sixteen Seconds - N Boeyer I love stories about artists and bikers and Milos and Kaiden were no exception. This in some ways could be described like all gas no brakes, but I am not ready to be done with these two. And Axe? There has to be more there too. Pretty please can I have more of all of it?!?
In the Cards - Ren Rousseau Charlie and Shana are a second chance romance that gives off all the magical feels. It’s a little written in the stars mixed with paranormal. It feels both nostalgic and like coming home.
Sparks - Calliope Rhys I LOVED Devon and Sam and the way they came together. Their age gap pairing is perfection. Electrician and firefighter chief? Say less! I need more of these two if possible… 🤞🏼 It felt like yearning and pining a bit and like two souls meant to find each other at every possible moment. ❤️
Ruined Rivals - Myka Loren Sam and Devon are a rivals to attraction that I can get behind. Who knew that they would have so much chemistry and amazing banter in person. I love when two people are really looking forward to that moment each week when they will ‘spark’ off each other and that is what this is. Their face to face is perfect, and extending this could be so much fun.
As soon as this anthology got announced I was immediately excited to read it, not just because some of my favorite authors were a part of it, but also because of the wonderful charity the sales are supporting, ALONG with the premise of this anthology itself. I mean, stories based around photoshoots for queer people while also being matched up? That's super unique and creative, and after reading all of these sweet stories, I really wish Sadie's Strangers was a real thing. I would absolutely sign up!
I will say that all of these stories were exceptional and I think all the authors did a really exceptional job taking an idea and completely making it their own. I enjoyed reading every single story that's a part of this wonderful anthology but I am going to list some of the stand out stories for me.
Those are. (in no particular order); Ruined Rivals by Myka Loren: This one stuck out to me because not only was Myka a new-to-me author, but also because this story was just so lighthearted and sweet and I loved how the two MC's were rivals online but once they met in person realized they were a great match for each other.
These Few Bright Hours by C.J. Tuma, I've read books by C.J. Tuma before but this is the first time I've read something that they've written solo, and I'll just say this, I need Zeke, Murph, and Jericho to get a full length story at some point. Theirs was just SO cute!! I loved how Jericho turned to baking when he was stressed and overwhelmed, and I love how passionate Zeke is about animals and about how much he loves his rabbit, Murph. My favorite part of this story was when they were talking about their height difference, I laughed out loud at that!
"You're tall.."
"No, you're just short." I mean... talk about calling it like it is lol
Failure to Yield by G. Eilsel, Okay now THIS one was full of snark and brattiness and eccentrics AND also nostalgia and I loved every part of it. I also enjoyed how the author left a little easter egg that hinted at their other series, that was really fun to find. As for the romance between the MC's themselves, they had SO much chemistry, you could feel it through the page. Their banter was just so enjoyable to read and I really liked how they eventually wore each other down and got to know each other outside of the accidental mishap that occured at a stop sign.
Salt Skin by Alex Cross, Don't get me wrong, I would love it if all these stories got extended at some point, but this one specifically I NEED for it to be extended. I have to know what happens to Jessie and Daniel seeing as how this story ended with Daniel leaving. I absolutely adored both of these characters and I really would love to read more about them!
And Pink by AK Blythe. This may be the last one I'm writing about in this list but as I mentioned above, these were in no particular order! This story, ya'll, this one in particular stood out to me from the first page. Ollie is this adorable, well, adorkable, character who is completely captivated by Fen, and from the descriptions of Fen's character, rightfully so! Their story just felt so wholesome and very endearing as well. I loved how Ollie stepped in for the photoshoot when the other stranger bailed, and how even though he was nervous about it, he still did it anyways. Also, I cheered when Ollie showed up and kissed Fen on campus, I enjoyed how he wouldn't let Fen push him away or pretend what happened between them didn't happen. He fought for Fen, and I loved it!
"I want everything you're willing to tell me about yourself."
In conclusion, I very much enjoyed reading every single story that was a part of this book. These stories wouldn't be what they are without the amazing authors who wrote them, so to all the authors involved in this anthology, THANK YOU!!! Even if your book wasn't given a mini review, please know that I did still love all of them. It's just if I gave a review to every single book this would be way too long! Oh! Also, I want to just say that in Cherry on Top by Bree Wiley we got to see a different side to Arya and I really enjoyed that because in Bree's other books we didn't really get to know too much from her perspective of how things unfolded.. But in this one we got a glimpse of that, and I really enjoyed how Bree tied this story into their previous series.
I also want to say that I really enjoyed how diverse all of these characters and stories were. No two stories were the same, and there were characters who identified as gay, bi, lesbian, non-binary, trans, and so many others' and I just loved seeing all the diverse representation. So again, thank you to the authors for writing these wonderful characters and sharing them with us!
This is the literary equivalent of edging, take me right to the edge and never let me finish! I really enjoyed each of these stories and have added a bunch of new authors to my TBR!

19 stories. 19 authors. 19 reasons to fall in love.
Love at First Snapshot is exactly what it promises to be: a collection of queer meet-cute romances that will leave you smiling long after you've finished the final story.
Every single story in this anthology was a 5-star read for me. The collection ranges from sweet and swoony to delightfully spicy, but every story is packed with heart, hope, and characters you'll be rooting for from the very first page.
Inside you'll find:
Low-angst romance A wide range of queer identities and pairings Sweet moments, steamy moments, and everything in between Instant connections and unforgettable meet-cutes Familiar faces for readers who already love these authors' worlds
One of my favourite things about this anthology was seeing side characters from previous books step into the spotlight and get their own happily-ever-afters. Some stories felt perfectly complete, while others left me desperately wishing for a full-length novel because I wasn't ready to say goodbye.
Anthologies can be hit or miss, but this one is packed with talented authors who all delivered. Whether you're already a fan of these writers or looking to discover some new favourites, there's something here for every queer romance reader.
And the best part? All profits from this anthology support The Trevor Project, helping provide crisis intervention and suicide prevention services for LGBTQ+ young people.
Amazing stories. Amazing authors. Amazing cause.
If you're looking for a feel-good collection of queer romances that will make you laugh, swoon, blush, and smile, Love at First Snapshot is an easy recommendation. ❤️🏳️🌈📸
Love at First Snapshot is one of those anthologies that leaves you smiling from beginning to end.
Not only is it supporting an incredible cause, but it’s also packed with queer joy, hope, and love. Across 19 stories by a mix of beloved indie authors and exciting new-to-me voices, each story offers a sweet, low-angst romance connected through the concept of a traveling photographer capturing unexpected moments and connections.
What I loved most was the diversity throughout the anthology. There’s wonderful representation across MM, MX, FF, trans, and other queer identities, and every story celebrates queer people finding love, acceptance, and happiness. In a world that can often feel heavy, this collection felt like a warm hug and a reminder that queer joy deserves to be celebrated.
I also appreciated how each author brought their own unique voice while still maintaining a cohesive feel throughout the anthology. Some stories made me laugh, some made me swoon, and all of them left me wanting more. It felt a little like a literary tasting menu, giving me the chance to revisit favourite authors while discovering several new ones I'll definitely be reading again.
The fact that all proceeds go toward supporting LGBTQ+ youth through The Trevor Project makes this anthology even more special. It's not just a collection of feel-good romances—it's a project built on community, representation, and making a difference.
If you're looking for something uplifting, heartwarming, and full of queer love, this anthology absolutely delivers. A beautiful collection for an amazing cause, and one I’m so glad I had the chance to read. 🩷🏳️🌈📸
This anthology is pure queer joy in bite-sized form. Across 19 short stories, each from a different indie author, we follow a traveling photographer who invites strangers into spontaneous photo shoots, only for those moments to turn into unexpected, immediate connections and soft, low-angst love stories.
The framing is technically strangers meeting for the first time, but what’s really nice is the variation inside that concept. Most couples are true strangers-to-lovers, while a few reveal hidden histories, people who already knew each other, crossed paths before, or carried familiarity into the encounter.
There’s something really special about how consistent the emotional tone is while still allowing each author’s voice to shine through. Some of the authors I’d read before, and some I hadn’t, which made it feel a bit like a literary tasting menu. I thought this was a really fun experience. Each piece becomes its own little pocket of warmth, a celebration of queer people simply getting to be happy, seen, and chosen in ordinary, beautiful moments.
What makes this anthology even more meaningful is its purpose: all proceeds go to The Trevor Project, supporting LGBTQ+ youth. So reading it isn’t just comfort, it’s contribution. It’s joy with impact.
If you’re looking for something soft, uplifting, and affirming, this is exactly that: a collection of small love stories that add up to something much bigger. A reminder that even brief, accidental connections can feel like fate.

👉 Anthology 🌈19 Stories 🌈19 Authors 🌈1 Great Cause 🌈All Queer 🌈All Inclusive 🌈Meet Cutes 🌈Stranger Sessions 🌈Low Angst
This anthology was such an easy, sweet read… funny, spicy, and full of beautiful connections between strangers. Sadie always knows the perfect people to pair together! I absolutely adore Sadie!
I truly enjoyed myself! I couldn't choose which story I liked most because all of them were fantastic.
I loved getting to know these new-to-me authors and experiencing the diverse representation and different writing styles. Thank you so much for this ARC. This anthology is truly special, and I'm very honored to have had the opportunity to read it early.
I was going to try and review each story individually, but we would be here forever. 😂
First and foremost, I want to thank A Winchester for not only putting this anthology together, but for allowing me to be a part of the team to read this early and spread the word about it.
This collection gave me so much that I didn't know I needed, but also left me wanting more! 19 different stories, with different queer couples, all brought together by one woman on a mission. Sadie and her fiancé are traveling the world doing "stranger photo sessions" in order to capture the raw emotions of meeting someone for the first time. Some connections may last for a lifetime and some may only last for a little while, but no matter what, relationships and friendships are formed. From coming out for the first time, to finding love again after a past incident, all of these stories are beautiful and give people the hope that their forever person is out there.
I love that these have all sorts of queer relationships and dynamics. Some stories start out as complete strangers and others have a meet-cute before the meet-cute. In this collection, you get a little bit of everything, so that no matter what you enjoy, there will be something for everyone.
I truly hope that these amazing authors are so proud of these stories and will be nice enough to possibly give us full stories for these amazing couples.
When a book reads like coming attractions... Every Single Story Pulls you in and leaves you wanting more.I had a blast reading this, from the first story to the last I was laughing, oohhing and aahing over the situations each couple ended up in. What I really loved is I got to meet new to me authors, see sides of authors I love reading, as well as the mix of couples was refreshing. The low angst and meet cutes of all of the couples was a reader reset I didn't know I needed. Normally when I read these types of books, there are a few stories that hit harder and I gravitate towards the authors I know. I decided to go into to this one and read it cover to cover and I am so glad I did! My already overflowing TBR is now filled to the brim with even more amazing authors and books to read! With this book being available in Paperback and Kindle, I had to have both copies and will be sure to order it on Monday. Book trophy for me and helping the Trevor Project all at the same time. It’s a win-win for everyone!
I love Bree Wiley’s State of Us series, so when she did a story about Arya in this anthology, I had to read it! In this very short story, we see what Arya has been up to. She’s moved away from Utah in the hope to find herself and just give herself a clean slate away from her former friends. In doing so, she meets Liv. First by accident then by a photoshoot they sign up for. Liv is basically married to her job. But when she tries to be spontaneous, she never imagined she would see Arya again. And for the chemistry between them to be so strong. This story between is a sweet promise of starting something new with someone who sees you. A promise of a future that be something they have both been looking for!
I am so honored to have gotten to read this Anthology in advance.
19 Authors came together and wrote some beautiful cute stories.
Let’s start off with Sadie!! Sadie the photographer who is in each book taking all the photos. I loved and enjoy every story. I was enthralled entertained laughing and yes panting 😮💨. I truly could not put it down. Every story ranged from meet cutes insta love swoon worthy stories.
Thank you to all these amazing authors who came together and wrote such a beautiful and amazing anthology to raise money for the Trevor project.
Thank you for letting me ARC read this anthology 🖤
This book gets all the stars!!
This anthology is absolute perfection!! Each story is unique and special their own way. This book had me gasping, kicking my legs, laughing and getting hot under the collar. All together just made my heart so so happy!! One thing all these stories have in common is I want more and I really hope we get fall stories for all of these beautiful characters 🖤
Absolutely SWOONING over every single story in this anthology. All the sweet, low-angst meet cutes had me kicking my feet and giggling like a dork. A perfect read going into Pride Month. Each story celebrates and uplifts queer love and queer joy, and I loved to see all the different identities and pairings represented across the stories.
The authors truly created such a beautiful and heartwarming anthology! I can’t get enough!
I loved each and everyone of these stories. They were adorable and made me swoon. Honestly if you’re looking for a quick read with a feel good feeling I highly recommend this. Just pick anyone and you will be happy!
I’d love to see all these short stories turn into full length novels at some point bc they all deserve their moment!
This was such a cute collection of short stories. I enjoyed the stranger photo shoots and how Sadie connected each story together. There were quite a few good ones I can’t pick a favorite. The stories range from sweet and promising to hot and spicy.
This is such a fantastic anthology. I love the uniqueness of every couple while also having low angst, a sweet meet cute, and Sadie in common. Sadie is the ultimate matchmaker. I’ve been so excited to read this since it was announced and love that the proceeds will help support LGBTQ+ youth through The Trevor Project!
19 authors, some I’ve read before others I was introduced too. This was also incredibly long and felt like it was never ending, BUT I enjoyed all of it.
Was introduced to so many new authors that I added to my tbr to read their backlog.
So many amazing authors, so amazing stories and representing such an amazing cause. A. Winchester put together a phenomenal group for this anthology. Each of the authors involved, contributed such amazing stories that I constantly felt myself begging for more pages and hoping they would eventually be turned into full length books.
This anthology was absolutely perfect! Each story was amazing, and I would like to say the each deserves to have their own full length novel! Each story was a standalone, with a commonality of Sadie’s Stranger Sessions!
“I’d thought the other sessions I’d seen online before were just the photographers being amazing at their jobs, but maybe photographers are also secret matchmakers.”
These are your pallet cleanser stories that you need after those high angst book that we all know and love! So if you don’t want to sit and read this all at once it is perfect for this e in between times!
The best part of this anthology is I got to read authors that I know and love as well as new to me authors that I also now love and will be exploring more of their work!
Do yourself a favor and go order this now! You only have 90 days to get this one!
