WTF was this? I could not look away, fascinated with how horribly bad this was. There is no plot, no back story to speak of, and the characters are incredibly one dimensional. Awful! What bugs me the most, is that I've wasted money buying the next two books in the series on Amazon. There is no way in hell I'll be reading those. *shudders*

Absolutely awful book, It started of very briefly I might add, with a sassy girl taking a walk in woodlands...bumps into a naked man 'shags him', decides to give up on civilization and goes off to live in his cave with the other werewolves !!!!! WTF.. I love this genre of book, I like my imagination to run wild, and let me tell you I have a fab imagination. But this was a stretch even for me.

I don't even think this deserves 1 star. To be completely honest I LOVE. a good erotica novel. this however is like a cheesy porno you catch your spouse watch. I only read the first chapter and even that was too much. I don't recommend this to anyone. if you have it in your library throw it out or delete it.

I wanted a morsel of supernatural sustenance on a cold rainy night. What I ended up with was werewolves gone wild! Awooow! My wife came downstairs and saw me on the couch, smiling. "What are you reading?" She asked. "I'll show you," I answered.
Most paranormal romances leave me cold, but this one set the thermostat on high. if you're into metro werewolves with bare chests that chase whiney little girls, this ain't for you. If you want carnal feasts between beauty and the beast, you'll devour this one tooth and nail.

Part 1. Ali is hiking Yosemite and finds a naked man. Calt is alpha of his pack and now that she's seen him, he can't let this human just leave. Very hot sex in this series. I'm still not quite sure if I like Ali. She childish and flaky. Some of the characters are deeply thought filled, and have true emotions. The story is interesting, different from most shifter tales. Calt has so much going on he really doesn't focus on his new mate. Two packs competing for a chance at better lives. Parts of this story are sexy, and parts are strange. Give it a try.

I truly enjoyed part 1 of this series. The hotness starts fast and furious. I find Calt interesting. His dialog is sluggish which makes his lack of human contact more realistic. He doesn't quite get Ali so I'm loving the dynamic. Ali seems right at home in Yosemite which suits the needs of her character. I keep wondering about Calts instant draw to Ali. She is strong even though she doesn't always seem that way. I don't want to spoil it so let's just say Ali is and will be a fighter. Great read.

This is the complete series of Owned by the Alphas, which I must confess I prefer over having to read books broken up in parts as a series. l think that is mostly down to me being impatient to read the next installment more than anything!
This is the first book that I have read by this author. I did enjoy this book and found that once it got going, I got really stuck into it and didn't put it down. An enjoyable read, would definitely consider other books by this author.

Good story
This was a good story. A lost human girl in Yosemite runs into a naked guy. She's very attracted by him. Calt doesn't understand why his wolf is attracted to her. But can't decides to keep her. Now she is forced to live with the wolf's and she likes it. That is until Jared shows up.

Once you start, you can't stop!
From the very first sentence, this story had me. Hiking in Yosemite is one my most favorite things to do. Therefore, I immediately identified with Ali. Then to discover a fascinating (crazy hot) supernatural life in that beautiful mountain terrain! Oh yes!

I found the characters and writing a bit stiff and contrived, but the storyline is interesting. It's not the best or the worst shifter serial I've read. Though if I couldn't read these for free, I don't know that I'd continue.

This is good. Lots of nakedness, who doesn't love that? 2 wolf packs trying to coexist. Add a chunky human lost in the woods and you get some pretty hot sex. Yuppers, I'm all in.

Man was this book hot. Also a very fast read. I was happy with the ending and was happy the writer wrote it that way. I like Tawney and can’t wait to read her story. I really hope she gets a happy ending for her as well.

The story is about Ali who while hiking in Yosemite National Park is found by Calt the Pack Master (alpha) of one of the two packs living in the Park. He decides she is his mate and he plans to keep her with him forever.
The next day she finds Jared outside Calt’s Den. Jared is now a grown sexy man, but used to be the boy she watched and drooled over white in junior high (and unbeknownst to her, he watched her too). Jared is the alpha of the rival werewolf pack living in Yosemite. He followed Calt when he recognized Ali was with the other aloha. While Calt and his den mates sleep (they are nocturnal and Ali isn’t yet), Jared steals her away for a day of play.
Exciting events take place that add some suspense to the story as we discover along with Ali the joy of coming into our own power.

Ali finds her life at another dead end and just wants to get away from her life when she finds her self lost in Yosemite National Park and nobody knows she's there. In the middle of her trying to find a trail she is frighten by a naked stranger. Ali finds her self checking him out. When trouble comes she finds out Calt's secret and would of never thought that possible to find herself face to face with a myth.

Received arc for review. The beginning of this story starts out a little rough but once you get over the fast pace the story is rolling on, it's a good read. Lost in the woods, Ali comes across a very naked Calt. Things heat up as they come together. Even though it's against the rules to show himself in wolf form, Calt shifts to save her from a rival pack. In doing this, he has sealed her fate to be his mate and never to return to her life among fellow humans. Already on to book two!

You must have an open mind for this series. But if you can let yourself go into it fully I believe you will love this series. We all know what it's like to read a paranormal romance, you never know what your getting yourself into. I love the tension the love the possession. Yes I admit it's not for everyone, I will let you know now its hot and steamy.

I actually really liked this series. There is something for everyone, secrets, sexy alphas, second chance love, strong female lead, girl torn between two men who would fight for her to the end. Oh then there are all the little extra sexy bits thrown in for good measure.

When I picked this up I didn't realize it was a serial or I wouldn't have bothered. I am a stickler for an HEA in 1 book otherwise I either don't read them or wait until all volumes are out. Next time I will do more research before just picking up a book to satisfy a shifter craving.

This is a pretty good start to a series. There's nothing like an Alpha werewolf to sweep a human female human off her feet. Only for her to realize that things that we were taught were just myths and fairy tales actually exist and to become torn by the twist at the end of part one.....

A jumbled mess
Not much to recommend. Very few details to flesh out a bare bones story. So a girl meets a naked man in the woods and falls in instant lust. So much lust she doesn't even flinch when he tells her she can never leave and she belongs to him.

I liked it!
Definitely enough to keep me reading but I am very glad all 5 + prequel were available at once because it goes very fast. Good tension! Nice feel to the sexuality...definitely fitting with story and not overboard. Later I will be on to the next!
