I was not prepared and loveeeeeeeeeed the ending! Give me more, please. I am ready! You want a short monster MM romance with a twist ending that leaves you thirsting for me? This is the book to read. Its short and quick with lots of spice. Great read to throw on your November Novella list!

Okay you go in getting DELICIOUS mm monster smut and you come out completely mind fucked and wanting more. Literally on my hands and knees, begging.
Kallum our purple shadow daddy has a mouth on him that will have you fucking SWEATING. This spice in this hit hard. Not only was the spice off the charts, let’s talk about that plot? Those little twist and turns? Yea I’m here for all of it. 10/10 I devoured this and loved every single minute of it!!

OMG! I was so lucky to receive an ARC of this book and I wish I had the time this week to have been able to read it in one sitting because everyday I was itching to finish it. I loved how hot and spicy this book was and the fact it’s not the normal MM romance I’ve read which is between two humans this is between a human and his little nightmare. Kallum will stop at nothing to protect his human and keep his safe from evil even tho Kallum is evil itself. What I truly love tho was that ending! How much I need a second book now of this story is strong! I highly recommend for anyone into MM romance, fantasy romance, and taboo.

ARC Review

Two amazing authors came together to give us a fast paced, super spicy MM X Demon novella. We have Christian, who seems like the sweet innocent boy next door, but you get hints he's had a troubled past. And we have Kallum, our demon shadow daddy that has chosen Christian as his human pet, his Little Nightmare. Kallum invades Christian's dreams and then finally makes himself known while saving Christian from bullies. Christian starts second guessing what's real and what's not anymore. The twist at the end had my jaw dropping!! I did not see that coming! Hopefully with that ending it means we have more to this story coming our way!

Kallum is a nightmare, shadow demon who latched onto Christian ever since he was a kid and innocently used an ouija board. He has known for a while that Christian is his and every night he reminds him, much to Christian’s pleasure. The problem? He keeps forgetting every day.

This was a good, spicy, short read! Kallum and his shadow’s really like Christian! 😂

This book was everything I didn’t know I needed—dark, paranormal, and full of MM romance with just the right touch of softness. The author did an amazing job keeping me guessing; just when I thought I knew where the story was headed, the twist completely surprised me. The pacing was spot on, balancing plot and heat perfectly for a story under 200 pages.

Excuse me Ma'ams!!!! I can't even process what I've just read....not in a bad way, but in a way that I'm like ummm what just happened!!! My mind is mush.

Talk about a head turning ending!! Wowww!!! like I can't even put into words, because I refuse to put spoilers in my reviews. Only thing I can say is I NEEED more!!!

Lo Gold and KT Madden have destroyed me with His to Ruin, and it takes a lot for me to finish a book that quickly, and still be questioning what I just read days later.

I don’t know if this was just cause it was my first book like this or what, but what just happened? I enjoy LO books, but this was just not for me.
I felt confused the whole book- the spice was decent, but the ending? Where did that come from? Where did demon guy come from ? I just felt confused.

Oh you definitely don't want to miss this book! 🔥 His to Ruin is a fast paced, dark novella with a sleep demon who will make you wish you had your own! 😏🤌🏼 This MM dark Romance is SPICY and will leave you on the edge of your seat!

The way this story is weaved together is so fun for me because I felt like I was picking up bread crumbs the whole book trying to figure out what it was leading up to. And WOW, did that ending leave me gagged! I could not put this book down, I devoured it in like 2 hours! I truly don't want to give any spoilers so I'd say just make sure to check the TW before diving in. 💛

LO and KT did such a wonderful job merging this story into one giant web that you won't even know you're in until it's too late!

* Holllllllllllllly smokes 🤭🤭🤭🤭 this book started out with a punch and didn’t let up. I think I was smirking through the whole thing. These two are absolutely DELISH.

* Christian my sweet babe, deals with bullsh!t about his sexuality. Has for a long time, is insecure and has bad self esteem/confidence. But he’s a total peach and we love him. Kallum, our sleep demon… what can I say about this guy, possessive, obsessed, is all in for our guy and “mine” is one of his favorite things to say. You won’t hear complaints about that from me. 😏😈 Put them together 🔥

* It’s dark, dirty, sexy, and all around a perfectly delectable ride, with a twist at the end that I for one did not see coming. I was like 😯 no wayyyyyyyyyy. I love a good surprise.

Ok so this could possibly be a spoiler depending on how you look at it, but here we go.

I went into this thinking it was a regular monster/human quick dark romance book and in the beginning it was. As the story progressed though, I slowly started becoming confused. Each chapter would have shifts in directions that had me stopping and going back to make sure I didn't skip a chapter. I want to say the last 3 chapters is where the book lost me completely. I am very familiar with LO Gold books with the turns it tends to take at the end, as well as KT Maddan books but this one? I guess you can say I didnt see it coming and not in a good way. I just dont understand why the book would turn the way it did at the end and I was thoroughly disappointed with it.

This is a fast burn spicy mm monster romance novella, with a twisted ending.
Christian needs a protector, and luckily he has a monster under the bed who watches his every move and stalks him from the shadows. Kallum the shadow daddy demon loves to play with his 'little nightmare' human, even if Christian doesn't believe in the paranormal world, and thinks his sex dreams and submission in the woods is all in his head.
Kallum will end his bullies, chase away his ex, and ruin his human in the best ways. Christian just has to decide if he wants to give in to his demon.

I was so beyond blessed to receive an ARC of this book! I only wish I’d had the time to read it all in one sitting because I was dying to finish it every single day. It’s hot, spicy, and so refreshing! I love the relationship between a demon and his little nightmare aka human. Kallum will stop at nothing to protect his human, keeping him safe from evil, even though he is evil himself. And that ending? Absolutely incredible! I’m desperate for a second book already. ARC Review. I enjoyed reading about Kallum and Christian. They are so different, but they are so good together (and hot). Christian is sweet, cute, and reserved, and Kallum is so bold, posesive, and protective. Definitely, the best part is the ending you didn't see coming, I hope there will be another book. Is a good book for Halloween/ Dia de Muertos season!

Nightmarish Monster Love with a Twist

I'm an avid fan and reader of LO Gold, but this was my first time reading anything written or co-written by K.T. At first, I wasn't sure how I felt because of things I perceived as plot holes and glaring inconsistencies. Which, admittedly, I was totally going to blame on K.T. (sorry!) in the end, but that changed when I got to the end and read the twist. And with THAT revelation in place, my opinion did a complete 180. Now, I'm still a HUGE fan of LO, and I can't wait to pick up a K.T. book and dive in head first!

So, back to Kallum and Christian... These two are so hot together! Like, tongue-wagging, cold shower needing, one handed reading HOT. And that's coming from a queer woman who's been married to her wife for nearly 20 years. I could not get enough of these two, and would have been happy for the story to keep going. In fact, I wish it would have kept going. I have questions. Like the true nature of the relationship between the real Christian and Kallum. And Lucy?? Did I sense foreshadowing of another story/co-write?! *screams in reader needs answers* 🙃🤣 I found the main characters in this novella to be funny, loveable and as realistic as characters in a dark pnr book can be, and I really meant it when I said I wish the story had kept going, or that maybe there's more to come.

There's dark themes and situations to be read here, and as I've always said, no book is worth your mental well-being!

Like I said before, this one is STEAMY af! About 50% of the book is spicë alone, but it suits the needs of this tale in particular and doesn't overpower the story itself. And for that I'm rating it a juicy, dripping 5 outta 5 🌶️'s! Bring a fan when you read this one, because you're gonna need it!
