Hobson Hills Omegas #12

Admiring His Omega

Rate this book
Welcome back to Hobson Hills!

Cain Benson should be happy with his life. He is a prominent lawyer, well respected in Atlanta's elite society. Several very admirable omegas line up to date him. Well, until they know him. Then they call him a cold workaholic. With the one man he is interested in already taken, Cain decides to move closer to his family in Hobson Hills. Away from an unrequited crush and the inexplicable loneliness he feels in a city full of people.

Malcolm Reed is quite happy living the RV life and traveling all over the country. He makes friends everywhere he goes and stays connected through his simple living cooking videos, group yoga sessions, and Thursday night D&D campaigns. Despite his love of the road, he finds himself staying longer and longer in Hobson Hills each year. It's probably his joy in pranking the Wilsons that keeps him there, but whatever.

When these two very different men meet, both of their lives change forever. Cain discovers there is far more to admire in an eccentric, mischievous omega than he thought, and Mal discovers he has a kink for men with serious smiles. However, the road to love is never easy. Can these two stay together when the world is trying to pull them apart?

Author note: mlm omegaverse romance with mpreg. Can be read as a standalone but characters from previous books pop up. RV living, simple cooking, loveable pets, found family, and a lot of tricks played on the Wilsons.

I have been self-publishing since October 2018. My books are extremely light and fluffy m/m romance with mpreg, and while they span a few subgenres of romance, they have similar themes of found family and love at first sight. Besides writing, I enjoy reading everything I can get my hands on, especially m/m romance. My personal favorites are mpreg, sci-fi, fantasy, and paranormal.

This was book 12 in the "Hobson Hills Omegas" series. I have been waiting for this book Cain Benson is finally ready to settle down. Mal Reed lives a no mad life he travels the country in his RV and he loves pranking the Wilson's. Mel does cooking videos online he also does yoga classes. He meets Cain one night while pranking Ernie and it was a good prank. I really liked these two together. Cain is stressed out because he is working Roe's case as this book and the last one's run together. I also liked Bianca and her mother Van and when Bianca gets in trouble Mel steps up to not only get her out of Hobson Hills but when she tells them she is pregnant he agrees to adopt the baby. I miss this series. I loved the story Mel told Cain about his family and I did guess about who he was related to. I was also glad that we finally know who killed Eugene and he deserved it. This was a good read. This book was well written but it did have an error or two in it. I am looking forward to reading the next book in this series. I hope Wally or Niccolo get a book.

This book is really choppy and very poorly edited and proofread. There were her usual then/than errors, but also a host of others that I typically see when people are talk to texting me. Let's not forget Gabriel/Gabrial. Like... pick a spelling and stick with it already.

As to the choppiness, the main characters were hardly together on the page and the instalove was VERY instalove. I'm sure the fangirls will like this, but it was just trying too hard to be something cute and was instead just a mess of cringe.

More twists with Wilsons

While I enjoyed this one, it isn't my favorite. However, Mal is a pranking tornado for sure. He even pulls the calm, Cain into his pranking. I love the prank wars that happen with the Wilson family and Mal fits in with them. There is also a couple of extra storylines in the background that keeps you interested in who, what, how and why. It is always a fun time to visit Hobson Hills.

Amazing!

I ignored some yard and housework to read this book and it was worth it. I have to say that I think Mal and Cain’s love story is my favorite out of all the Hobson Hill books ( I hope Carter and Elijah don’t mind). I like how even though Mal and Cain are completely different in lifestyles, they were able to blend so seamlessly. This is a definite re-read!

worth the wait

It was so worth the wait on Cain’s story. I love the Hobson Hill’s series. As always so much love and family and found family. Each story transports you to Hobson Hills a place you’d want to live and know these people. Cain and Mal’s love story lets you catch up with everyone. It’s really good. Couldn’t put it down. Loved it.

wonderful read and worth the wait

I’ve been a fan of this series for a long time and this book was worth the long wait. Cain and Mal’s story was funny and sweet and I loved it. It also solves the mysterious murder that happened in the Sheriff’s Omega. Those that follow this series will not be disappointed

Sweet book

I just love my Wilson family stories. Now you can add Benson and the Reed family also. A group of loving people who help each other. This book has a little overlap from another book that goes well. The last Benson son has found his happily ever after. A sweet love story with drama, trauma, and some domestic violence. Another great addition to Hobson Hills.

I enjoyed visiting Hobson Hills again. This book was fun. Just don't expect realism. The teenager drama was over the top and the actions of the adults didn't make sense. Still I really enjoyed reading the story. Realism is overrated anyway.

Wow!
While Cain and Mal's meet-cute is the most hilarious yet, the drama just blew me away!
This was in turns a prank fest and an emotional rollercoaster.
The big reveals were jaw dropping. The romance is heartwarming. The cuteness is huggable.
Perfectly Hobson Hills!

Hobson hills 12

I can’t describe the love I have for this fictional town and the truly amazing people that reside there..! The shenanigans and pranks are hilarious! This one manages to provide answers to some of the previous going’s on which was nicely done. I frequently re read this whole series and this was another fantastic addition
