I have no idea what she’s injecting into these books 😭🔥
But the fact that I started this series this past weekend and absolutely flew through them (and mind you… each book is like 400–600 pages???) needs to be STUDIED 🧪📚
I have gotten zero studying done this whole weekend lol 😭

I'm a bit disappointed that this was advertised as the final book and it's not. Even later on (while still reading book 4) when I saw there was a book 5 coming, I thought maybe it was Hiro's or Reo's love story.....but no, according to the author's afterword, book 5 will be a continuation of the MC's story. Which makes sense because so much is left up in the air. We still don't know if those twin babies are the MMC's and there are 30 more spies in his network that need to be taken care of.
I still am wondering where the story is going between the MCs with regard to the childhood book that the MMC has the FMC reading. It's very clear that it's an allegory for the couple and their love story. Things that happened in the book, have happened in their love story. But in that childhood book the woman has two dragon mates that are non-identical twins....so does that mean that the obsessive, territorial MMC is going to learn to share and the FMC will be in a throuple? I would love to see Reo be the one to become the 2nd MMC. Or is it some other guy out there?
I enjoyed the friendship between the FMC and Hiro becoming closer. At times, it also seems like Hiro could end up being the FMC's 2nd MMC.
What was the point of the constant talk and teasing between the MCs about exhibitionism (over the course of several books), and then not having even one scene of public sex?
There was a lot more action propelling the story forward in this book, which I appreciated. I'm excited to read book 5.

OH MY THIS IS ABSOLUTELY MAGNIFICENT
This is another FANTASTIC story in the AWESOME Dragon series that has captivating characters that's old but with new characters that are also interesting within this relationship that's entertaining and full of drama.There are so many surprises with a lot of suspense, Kenji and Nyomi has a sizzling passion that literally burn the pages. But the excitement is not just with their romance it's with Hiro, Reo, the Fangs, the twins who are a part of the Claws and the rest of the Claws. These are not even the secondary characters there's a lot more.Then there's the laughter they each made me laugh out loud and so much that I had tears on my face and it's just one of the best things that I enjoyed. Although there is lots of drama the suspense is what's off the chart in this one.WOW this is a very enjoyable experience just like all of the other stories in this series. It's a story within story I know crazy huh but so entertaining. I have become addictive to Kenya Wright books. I can't read just one because I absolutely enjoy binging on all of her stories so far. All I can say is every story in the Dragon series has been captivating, there is quite a few things that made this a pleasurable experience one being its a absolutely joy to read. Another thing is I know I will always enjoy The Dragon series, because I intend to read them more than once. It's Amazing so if you are like myself than you will love and enjoy the Dragon series. Loving this journey
This is really a wonderful series. At its core its full of erotica romance, tension , suspense and action. Though the writer can over explain and get hyper detailed often it does add to the world she is building , yet could have been edited as it makes the narrative drag at times. Also not a super fan of the story within the story of the tale of the maid and the dragon though interesting, it would have served better as a prequel book with smaller refrences not whole chapters of narrative. I love the realness and complexity of the emotions of grief, jealousy, and devotion, the charectors deal with even with some of them being frustrating to read. I look forward to the finale of this tale.

No Climax
I've read all the other books of this series and I feel like this one has no real climax. There were so many parts that were drawn out and unnecessary. Still an overall enjoyable book, but definitely could have had a more defined plot.

It ends on a cliffhanger. Thought book 4 would be the last installment but I was wrong. There were some funny parts in the story such as the feuding groups regarding food. I would have loved to read more about Zo as he always provides some chuckles. There are still so many unanswered questions that will hopefully be addressed in the next book.

The amount of obsessive devotion in this one is chefs kiss!!! I audibly gasped over some of the things that Kenji said and I’ll never be over this series. I know she’s making a 5th book and per usual, I’ll be first in line to read it!! And I’m soooo grateful that unlike a lot of authors in the billionaire romance category, she writes FULL FULL length books with good character development and plot as well as spicy spicy scenes. A WIN WIN WIN for me!!

He'll yeah!!
I have said it before and I will say it again Kenya you are the baddest queen (my spin on trina's song) .Listen the dragon his tiger the twins and lets not forget hiro and reo .At first I was thinking maybe Nyomi hair Stylist could be girl love interest but I don't know she would have to very special to heal his wounds so I'm not sure she could live up to that . Then I was like ok what about the twins and reo they need outlets too so you see this series has to keep going cause so many things need to be revealed that it may need another 4 or 5 books to even begin to sit well .I know we all love the Lion but I am really thinking Kenji is the new alpha in charge .As with every book of Kenya's I read they just get better and better do yourselves a favor and cop this series as well as any books she has written you want be sorry .

A must read
This series is fantastic. You will fall in love with Kenji and Nyomi in this fast paced, action romance series of books. You will enjoy reading about the connection and acceptance of the dragon and his tiger, and the obstacles they face to keep their friends and family safe. These books have suspense, betrayals, and undying loyalty. Excitedly waiting for book 5.
These characters are well written, the plots amazing, and you will fall in love with other characters as you read. Outside of the main characters I love Hero and Zo, you will find out why, just read. Hero deserves happiness.
Kenya is my new favorite author. This is the first book set of books that I’ve read of hers, and I’m hooked. I’m heading to Russia next to meet the Lion 🦁 .

This was the meat and potatoes of the story
Nyomi has endeared herself to everyone that matters to the Dragon. Nyomi used her journalistic instincts to help discover the traitors. It's always someone close and that hurts. It will end the war sooner. Hiro and Nyomi relationship shifted. He admired her greatly but realises it can't go any further than platonic friendship. I hope in Book 5, Hiro finds his heart like his brother.
I enjoyed reading the reactions of Nyomi's grandmother to her Japanese protectors. She's a character that I hope to see in the next book. As in previous books of the series, the Japanese fable, When the Dragon Swallowed the Moon had me very intrigued and I hope to see more of Sol, Korin and Pyrrin in the future.

Loved it!!!
This series is kinda turning into the Lion and Mouse series...but I hope it doesn't go on that long. Like that Nyomi is finding her talents and place amongst her new "family", but its also not great tbat she is trying to find her validation in these violent broken men. But her finding her bada$$ery is cool. I was starting to worry about the shift between Nyomi and Hiro, the brother, for a minute as well as the taboo twist...things got very weird for a while. Some parts got overly wordy or basic scenes would drag on forever, like a walk down the hall or taking a shower. Thankful KW switch directions and refocused on Nyomi & Kenji relationship develop and deepen. I also like to watch all the important side characters relationship development. Can't wait for the next book

Slow Clap - I am hooked!!!
I can’t stop with this couple. I’m obsessed and have to watch them more. I honestly never thought I would into this type of savage love but here I am 3 books in. You won’t be about to put this book down and patiently waiting for the next major installment.
This book takes you way beyond big d!!ks and bad boys and moves into something ethereal in its raw brutality. Kenji and Nyomi are soul bound and you feel it with each turn of the page
This is a ride I want and yet don’t want to stop as I’m transported through Ms Wrights writing to a world I can only imagine. I traveled without a passport to a world full of underworldly imagery. Wow

It took me a minute to dedicate the headspace for this story cause that damn fox had me HOT okay. So now we’re going to get some new characters huh?? Eyes. Scales. And whatever else them traitors did. And can we please finish the hair braiding scene? I feel like it’s going to be a time.

The tiger‘s new gift has been holding in on and the dragons roar has decided to ask the dragon to allow her to participate in in hunting down the snakes in their garden. This is a difficult task and Kenzie does not feel comfortable with the Naomi doing it however Naomi is eager to help Kenji as well as to make sure that their love continues to burn internally. When she passed the test she is now on the hunt with the claws things and the rest of the dragon hoard to dismantle the snakes and take down the fox. Naomi gets dragged deeper into the world as she uncovers it is more complicated than what she believes. Asia is on fire in the world as they know it will never be the same.

Devoured the four Dragon books. Waiting for book 5. Book four ends with a breath between movements in a kata.
Book 5 - if that is the ultimate ending is going to be war and if the characters are lucky, there may be peace.
If you want a dark contemporary yakuza romance with profound characters, food and humor and a female character written with strength and passion and utter devotion between characters this is the book series for you.
This book series captures you and won’t let you go. Similar to how Kenji feels about Nyomi.

This was another great read. It kept me flipping pages like a mad woman, up until the wee hours of the night. I couldn’t believe who the spy’s, and felt Kenji’s sorrow when he had to handle his business for the love of his lady and his family. I hope Hiro finds his love as well as Reo… I’d to also know more about the twins! Lady K keep writing these stories that mean so much to us and we shall keep reading them… some of us need this kind of escape especially in our lives today God bless you!

THE DRAGON NEVER DISAPPOINTS!!
I try to read this story as slow as possible, but from the first page it grabs you and won’t let go! This is the fourth installment of the series and I’m still learning and discovering new layers of the characters. This installment introduced more of Hiro, the Dragon’s brother and I’m curious as to where Ms. Wright is taking us. If it’s dark, then bring a flashlight because this is one story you have to see till the end.

In this book Nyomi goes on an adventure to find the snakes in the house. She connects with Kenji’s brother Hiro and seeing their relationship blossom is so special and I liked it so much.
I was surprised that Korin and her dragon’s story intrigued me so much!
It ends with Kenji eliminating the snakes and finding out there’s 30 more to get rid of. I cannot wait for what’s to come.

Ohhhhh Kenya I was wondering if you were going to give Nyomi her Sol experience with the two brothers, I was secretly rooting for that because the chemistry between her and Hiro is thick..and while Kenji might not be on board at first I could see him getting there..
On another note what is the shampoo and conditioner that Nyomi used in this story? As a curly girl I’m always looking for a great shampoo and conditioner set.

Captivating Series

The series is unnecessarily long
While I usually enjoy the authors work however, I feel like this series is of books are filled with unnecessary musings. I find the story disjointed and at times confusing. The BDSM scenes felt forced and just didn't track.
I'm disappointed in the series and feel the additional books are just a money grab using subpar writing. I regret purchasing this particular series!

Outstanding
I love the Dragon series. The storyline, chemistry and character development are something else. The twists and turns are sometimes surprising, but occasionally not, which is fine with me.
I love Kenji and Nyomi's loved ones they bring the jokes and some lightheartedness to the stories.
I'm so looking forward to the next book. I think this can carry on for a few more books. Maybe 9 or 10 in total? I want to see Hiro get his HEA too across a few books.

I fell in love with the dragon unexpectedly but I need to read something the continued some bits from the lion and the mouse. Yes, this is a slow burn but it's like 3 stories in one so it keeps your interest. Which is expected with all of KW books. I'm looking forward to book 5.

The dragon 4
There was so much to unpack in this story. I love that there is a story within a story that also gives foreshadowing into the story at hand. This is my favorite for of escapism. I love how it shows that even though each part of the dragons team is lethal they are also men with vulnerabilities.

WOW!!!
Kenya knows how to weave a story that drags you in to a world of love and danger. The love story of Naomi and Kenja is grand and beautiful. You will see how they grow and change to become a couple who supports each thru good and bad times. Reo, Hiro, Claws and the Fangs add to the story in away that make the family fill complete. Can not wait for book 5!!!!!!!!!

Masterpiece!
Every time I think that Ms. Wright can't get better, she goes and proves me wrong. This was everything in one book..action, spice, humour and emotions that were raw, real and rich. Ms. Wright I hope that this be turned into tv series. Kudos and I'm already jonesin for the next fix

The way you write should be taught at Harvard just amazing work. Love love the office scene with the fangs and the claws and how they were arguing poor grandma in Charleston is having a Time a Time with Yakuza soldiers and don't know it I feel so bad for Kenji at his ending scene cannot wait for book 5.

Than 5 stars more than excellent more than over the top...I fell asleep reading, woke up reading...I love it all my favorites are mention the Lion, the mouse, the Butcher OMG mz.Kenya I have laughed, screamed talks out loud to myself and felt bad to the Dragon... But, I agree with everyone book 5 can't be the end my mind, heart and body needs more....thank you

I'm hooked.
I usually don't care for sequels (or cliffhangers), but this series has me hooked.
My only regret is that I'm moving abroad within the next six months and may not have access to this continuing saga of intrigue and hotness. 🥺
This is my favorite by Ms. Wright, so far.
