More mysterious intrigue
Oh my gosh, I am so obsessed with this series! Every time I dive into this book, I just can't get enough — it's like my brain is craving more and more! Willow Creek is bursting with mystery, drama, intrigue, and suspense — seriously, it’s like a rollercoaster of emotions! And can I just say, the ending? Totally savage cliffhanger! 😧 But don’t worry, Nolen and Vanessa’s love story? Totally wrapped up, so no worries there. Still, the character development and their romance make me feel like I’ve become part of this adorable town — I just love it so much! Honestly, this series keeps hitting it out of the park. I’m counting down the seconds until I get to read what’s next! There’s still a big investigation to crack, a crime to solve, and omg, what’s up with Maverick’s mysterious attitude about Jo and her secret? I am *so* eager and buzzing with anticipation for the next book to drop. Can’t wait!

Yeah, so I want more. Already. Vanessa and Nolen give me exactly what I hoped for and yet, I’m selfish enough to want MORE! You see, they have it all. The conflict, the heat, the danger, the love, and wow do they have steam. But they also end up with more questions after every answer is found and now I need to know what’s next.
Vanessa is dealt an ugly hand, don’t get me wrong. Someone who should never have hurt her truly hates. A lot. And that someone really does need their comeuppance. Which I’m sure is coming, but now another person is in the crosshairs of more than just an angry man who thinks he’s been lied to. Oh, I’m pretty sure Jo has more trouble on her plate than she ever wanted, and I absolutely need to know what’s going on sooner, rather than later.

Book 6 in the later in life Willow Creek Security Series. This book takes it forward with another read, that draws you in keeps you engaged with the usual appealing style from this author.
I do like a read that has me having strong feelings for the characters, and I certainly had points when I wanted to tell Vanessa to get a grip. The romance as it develops between Nolan and Vanessa wouldn’t be one you think would work sometimes. However, not every relationship needs hearts and flowers, as Nolen like the other WCS guys sees his future, and will do everything to get it.
With the WCS team and their significant others backing him up Nolen can’t help eventually getting the life partner he wants.
For me this had everything I’ve come to expect from this series. EB keep them coming I’m so looking forward to the next one.

Honestly this was the worst one of the series. There was ZERO connection between the main characters. No romance. No love story. Just he shows up and is watching her house. She gets attacked. He basically moves in. There is ZERO chemistry between the two of them. The story made no sense. She was talking about the guy that attacked her got arrested and referenced that is what Nolan had told her but I don’t recall him ever saying that. Then he tells her the guy is somewhere he’ll never hurt her again. Did he kill the guy? Was he in jail? Who knows because there’s no information about it. I’ll read the last book when it comes out next month only to see if it’s any better than this one. Thankfully the stories are short and didn’t take too much of my time to read.

Nolen and Vanessa are a great couple, I enjoyed every minute. Vanessa is being blackmailed by someone close to her sister. Her sister's always been into some shady shit. It was a slow burn, but I loved it. Nolen and Vanessa know each other because Vanessa works for his friend/colleague's partners store. When Vanessa's life is put in danger it's up to Nolan to stick up and to do whatever it takes to help Vanessa live peacefully. This lead to feelings being discussed, and yes there's a HEA never worry. I cannot wait for you guys to read this book. You will not be able to put it down, read it in a little over 24 hours. I've read every book in this series and I haven't been able to put down any of them!!!

This book is part 6 of the awesome Willow Creek Security series. I have read and strongly suggest reading all the books in this series prior to reading this book.
This is Nolan and Vanessa’s story. Nolan was assigned to guard Vanessa while she is hiding out in her home. She doesn’t know he is watching and is mad when she finds out.
This book continues with the storyline from the prior books with there being something going on and they are not sure who is causing all the problems. Vanessa and her sister are in trouble but who is it and can Vanessa solve this on her own?
I can’t wait for the next installment in this mystery!

Ahhhhhhh nooooo not yet!! No big deal just me finishing the book not realizing how close the end was. Willow Creek always pulls you right back in and that might be my favorite thing about it. I soooo cannot wait for Mav's book! I have full trust Elizabella will bring it on home though, so I am not too mad, lol!
Have to mention I did a full on fist pump at one point with a loud YES cause I totally aced figuring out at least one Willow Creek mystery, pretty proud of that.
A fast read but there is a lot going on. The romance between these two is pretty fast too. I have to mention, I think starting from the very beginning is definitely the best way to appreciate Willow Creek's silver foxes.
Have to mention I did a full on fist pump at one point with a loud YES cause I totally aced figuring out at least one Willow Creek mystery, pretty proud of that.

I am loving this series and all these silver foxes will just have your heart pounding. Nolen and Vanessa certainly steamed up the pages even though Vanessa was resistant to Nolen’s help at first she soon succumbed to his charms and when she really needed his help he was there for her and a strong supporter to keep her focused on her life. This book had it all and it was just the right amount of danger, spice and intrigue and I am so eager for the next book which promises to be just as exciting as all the others in this fabulous series.

Devoted Fox by Elizabella Baker, book six in the incredible Willow Creek Security Series, absolutely delivers. Packed with action and a fast-paced, page-turning plot, this instalment balances suspense, drama, and sizzling romance beautifully. Returning to the small town of Willow Creek feels like coming home, with familiar faces adding depth and continuity to the story. Nolen and Vanessa are a fantastic couple, their chemistry undeniable and their romance both intense and heartfelt. This book left me completely satisfied and eagerly anticipating Maverick’s story in the next instalment.

What Happened?
I liked the first couple of books in the series, but the last two were off. This one, which I was looking forward to, fell flat. It moved away too fast, made little sense, and there were a handful of errors a good editor would have caught. I love the premise of the series. Love the guys. I liked most of the FMCs, but this felt rushed. I hope I fell differently about the next book.

Rating 4.5 stars. Received as an ARC and leaving my honest review voluntarily. Note that there is mention of drug abuse/addiction (but not of the MMC & FMC) and physical assault on the FMC, so sensitive readers to please read with caution. Story was fast paced and had me fully absorbed into Nolen and Vanessa's story but it felt unfinished and like it ended on a 'cliffhanger', which was a little disappointing. I'm hoping the next book uncovers the mystery and reason for the danger to Vanessa.

The two of them have a chemisrty however, it took them living in the same house for them to give in.

Enjoyed but ending surprised me
I enjoyed the book and the story although it feels a little bit of trying to bridge the previous and next books. We got a lot of background on Vanessa but I would have liked a bit more on Nolan. Also, I was caught off guard when the book suddenly ended. I was hoping for at least a bit of an explanation for Joel and Hannah. Definitely will read the last book.

Mystery, drama, intrigue and suspense once again abound in Willow Creek, but can we say cliffhanger?!! 😧Although we’re not left with a cliffhanger regarding Nolen and Vanessa’s love story, there's still an investigation to be completed, a crime to be solved, and omg what is up with the calm and reserved Maverick!? I am anxiously waiting to read the next book in the series now.

This was a suspenseful small town story filled with, blackmail, sister trouble, and romance. Nolen wanted to help and protect Vanessa, if she would only open up to him. Vanessa tried to protect her sister, until her sister turned the tables. when trouble came knocking, Nolen couldn't wait anymore. He was all in and would get Vanessa in on her secrets. I recommend this action-packed page-turner.

I love all the books written by Elizabella. This one had a very strong start and middle and I enjoyed it tremendously. I wish it would have said more what happened to Hanna and Joel. The I can’t wait for the next book. If you have not read any of her books you need to start at the beginning. They are a great read you won’t be disappointed.

Oh boy...definitely a cliffhanger. I love this series on the silver foxes. Nolan is such a great guy and Valerie is one lucky girl. I can't wait for the next book. Loved it!!!
