Rebecca A. Carter is a Spain-born author and musician represented by Alex Land at MWLA. Currently living in Madrid, she dreams of moving north, ideally to the beautiful yet rainier shores of England. Her debut novel, AN INHERITANCE OF LIES, comes out on May 5, 2026 with Lake Union. She writes adult, new adult, and young adult historical fiction, romance, paranormal, speculative, fantasy, dystopias, horror, and dark academia—among many other genres. I had the opportunity to read an earlier version of this book and I can't wait to read it again when it will be finally out in the world!
Rebecca's writing is immersive and the story so gripping.
