Who the fence ENCLOSES: Second chance MC romance with more of the angst and all the answers.

Rate this book
Who the fence ENCLOSES is Book 2
Meanwhile, in Ponderosa Pistons Series
It finishes the story of Wrench and Tia and ends on a HEA

We all have a past. Most of us are either healing or hiding.

They say the brightest light is only visible during the darkest hours. I thought my darkest hours were behind me. In reality, they are all around me still. The hand that offered me salvation also hid a weapon – one so cruel it pierced my already bruised and fragile heart. How I shine will determine my future path where I dictate my worth. Do you want my trust and time? Earn it. Prove to me that you are worth keeping around and I might just let you linger there.
Guilt, regret, and failure. They will eat you alive from the inside out like acid if you allow it. I deserve every consequence for the pain I inflicted. My role was to protect her – all I did was punish us both with my actions.
HOPELESS, USELESS, WORTHLESS
I am LESS in every way when she’s not with me. Only trust and forgiveness are not given freely – they’re earned. If I have to spend the rest of my life doing just that, I will. I need to be better. A wrench symbol is used universally as a sign that something needs to be fixed. That something, is me.
A fence is made to divide or protect. Only the focus is not the fence itself, it is who the fence ENCLOSES that matters most.

Who the Fence Encloses continues Wrench and Tia’s story, and it is both heartbreaking and beautiful.

Saving Tia was all Wrench could think about, but believing he had failed her and broken his promise to her became too much for him to carry.

All Tia wanted was Wrench, but he left. Turning inwards, Tia begins trying to heal, although not necessarily in the way she truly needs.

The rollercoaster of emotions from the first book continues here. At one point, my love for Wrench completely disappeared, but all I can say is, thankfully, Tia has Trai and her Winchester! Honestly, one of the best moments of the book.

But then we get to see Wrench begin the healing he desperately needed too, and that was heartbreaking in an entirely different way. The pain and grief he carried felt incredibly real, and he needed the space and time to work through it. Watching his journey unfold was beautiful, especially as his healing began to intertwine with Tia’s. It felt like watching two souls who were made for each other slowly find their way back towards one another.

And Cally is an absolute favourite! That woman could run the entire show and I think everyone would either step aside willingly or risk ending up on the receiving end of her wrath! But underneath all of that, she is also the kind of best friend you would want beside you when everything falls apart. I love what she brings to this story and the dynamic she adds to the characters around her.

What Tia does on the ranch... It brings the title of the story full circle.

The ending is so freaking sweet. After such a wild emotional ride, it felt like the perfect way to close Wrench and Tia’s story.

I’m left feeling strangely honoured that I got to witness their journey, through the hurt, grief, healing, love and everything in between.

The happy ending doesn't come easy for Wrench and Tia in the second book. The first part of the book my heart was pounding and my hands clammy. Check the trigger warnings before you start this one! I loved the adrenaline ride. The story was very detailed so it was like you're really there. But there were some parts between chapters that made a to big of a jump for me. But overall it was a great ending for the story of this badass couple! Can't wait for Cally and Smoke's story in the third book. Cally was my favorite side character in book one.

Quick Summary
I was desperate to continue the story after Book 1, and this book completely pulled me in. What happened to Tia was absolutely heartbreaking and beyond comprehension, and I really connected with the honest portrayal of her healing journey. I desperately wanted Tia and Wrench to reconcile, but I understood that healing is a process and couldn't be rushed. I also loved the new characters that were introduced and the depth they added to the story. Elle's writing is incredible, and she has a way of drawing me right into the story, making me feel every emotion alongside the characters.

Who The Fence Encloses is book 2 in the Meanwhile, In Montana: Ponderosa Pistons MC series and is the conclusion of Wrench and Tia's dramatic, intense journey. And boy is it ever intense and dramatic! I would say that's putting it mildly! This couple goes through hades and back again before they get to their hea. It's absolutely heartbreaking! This author has such a way with words and she carries us in quite a journey with Wrench and and Tia's story. Characters you can't help but fall in love and completely empathize with will have you on the edge of your seat from start to finish. And then there's the Nobles! Trash, trash, trash and I would LOVE to be the one to take them out. But that's ok, they got taken care of. I thoroughly enjoyed Wrench and Tia and can't wait for book 3. I would suggest reading the trigger warnings before you start reading. There's elements that may sensitive to some readers so be sure to check. Hands down, Wrench and Tia's journey is an absolute must read!

Ooooo, Elle, you really had my emotions on a roller coaster with this book! I was ready for the daring rescue and prepared myself for the damage the kidnapping brought. I was not prepared to hate Wrench! The emotions between Tia and Wrench were so real, there were times I actually cried or cursed someone out. Not to fear though, there is a redemption arc and this book has an amazing HEA. I will say that everyone needs a friend like Trai in their lives and Tia is lucky to have her. I hope she gets her happily ever after later down the line. If you love MC, Cowboy, small town, spicy romance then this is the book for you. Just don't forget to read book 1 first! I was given an ARC copy to read and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

What a ride.
This story simply put is one that pulls at your heart strings, makes you throw your kindle, crash course in badass b*!ch 101 and has you wondering where can you snag a Motorcycle alpha man.
The story continues with my girl Tia and Wrench the hothead motorcycle ex-marine. Together they fight, struggle and become better versions of themselves, which sees their growth come with acceptance and understanding.
Bumpy roads, hard decisions, life changing experiences and crazy friendships bring this story to light and makes you appreciate the journey that Elle J. Brae takes you on.

Always remember to know your worth and shine bright like a freaking diamond.

This book follows straight on from book 1 - and it has some graphic details at the beginning please see trigger warnings before reading

Yet again another beautifully written book by this author.

Tia and Wrench's story continues in this book and what a journey they go on - heartbreak in more ways than one, therapy to past trauma and working on themselves

We also get closure for some of the topics in book 1 - Wrench's brothers death

But the best question is do they make it together or are they too broken and have to face a life alone - read the book for answers it will make you laugh, cry, OMG moments and a realisation that some relationships just aren't meant to be

They say the brightest light shows during the darkest hours. Maybe that’s why I shine brightest in the saddle—where my past can’t find me and his regret can’t touch me. But healing means facing both.

wow wow wow, what a great continuation from the last book. I felt all the emotions and found myself throwing my kindle at times and grasping it at others. I love this found family and the way Wrench and Tia’s story wrapped up was perfect.

A brilliant conclusion to Tia and Wrench's journey. What a roller-coaster of emotions.

Picking up after the cliffhanger in book 1 was heavy. So much trauma and heart break. Losing someone important had me sobbing.

Tia and Wrench had so much to work through before they came back stronger. Their connection through hardship was poignant. The complexity and character growth was perfect. The spice was so good. Well placed and not over the top.

The way certain aspects of the story tie together with others is insane. So many twists and turns. Some very dark content so check those trigger warnings.

10/10 would recommend!

Still not happy. Ugh...I didn't think we'd ever get an HEA out of these two. Not even sure they deserved it after all that...well, one of them anyway.

*SPOILER ALERT*

This book wrecked me in the best possible way. My cold, dead heart thought it was ready for the fallout after Tia’s abduction—turns out, I was not ready for Rodin, Alpha, and then Wrench Jayson Ritcher’s reaction. Holy hell.

Strap in, because this ride is wild (pun absolutely intended). Elle J. Brae can tell a damn story. Her writing is magnetic, her characters crawl under your skin, and just when you think you know where it’s heading, boom, another “didn’t see that coming” moment hits.

This is the perfect ending to Tia and Wrench’s journey. It’s about transformation after tragedy, picking up the pieces, forgiveness, second chances, love, and loss. I felt everything.

And if I can be a little sneaky here… I’m calling it now, Hammer and April's story is coming. The Ponderosa Pistons have my whole heart. More, please.
