This is one of the better books I’ve read on intuitive decision-making. It explains how to balance data with instinct and shows that trusting your gut isn’t guesswork, it’s experience put to use. I like how it connects neuroscience with real leadership practice and gives practical ways to build and test your intuition over time. A solid, insightful read for any leader who wants to make faster, better decisions with confidence.
