The Lady in the Bay Window 2: More true stories from a haunted Sheffield home

Rate this book
Welcome back to the world of the paranormal.

In The Lady in the Bay Window 2, William C. Grave returns with 23 chilling new chapters of unexplained activity inside his haunted home… Number 333.

What began as fleeting footsteps and whispered voices has now escalated into something far more sinister. After months of eerie silence, sudden weeks of madness erupt… shadows move of their own accord, disembodied voices call out in the dark, full-bodied apparitions appear, and long-buried stories resurface with terrifying clarity.

This time, the investigation goes deeper. Renowned psychic medium Deborah Davies attempts direct communication with the spirits inside the house. The respected paranormal team Ghosts on Trent conducts a 24-hour lockdown, capturing disturbing evidence on camera. Meanwhile, a local historian uncovers dark secrets hidden in national and regional archives… truths about the land and its former residents who may never have truly left.

From apparitions to poltergeist activity, each encounter is told in gripping, cinematic detail… real-life accounts that will leave you questioning what lies beyond our world.

Whether you’re a believer or a sceptic, The Lady in the Bay Window 2 is a chilling sequel that will stay with you long after the final page.

Don’t miss the haunting follow-up to Amazon’s #1 best-selling paranormal book.

I’m so invested in William and his haunted house in Sheffield. I’ve listened to both this and the first book via Audible and it’s so good to hear the events told by William himself.

Lots of the events here can be seen in cctv footage or audio clips and photos on their facebook page.

Would love to see Danny Robbins investigate this one!

Great book

Once you start reading you can't stop it has you from the first line. It's so interesting to read an ordinary person view a true story that's happening in real time. I can't wait to read more. I will be looking for the podcasts and YouTube. Thank you so much for sharing.

This book is one of the best ghost stories I have read. I couldn’t put it down. Based in Sheffield, it’s the true story of ghostly happenings in a Sheffield home. If you love a chilling tale then this book is for you . You won’t be disappointed.

A fast and intriguing read, like the first book! Couldn’t wait for this to come out on Halloween. I enjoyed reading further about the happenings at 333 and the connections that were made regarding the previous tenants who lived there. I also found it interesting that the ghost hunters and mediums picked up more details to add to the mystery of who may exist in the house still to this day, as well as the account from someone who used to live across from the house. These are the stories from regular every-day people who witnessed these occurrences and it gives you a chill to think about these events which cannot be explained in any other way than paranormal activity. Also, seeing the ghostly arm reach into the baby’s crib on the Facebook page had me going! I do wonder what the ghost “took” from that crib…

I look forward next to the theatre performance around Sheffield in early 2026. Got my tickets and room booked for the night and cannot wait! I even lured a friend in to make the trip with me from Lowestoft. See you then!

Wow, what a book.

The Lady In the Bay Window 2 is definitely a must-read. The story is gripping and draws the reader into the action and madness at number 333. The book is enjoyable to read with its accounts and thoughts. I like how the author tells the story but doesn't tell you what to think... at the end of the day, it is for you to make up your own mind. You should definitely invest in this great book and the first book too.

Enjoy your read.

Thank you, author William C. Grave.

Having read and thoroughly enjoyed the first book, I couldn't wait to read the second. The detail provided around each encounter enables the reader to almost vision the house layout, provides the right tone and captivates the audience. My logical brain was trying hard to provide a rational explanation at each chapter of the book. As the book progresses to the latter chapters, I became more engrossed and couldn't put the book down, while hoping for some explanation.

If there is a negative at all, as with book 1, it leaves you wanting for more. Hoping for a 3rd book!

So fascinating and interesting!

I enjoyed this 2nd book immensely! I read it in one sitting. Just couldn't put it down. I've had a few strange things happen to me throughout the years. I'm a very strong believer in the paranormal!!!!! I'd love to travel around to many haunted locations, but due to age and finances that's become a dream that will not happen. Thank you for sharing your haunted home with us!!!!!!!
