"You have no idea what you've done to me. I've been replaying every sound you made, every way you came apart for me." His grip tightened. "I'm not letting that go. I'm not letting you go. Fuck the friendship. I want you."
I let out a little gasp. His thumb rubbed across my lower lip.
"I don't just want to f**k you—I want to keep you. You're my favorite sin, and I'll commit it again and again until you understand you're mine." His lips twitched a little. "You've always been mine, Savannah."

Not a complete series...purchased 4 books, story still doesnt end. No additional books available
While the content can keep your attention, the story drags on and on... 4 books already... and then, nothing. No ending available. Author spent so much time elaborating on characters and creating loose ends, uncovering a multitude of unresolved issues surrounding the main characters but released these books without any real ending. Waste of money. Would rather this be released with final books available than half-completed work. Unprofessional of the author and their publishing team.
My targeted advertising has been having a field day with stories like this, and I saw it’s available as a book, so just like the Beauty and the Beast themed ones, thought; let’s have a read. Why do I do this?
There were some fun scenes. There were may more terrible, unrealistic scenes. There were many many continuity errors (e.g. “stepping away” when you’re in the back of a car, daft things).
It’s hilarious and horrendous. I will not be continuing, I sometimes do that and do regret the time spent afterwards. Apparently the books expand and expand without resolution at this point, and the bizarre interpersonal dynamics are cringey and unbelievable. But it let me occupied for a day so ey. There are better published works to focus on- I hope the author reviews these stories and pulls it together into something a bit more workable.
The beautiful part of this book is that the story of the FL and ML is wonderful. However the sad part is that the story is still ongoing and hasn’t reached an ending point yet. I am having to read the new chapters which are being updated randomly waiting with anticipation as to where the story is going and how it will end. I hope the drama gets a good twist to a good ending.
At this point of the book/story from online it shows that Roman was shot and is in a coma, while pregnant Savannah is going delirious wondering when he will wake up. They are in the Blackwood manner surrounded by the General’s family and people. Tsk tsk.. what is going to happen now? When will Roman wake up? Will the truth of the family about kids not being born or women dying finally be revealed soon? What is Penny’s plan of action here? Will Lizzie and Reese get together? Too many unanswered parts of this story!

I wished they had proofread the book before publishing. It was intriguing and kept me on my toes for me to finish the book in less than 2 days. However, I was getting bored and started skimming through 70% in because it was getting repetitive. I honestly just wanted to finish this book. I’m glad I convinced myself to only purchase the first book as I almost bought the completed series on spot. I won’t be completing it.
I got hooked with an excerpt. The book needs proofreading and I’m reading other reviews that the series feels incomplete at the end so I probably won’t be continuing to the next one but I really enjoyed the WILD ride and the fact that somehow everyone is interconnected. The sibling relations in this book are not believable for shit. It’s like a bad reel short movie in book form but in the best way.
For starters I HATE Chloe. She deserves to choke on all the crap she throws at people. But I am obsessed with Savannah. Roman is cool but I hate that he is keeping so much from Savannah. He wants her but won't open up. hoping for more in book 2 and hoping Chloe and Dean gets what's coming to them.
2.5 ⭐️ The plot and storyline was ok, just a bit unrealistic with everything that goes on. The flow of the book was choppy as well and honestly needed some proofreading. Also the ending was disappointing. I wanted to love this book so much.
Liked the story and the ease of reading. It was enough to keep me wanting more. I finished the book in a day. There are a lot of grammatical errors/misspelled words that drove me crazy but didn’t stop me from wanting to read more.
Definitely had some quirks and would maybe benefit from a final grammar edit. Overall, it was a decent read. I got through most of the book in one sitting, got distracted, then came back a few weeks later to finish the last 10%.
