There was too much buzz about the election and it wasn't really focused much on Mink Larue. She's my favorite character so I kind of lost interest when it was based more on Viceroy.
It still was interesting but this book we follow other characters that's in Mink life more than we follow her.
But I can say Mink is growing as a character she's tired of her old ways and just seems like she wants to let it all go and lay it down. She's falling hard in love. But her friend Bunny still wants to make moves.
The rich family having lots of problems. More family drama family secrets. But just okay.
How it ended I still wants to read the last book. I didnt come this far to give up now.
I just finished reading Red Hot Liar by Noire. It was slow in the beginning of this book but it's well written. I enjoyed reading more about Mink LaRue and rest of characters in this book.
GiGi is a something else. She is a liar and con-artist. Barron needs to wake up because there is something wrong with GiGi. Miyoko is a crazy girl.
Noire did a good job. She takes her time to writing this book. I give this book and author five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I'm looking forward to read another book from this author. I can't wait to read part 5 of this book. I want to find out what's happen to Barron and who shots Viceroy.
This book was full of twists and turns! Barron is just stupid! He's a sucker for love and I can't stand his gullible ass. Pilar is grimey! I can't stand her and I hope karma catches up with her stuck up entitled ass. Suge had me so mad at him until the end. The thing between him and Mink is weird but I'm glad he finally saw the light. GiGi made my skin crawl and I didn't care for her character. I can't wait to read the last installment to find if Barron is ok; who shot Viceroy; and if Gutta will catch up to Mink. There were errors but they didn't take away from the story. The suspense flowed throughout the book and the author did a great job keeping me entertained.
I just felt like the story could have developed a little more and some of the storylines could have been more in depth. I felt like it was more so a catch up to the of the previous novels instead of a continuation. The storyline for Selah and Viceroy would have been developed more, like what happened after he kicked her out instead of at the beginning he kicks he out then she isnt in the story until the end.
This family owes me a monthly allowance, I’m part of the family now😂. They are all a hot mess but I’ve been sticking beside of them. Everyone has been leading with their emotions and that’s why they ass keeps getting into something. Some parts dragged a bit but once I got to the end it all made sense. Ima need Byron (or however you spell it) to get his shxt together. He had no problem doing a deep dive on everyone else but not Gigi 😒. Bunny did too much for me regarding the reality show. Nothing is ever too good enough for her. So peaches didn’t see Gutta? Where the hell was he at to not see Gutta?! 😂 The family could solve many problems if they just have family meetings and talk. Communication is key 😂

I enjoyed the book, it was easy to follow along. The language is in regular down to earth average talk, and the simplicity is what makes this story a smooth sailing read. Through all the treachery and turning points, the narrative voice remains satirical. The writing style is unique, and the story was satisfying when I closed the book. I will read the rest of the series.
This series was filled with a whole lot of drama. To much drama and no action . I felt like it was to much to really keep me interested to be honest. New characters, old characters. I don't know how to feel lool.
Too much going on created a situation where all storylines had very little movement. I can't stand Viceroy and I hate Mink and Uncle Shug as a couple. Weakest of the series so far. 2.75 stars.
Good book kinda wish I would have started at the beginning of this series. I found this book just started reading it. There are unanswered questions, but I will have to go back or keep reading.
Great job, already started Stone Cold Liar. Have to see who did what and how it all will end. I loved the Sugg played his ex-girlfriend. This has to be unbelievably.
You would think after now hitting the biggest con of them all would make Mink LaRue sit back and just stop with the lies and scams. She is now part of the Dominion family for real and reaping the rewards of being an heir to the Dominion fortune. Why is it that Mink is still up to some of her old tricks? Meanwhile Gutta is still out to get to get Mink, so she’s got to be careful about not letting her past catch up with her because it could ultimately destroy everything that she has going on.
Suge is trying to stop an old enemy trying to destroy the Dominion family name and fortune. The relationship between Suge and Mink is just as steamy as ever, but Mink isn’t liking the fact that Suge is in cahoots with his ex-girlfriend. How far is Suge willing to go to make sure the Dominion family fortune stays in tack? What tricks does Mink have up her sleeve for his ex?
Red Hot Liar by Noire is the 4th installment of the Misadventures of Mink LaRue series. In the previous books, author Noire has focused on Mink as being the leading character, but this time Mink seemed more of a supporting character, since she focused on other characters such as Viceroy, Barron and Uncle Suge. This was a disappointment for me since the series is supposed to be about Mink, thus ‘The Misadventures of Mink LaRue’ not everyone else.
It was a slow read and all this installment did was lead to more questions that have been left unanswered. Which leads to a 5th installment that will be released later this year, unfortunately, I will not be reading it because I am tired of authors dragging out a series, instead of working on new material.
Yesssss Hunni.Norie did it again, as she always does! This book is a lil slow but one you get into it.It leaves you with so many question that need to be answered for sure. She put her big girl panties on this time. In the next book I want to know what happened to Barron? Did Gutta catch up with Mink? Who shot Viceroy and why? What happened to Dane and Zeke in the mail room?I didn't expect that ending.
Uuuuuh, this one went left with the Viceroy and Gigi dramas. More red hot liars in the mix but I need the focus shifted back to Mink! Least favorite in the series. Mink did find love for the first time so that's a good thing
I love me some Mink LaRue. I can't wait for the next book. She put her big girl panties on this time. In the next book I want to know what happened to Barron? Did Gutta catch up with Mink? Who shot Viceroy and why? What happened to Dane and Zeke in the mail room? Lol
I've been a fan of this book since the beginning Nd I'm definitely not disappointed. Can't wait tell part two because there's so many lose ends and unanswered questions. About to order or preorder part 6 right now.
