This is a great book! It's very useful for learning the way specific foods affect your mental health and wellness. Not only does it explain the specific foods for improving moods and productivity, it shows how to reduce stress and brain fog. The book is full of case studies and real people who used foods to make positive changes in their lives through food and nutrition. Highly recommended!
