First time reading a novel by this author. I really enjoyed the storyline. I enjoyed the connection between Semi and Dahlia. I can't wait for the next book. in the meantime,I will check out her other stories.

4.5 ⭐️ !! I ate this up and was crashing out when it ended lol but I got the second one immediately after because I needed to know what happens after that to be continued. My first book from Uniquely Lashay and I absolutely loved it 🥰

LIKES: I want to start off by saying I loved that this book gave a spot light to curvy women and also curvy women being loved the right way. THATS A HUGE PLUS FOR ME! I also love that this book showed a man truly investing his time into the women he was interested in and showed genuine interest in what she had going on with her life, ( no back handed comments or intimidation shown being that she was successful on her own) and showed patience with her.
Dislikes: I loved the idea of the book and the overall story however I found parts of it repetitive and some that were confusing. For example Demi and Dahlia were so hot and cold and then all of sudden they were together officially. That threw me for a loop. The ending I feel was supposed to be like a cliff hanger but for me I was just lost. It felt like the boom just ended.
Overall gave this book 3 stars. Happy reading friends 💕

Did not enjoy this one!
Demi was all over the place as well as Dahlia. Neither one of them could make up their minds about the relationship. Demi was supposed to be this boss but couldn't get Symphony under control. Too many repetitive references to looks, business dealings. I really didn't enjoy it and stopped at 75%. I will not be finishing the series unfortunately because I just couldn't connect. This one just didn't do it for me.
