Here is the infamous (and anonymous) conspiracy manual for the total control of worldwide society. It describes a plan and method of ‘Quiet War” to be carried out by an ‘elite’ group, which goes unnamed. If you are not part of that elite group, you are not held in very high regard. In fact, you are only regarded as livestock, to be manipulated for the benefit of the elites. This document has been referenced by many including David Icke in his various books and videos. Is it real? Does it actually lay out a plan which is even now being ‘silently’ implemented? The answer lies in examining what it purports, and comparing it to events that have happened since the 1950’s. You decide. “Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars, An Introduction Programming Manual” was uncovered quite by accident on July 7, 1986 when an employee of Boeing Aircraft Co. purchased a surplus IBM copier for scrap parts at a sale, and discovered inside details of a plan, hatched in the embryonic days of the "Cold War" which called for control of the masses through manipulation of banking, media, industry, peoples' pastimes, education and political leanings. It called for a quiet revolution, diverting the public's attention from what is really going on. It contains no author name, and is not under copyright. I believe there is a spiritual principle which states the dark lodge Elites who run this shit show have to tell us their evil plans.
Zbigniew Brzezinski and professor Klaus Schwab are just a few who have been leaking their plans for us plebeians in the slave class since the 70’s. I hoped people would actually wake up when they had the pandemic they had been wargaming for 30 years. Instead the Law of Polarity has been masterfully played against the sleeping masses they not only defend the current Nazi policies but went on ahead and got an experimental spike protein mRNA gene therapy with zero short term or longitudinal human studies. The overwhelming evidence on Vaers, the CDC’s vaccine damage reporting site, states this vaccine has killed and damaged more than all other vaccines combined. However the willfully ignorant actually believe it’s both safe and effective which it is neither based on real, peer reviewed and fully censored research. Now when parents post their children’s funeral on social media their accounts are deleted for causing “Vaccine Hesitancy.” As if that’s a bad thing. This manual however was never meant to be released. They projected a day in 1954 when they would be able to control the masses with the touch of button. That day has arrived and today the button they hit is “Safe and Effective”. If you listen to their press conferences the FDA will even say things like, “We don’t have data on the effectiveness of the booster but we do have hope.” Great that should help. Despite the overwhelming number of vaccinated athletes around the globe collapsing (now 443 and counting) and having heart attacks most of the inverted sleepers seem to have no idea why this is happening. Those of us awakened years ago and saw all of this coming know exactly what is causing all the myocarditis. It’s The Vaccine Stupid, not post pandemic stress disorder. The most evil propaganda I have seen to date are billboards and bus advertisements stating It’s Normal For Children to Have Heart Attacks. The Orwellian double speak and revisionist history is enough to make a sane man mad. Orwell was correct though, “In a time of universal deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act,” but enough of my ranting. I will end with just a few of the chilling quotes from this piece written in 1954 in hopes of a day coming like 2019 when they could easily control the masses with the touch of a button. Anyone they can’t control just get deleted and censored as Orwell predicted. What he didn’t write about was how most would defend the censorship because they are so polarized and hypnotized by 20-50 years of television, internet, video games and augmented reality.

PORTRAYAL OF ELITE PSYCHOPATHY

Genuine or fabricated, this 'leaked' document from the top is a fascinating read in its own right, both for reasons of content and the underlying worldview-psychology on display.

It is very short but covers much ground in a short space.

This is a partial document and is not complete.

What does feature prominently in this text is the huge role given to economics as a science of control, whether it be the control of human energy through centralised monetary currency, control of the party-political system that reflects the hypocrisies of a taxed population, control of the mass media designed to keep people dumb, control of public education to keep the youth below any threshold of independent awareness and technical ability, and the control and ultimate destruction of the family unit.

Human beings are but cattle, useless eaters to be enslaved and exploited for the benefit of a self-appointed ruling class looking after its own interests.

There are many mathematical formulae that permeate this text, which I could not make head or tail of, save to notice that people are but numbers and symbols in these carefully drawn out equations.

Reading this text should allay any doubts as to the low opinion and downright contempt the controllers of this world have for the masses and in many cases the observations made as to the inherent hypocrisies and weaknesses of most people are not necessarily untrue, unfortunately.

You and I are seen as worthy of being enslaved due to our lack of self-determination and ability to free ourselves from the methodologies of mass control, including the monetary system.

This text is somewhat dated in that the technological paradigm we live under now is far more advanced than that suggested and alluded to in the text, which makes our era far more frightening than that described in Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars, particularly in terms of data collection, surveillance, and moves towards a cashless society with a microchipped population.

One thing I would like to note about the psychology of this text is that it is the fruit of a very cynical, power-driven mind, and however correct the narrative is in terms of how to hoodwink and control the masses, it does betray a lack of imagination and appreciation of life, completely ignoring as it does whole sways of human activity such as art, philosophy, and the task of personal enlightenment itself, which all contribute to raising consciousness.

As is portrayed in Dante's Divine Comedy, Satan may well send the masses to burn in flames, but he himself is encaged in ice.

And indeed, whoever wrote this text and whoever subscribes to this ideology of control is not only unenlightened, but is a slave to fear and its need for external control making him or her a pathetic excuse of a human being, a genuine 'hollow man' to use T.S. Eliot's expression.

The dark side of the force is indeed one of self-destruction.

Not much here; a propaganda message telling us there's a cabal that's engineered our subjugation and ultimate demise; so what? This is obviously Not a Secret Plan by those carrying out that subjugation; there are far too many charged statements indication this would be wrong/evil. This is anonymous because it contains mathematical, electrical and political ramblings never intended for publication. I didn't enjoy it, and the Top Secret title is really click bait. It's a scam. Don't waste your money.

4 stars as in: I really liked it.

It's obvious this isn't a leak, in the common sense of the word.
What is more likely is that this document was either written by an insider who didn't fully like the plans (and was probably disillusioned with humanity: being this document a way to vent), or a very smart outsider who managed to see humans "from above", as ants (I tend to side more with this later hypothesis).

It's very quotable, so I will post here only those parts that at the moment seem to me the most heavy hitting.


I will call this part: "How to keep people in a dream, illusionary world"

Experience has proven that the simplest method of securing a silent weapon and gaining control of the public is to keep the public undisciplined and ignorant of basic systems principles on the one hand, while keeping them confused, disorganized, and distracted with matters of no real importance on the other hand. This is achieved by: (1) disengaging their minds; sabotaging their mental activities; providing a low-quality program of public education in mathematics, logic, systems design and economics; and discouraging technical creativity. (2) engaging their emotions, increasing their self-indulgence and their indulgence in emotional and physical activities, by; (a) unrelenting emotional affrontations and attacks (mental and emotional rape) by way of a constant barrage of sex, violence, and wars in the media — especially the T.V. and the newspapers. (b) giving them what they desire — in excess — “junk food for thought” — depriving them of what they really need. (3) rewriting history and law and subjecting the public to the deviant creation, thus being able to shift their thinking from personal needs to highly fabricated outside priorities. These preclude their interest in and discovery of the silent weapons of social automation technology. The general rule is that there is profit in confusion; the more confusion, the more profit. Therefore, the best approach is to create problems and then offer the solutions.

And I will call this part: "How the sheep (that aspire to be wolves) manage to have a clear conscience"

Most people want to be able to subdue and/or kill other human beings which disturb their daily lives, but they do not want to have to cope with the moral and religious issues which such an overt act on their part might raise. Therefore, they assign the dirty work to others (including their own children) so as to keep the blood off their own hands. They rave about the humane treatment of animals and then sit down to a delicious hamburger from a whitewashed slaughterhouse down the street and out of sight. But even more hypocritical, they pay taxes to finance a professional association of hit men collectively called politicians, and then complain about corruption in government.

The people hire the politicians so that the people can: (1) obtain security without managing it. (2) obtain action without thinking about it. (3) inflict theft, injury, death upon others without having to contemplate either life or death. (4) avoid responsibility for their own intentions. (5) obtain the benefits of reality and science without exerting themselves in the discipline of facing or learning either of these things. They give the politicians the power to create and manage a war machine to: (1) provide for the survival of the nation/womb. (2) prevent encroachment of anything upon the nation/womb. (3) destroy the enemy who threatens the nation/ womb. (4) destroy those citizens of their own country who do not conform for the sake of stability of the nation/womb.

This was recommended to me by a friend. I read it to see what it said. It reads like a conspiracy theory with some advanced math to try to bolster it's argument. I tried, but could not find, supporting documents of any kind. I also could not find any rebuttable of significance. There are a lot of eerie predictions in this book but there's no way to know how many times it's has been edited since the claimed publication date of 1948.

I gave it two stars because it has interesting ideas worth thinking about in the context of a dystopian fiction novel. If this was presented as fiction I may have rated it higher. Interestingly, a lot of the topics resonate with actual events happening today but as someone famous once said "there's no need to invent conspiracies when the truths of reality are already absurd enough".

Un libro que a ciencia cierta no se sabe si es algún invento de alguna persona, lo que sí se puede determinar ese secreto a voces de su contenido ya que las situaciones de programación social son establecidas constantemente dentro de estas. El impacto llega en la lectura de recordar que estamos bajo ese diseño o plan superior.

I don’t deny that there is a silent war being waged by an elite cabal upon the common people, but this is utter rubbish. Nonsense mixed with some truths and Machiavellian wisdom dressed up in technical jargon making the message merely sound intelligent. There is no way this is legitimate. It is likely a hoax or perhaps even calculated disinformation.

There's nothing 'top secret' about this document.
It's a well intentioned hoax.
The writing is pure William Cooper.
Still, worth a read for its prescience.

I definitely see some aspects of truth in this conspiracy theory. This book shows you how a society can be controlled through economics, education, politics, and psychology. It is very interesting to read and it will open up a new perspective for the reader from which to view societies.

It is interesting, not in any educational sense, but more as a novel-ish take on the most over-used conspiracy tropes of all time. The inclusion of pseudo-technical diagrams and the overall consistency of the formatting made it much easier to read compared to basically every other "found government masterplan I've ever stumbled across.

The "economics" lessons in the introduction are pretty ok, and the analogy to passive circuit components was one I haven't come across before. " Economic Inductance " was laid out particularly well.

All of the equations and "models" are obviously supposed to lend a kind of specialist's authority to the whole thing, and I think they could have if they hadn't been so sophomoric.

It seems to be an interesting outsider-take on technical writing. Likely the author read the beginning of one or two gov't papers. There were clearly a lot of formatting decisions made without consulting an equivalent paper, but the improvisations seemed internally consistent enough not to take me out of the piece.

I'd say it's worth checking out if you're interested in technical writing, outsider-art, or have a background in conspiracy literature in an academic sense (if you haven't already read it).

I'd recommend Ted K's Manifesto if you're looking for something with actual substance and weight.
