Alix (the FMC) is taking a "yes night" after finding out her twin is responsible for their future eviction. She meets Trap at a bar called Dabasement and they share a night. He has a particular flavor of fun that involves safe words and complete control.

The story ends on a cliffhanger to set you up for the series. I'm in the third book now and if you enjoy darker trauma filled romance stories with characters that dont get a break from the chaos you will probably like this series.

A very well written, Enjoyable short read, ends on a cliffhanger, very similar to a Cinderella story, but with a darker twist. Unsure if I’ll continue the series, but I am very tempted to!
