This little Mira & Astra comic tells the story of a moment we all face — when jealousy or hurt rises up, and we have to decide what to do with it. Mira blurts out words she regrets, and with Astra’s gentle guidance, she learns something the power of pausing.
It’s in that pause that she finds her freedom — the chance to choose love instead of pushing it away.
Drawn in simple black-and-white panels, The Pause That Changed Everything is a warm story about friendship, choice, and the small turning points that change us.
I started out in advertising and print media, and later moved into the IT industry, where I spent over 23 years creating information for people—both everyday users and technical audiences. After a long career, I decided to retire early and give more time to what I truly love: writing and storytelling.
I enjoy exploring many interests—Vedic astrology, tarot, reading, and above all, reflecting on life through words. I see myself as a seeker on the spiritual path, with my practices centered around bhakti yoga and jnana yoga.
Writing, for me, is a way to share, to question, and to connect. It’s how I make sense of the inner and outer worlds, and I hope my work brings moments of thought, comfort, and light to those who read it.
