Transform your life by shifting within.

What if peace and joy weren’t something to chase, but something already living inside you?

The Shift Discovering Peace and Joy from the Inside Out shares Gabriela Sands’ journey from burnout and self-doubt to clarity, wholeness, and inner peace. Master Certified Life Coach and Whole Wellness Coach, she blends memoir with self-help to guide you back to your truest self.

Through heartfelt stories and simple practices, Gabriela shows that healing isn’t about fixing what’s wrong—it’s about remembering who you truly are. She bridges spirituality, emotional healing, and the mind-body connection to help you create lasting change from the inside out.

This book was deeply reflective and stayed with me long after I finished it. The themes of giving so much to others that you lose touch with yourself felt incredibly relatable, especially the question, “Where am I in all of this?”

I appreciated the honesty around fear, growth, and pushing past self-doubt, as well as the vulnerability in sharing personal experiences that added real depth to the journey. The practical tools especially the interaction questions and the idea of small, intentional shifts made the book feel accessible and doable, not overwhelming.

Overall, this book felt like both a mirror and a gentle guide. I’d recommend it to anyone looking to reconnect with themselves and move forward with more intention.
