Gareth the oldest Knight twin is the next to get his own story, the one who is in charge of the family’s cruise liners,the twin with the womanising reputation but he’s tired of that persona, lately he has been craving a change, seeing his older brothers settling down he feels something more is out there for him so when a business opportunity comes to light he wants to deal with it himself. He meets Tess and sparks fly from the get go. Tess is a hard worker, all she’s ever known is working on the family cruise boat which she runs with her brother, her first meeting with Gareth was awkward but their chemistry wasn’t. Soon they embark on a no commitment relationship, that’s easier said than done as they can’t help how much they love being together. There are obstacles in their way as well as coming from different worlds that could hinder them and their journey was a good one to follow. A page turning story with plenty of heat, great characters and some good family dynamics. If you enjoy an opposites attract read then this is a good one. Great to get a little snippet of their future and an interesting segue to the younger twins story.

I’ve been really enjoying this series about the Knight brothers; it’s now the turn of Gareth, the elder of the twins. Having just turned 34, with the deadline imposed by his grandfather’s will looming, Gareth still enjoys playing the field & is in no hurry to settle down - especially as all the women he meets seem more interested in the money & status that goes with being connected to one of the Knight brothers than in him as a person.
Responsible for the cruise division of Knight Holdings, he is looking at partnering with local businesses who can provide upmarket excursions that could be offered to passengers on Knight cruises. Thompsons are the first company he looks at partnering with, which is run by Jake & his sister Tess. Gareth first meets Tess when he travels to Fernandina Beach to review & sign contracts for Thompsons to provide deep sea fishing trips & sunset cruises. Their meet-cute is a classic situation, which stands out for me with some great dialogue. There’s a strong connection tween them from the start, as well as an intense attraction, they’ve things in common which include a deep love of the ocean & sailing which enable a good friendship to develop between them which is inevitably going to become more.
I really liked Gareth & Tess, the main characters. I loved the story & the way the main characters developed. We meet Corinne, Gareth’s jealous ex, in the first chapter & as the story develops we discover just how far she will go to try to hold on to Gareth despite his protestations. Tess surprises Gareth (& herself?) with the way she copes with Corinne & her behaviour. I also appreciated the way Gareth & Tess realised the need for honesty & compromise in their relationship & worked things out together. It was also good to get to know Gawain a little & understand the relationship between the twins. I really enjoyed this book; the story is maybe a bit less dramatic than some of the earlier books but nevertheless it is still a great story & a great addition to the series. There’s a few hints about Gawain & his story, I can’t wait to read that when it comes out.

This is the 4th book in the series focusing on the very talented Knight brothers and once again - it is an enthralling and interesting read. The story follows the ongoing trials of the brothers who must each marry by 35, to retain their controlling status in the company.
In charge of the Cruise division of Knight Holdings, Gareth is the older twin and the one most annoyed by the marriage stipulation, as he has no interest in settling and prefers a diverse buffet of willing women.
Expanding the reach of Knight Cruises, he comes in contact with fishing excursion charter, part-owner Tess and this sets the scene for their wonderful and involved tale. And of course this story wouldn’t be complete without the machinations of Gareth’s ex-flame Corinne, to set the story ablaze!
All the characters from previous books are involved and we get to see the new cradle of women be a support to Tess and Gareth’s brothers put in their 2 cents worth to inflame his perspective. The 2 main protagonists use communication, honesty and compromise to achieve what ends up being an amazing relationship.
I look forward to reading the stories of how the remaining 3 brothers attain their women. I’ve enjoyed the respite these hours of reading has gifted me and I thank the author for giving me the opportunity to enjoy the arc and provide my voluntary review.

Their romance isn't an easy cruise
A brilliantly written story, and I'm loving this series by Kelly Thomas. It's full of great characters, wonderful chemistry, romance, family drama, intrigue, twists and a lovely HEA. I couldn't put it down, would strongly recommend & can't wait for the next Knight twin's story.

I loved this book as much as all the preceding ones and enjoyed being a witness to Garett’s coming to the realization that maybe he does want forever, but onlywith sassy and wild Tess.
Great writing, excellent characterizations, drama, passion, and so much more combined to craft an entertaining and richly captivating read. HEA.

There’s something about the way Thomas writes her characters that is so solid and real the reader feels a connection to them. Here we have Garett the playboy, resistant to commitment and Tess, a woman who is strong and intelligent, independent and unfazed by Gareth’s wealth. She doesn’t pretend, she speaks her truth and in a way she sets him free. A little drama, some scheming exes and a hard earned HEA. Another solid entry in the Knight Legacy series. I’m eager for Gawain’s story which was hinted at in the final chapter.

This is book 4 of the Knight legacy series. I liked this book as it flowed well. However, I did not enjoy the amount of information concerning the fishing and charter trade. I found that part a bit boring and I tended to skim over a lot of the parts. I liked the tension between the MCs and the road to their happiness. I recommend this book to all romance readers.

This is Book 4 in The Knight Legacy Series by this author, and can be read as a standalone. It is an opposites attract romance between Gareth and Tess. These flawed but likeable souls and the unique plot make for an enjoyable read. It is a love story with drama and steam, sexual tension and chemistry, family dynamic, and twists and turns, plus appealing secondary characters. Entertaining.

OMG let me tell you that this is one fantastic romance book that will have you swooning and hooked right off the bat. Gareth is an amazing character in an amazing romance book. Loved the romance and storyline that this book delivers.
