My 6 year old daughter loved it! It was our first book in the series so I'm sure we'll read more. I'm not sure if this is a TV show or not but it's doesn't matter, the book was easy to understand without watching. For an adult, it was kind of predictable but still cute to read. I'll buy a few more for my daughter who can't wait ri read more about these cute pets.
