This book was extremely interesting. If you've ever wanted to know exactly what is going on in your digestive system and how to nourish yourself in a way that will allow your body to run very efficiently, then this is the book for you. It's a very easy read. I liked all of her steps to better health and I have really enjoyed incorporating them into my every day routine. I plan on doing the cleanse part in the Spring. The recipes look really great and I love that you get to actually eat. A juice fast is just not my thing and this seems very doable. I'm not interested in the weight loss aspect, rather I want to re-set my system for optimal health and doing it over a course of a month seems like a very healthy way to do this. She lists everything in easy to do steps and gives you science based reasons for doing them.
It is a good book if you want the basics. Good info on ph,colonics,enemas,and human energy clock/qi. unfortunately, it doesn't answer all the questions you may have, but it is a good start.
