This was a cute and fast holiday novella! If you're looking for a short book to get out of a reading slump or get in the holiday spirit, this might be the perfect book for you.

Supermodel Kat Sinclair has had enough of the industry. She's bold, she's unapologetic, and after years of being pushed around by others, she finally takes control of her life and what she wants to do after walking out of a photoshoot. She travels to Scotland for the holidays, a place she spent a lot of time in growing up, and runs into American Jonah Anders, an author struggling with writer's block as they become neighbors for the holidays. When a snowstorm traps both of them in and leaves Kat without heat, Jonah offers his place for Kat to stay at for the time being. As sparks fly between the two, will their connection be enough to get them through after the holiday is over, or will it fizzle out?

Something of note with this story is that the story is a novella that takes place 13 years prior to Meg Jones' tennis sports romance series, Game, Set, and Match, which is a series of interconnected standalones. Kat Sinclair is the mother of the FMC in the first book in the series, Clean Point. This isn't necessarily a spoiler for anything, given that if you read the synopsis of Clean Point and see Scottie's last name, you can put two and two together and find out they're related in some way. As someone who hasn't read Clean Point yet, I'd say that this provides a lot more background about Kat and a teensy bit about Scottie as well. I'm sure we learn more about Scottie in...well, her actual book, but you do NOT need to read the main series to understand the events of this!

I think the one thing I like the most about this story is how Jonah and Kit were able to be themselves around each other. Jonah saw Kit as more than a world-famous supermodel, and Kit saw Jonah as more than just a writer. You know when you're around people you're friends with, or you love and care about, and it just feels like every time you're with them, your worries just magically disappear and you feel as if everything around you is just a little brighter because you're with them? That's how I feel about Kit and Jonah's relationship. It was so sweet and wholesome.

The only thing I wish we got to see more of was bits and details of Jonah and Kit's life after the holidays were over. It was presented in the novella in the form of newspaper headlines and articles as they made their way in the world and went their separate ways. I understand that this was a novella and that it can't be a full-blown novel if it's only going to be a short story, but I would've loved to see more detail about each of their lives and POVs and how they felt about each other as time passed.

Overall, I enjoyed this and I can't wait to read more of Meg Jones's books in the future! This was the perfect read to get into the holiday spirit, and I'm itching to read some of my holiday books now.

⋆˙⟡ 𝒫𝓇𝑒-𝓇𝑒𝒶𝒹: I'm currently in the biggest book hangover of my life after reading Fallen City, so right now I feel like it's hard to decide what book to start next. I'm deciding to start this because it's a novella, and I'm hoping it's a cute little palate cleanser after reading a fantasy read! I also told myself I'd read more holiday romances this year, so this'll be the first one on my list🩵❄️

(Also, we're going to ignore the fact that the book already came out because I got the publishing dates mixed up and thought it came out this week instead of last week😭)

❄️ Initial Vibes
Come for the hot guy next door and the snowed-in cottage.
Stay for the commentary on bodily autonomy, career burnout, and how to leave an industry better than you found it.

🧳 What It’s About
Supermodel Kit Sinclair has had enough. Enough of photographers trying to strip her down without consent, enough of aging out of an industry at 29, enough of being the product everyone wants a piece of. She retreats to a snow-covered cottage in the Scottish Highlands—only to get fully, blizzard-level stuck.

Enter Jonah Anders, a former pro tennis coach turned struggling sports memoirist, who’s been nursing a block. He’s her neighbor, her only link to heat and companionship, and possibly the only man in the book who isn’t trying to exploit her.

Over the course of a few snowed-in days, they go from strangers to warm bodies to something more complicated and infinitely more real.

🧣 What I Loved
Kit’s quiet rage. The first scene sets the tone: a male photographer pushing her boundaries, and her walking out.

Jonah’s gentleness. Yes, he’s hot and broody, but also: he loves Christmas, makes dinner, and gives Kit space.

Aging out. Both Kit and Jonah are in fields that burn bright and fizzle fast. There’s grief and softness here for people who used to be someone.

Industry accountability. Jonah mentors young athletes. Kit founds a modeling agency with a blacklist. The third act isn’t just about them—it’s about what they do next.

That fast-burn, spicy warmth. Kisses that feel earned. Heat that means something. A book that balances “only one sled” with a fully developed sense of justice.

🎄 Vibe Check
📍 Scottish highlands
❄️ Snowed-in cottage

🪞 Ex-supermodel FMC
🔥 Open door + emotional intimacy
📘 Quick read, lasting resonance
🎁 Holiday without being saccharine

💌 Final Thoughts
This book is a snow globe: all quiet flurries and soft light until you give it a shake, and then, suddenly, it’s glittering, messy, and alive.

Meg Jones gives us a holiday romance with warmth and chemistry (LOTS of chemistry), and also about bodily autonomy, industry reform, and what happens when an industry has used you up.

If you love snowed-in tropes but wish more of them also included lines like “I believe you. That was wrong.” and “What if we made something better?”—this is your book.

✨ Rating: 5 stars
A fast-burn holiday romance with teeth. It captures the maudlin aspect of the holidays but soothes with a HEA.

Thank you to the publisher via NetGalley for this arc
- also this is my second book by this author . I read game point in August as an arc and I enjoyed it .

I liked this book - it was a 200 page novella with characters that I really liked . It was fun it was enjoyable and honestly it was cute . It was set in Scotland in a small town & like obviously had a mmc who played tennis ( this time a coach ) he never went pro . X. A fmc who is a model ( a high fashion model - a super model)

They spend Christmas together and basically fall in love ( over that time ) .

I highly reccommend this book

Im also really excited for Scottie’s book - she appears in this book . Since this book is about her mother and her coach ( years before - ANY OF THE TENNIS BOOKS TAKE PLACE + a year to 2 maybe after Scottie gets suspended from playing tennis

Thank you to Meg for providing me with an ARC of the eBook and apologies for such a late review!

A lovely short but spicy read for the festive season!

This book is set before the Game, Set and Match books but it definitely adds some value to having read these before you go for this one. Not essential but it does make it special.

These characters were just so lovely, their chemistry was there from the second they met and watching Kit and Jonah get to know each other and spend the festive season together was just so fun.

I love this romance and tennis world Meg has created and she has quickly become one of my auto-read authors. I didn’t know we were getting a novella this year so what a good wee bonus! I’ll now excitedly await Meg telling us when the next book will be, no pressure!

3.5 rounded up to 4 stars

I didn’t realize this was a series when I requested it, but the concept was interesting and sounded cute with the holidays coming up. While I did enjoy this story and how it balanced the serious elements with the romance, I do wish this story was longer. Beyond her personal family struggles, there’s something about Kit that made her come across as a bit of a cliché until we get to the bits toward the end. If I’d gotten to know some more about her beyond modeling earlier it would have helped to establish her character from the beginning. Her dynamic with Jonah was fun though and I like how they played off each other during the development of their relationship. They brought out the best in each other.

This story teeters more toward the serious/deals with some family trauma, which is a heavy focus for Kit’s development, so it isn’t all rainbows in this romance. It’s just the kind of story I like because it deals with real life struggles and how they inform relationships instead of treating them secondary to the romance. Kit and Jonah’s story mostly takes place over the course of about two weeks causing things to move rather quickly, so if you’re not a fan of something like instant love then this might not be for you. I’m always on the fence about feelings developing so quickly, but it’s kind of to be expected in the genre.

I really liked the last part of this story and if it had been expanded I think there could have been some interesting bits about Kit and Jonah’s paths after their holidays spent together. It would have been cool to see more of it play out on the page instead of the way it was presented. If you want a quick read for the holidays about two people struggling to find their way who unexpectedly fall for each other then this is it. Kit and Jonah’s story takes a surprising turn.

Listen I’ve loved every thing Meg’s written and this is no different. This is the PERFECT holiday read! I’ve always been interested in Kit since she was introduced in Clean Point and I loved getting a look at her past. It’s a fast burn and it’s sweet and spicy and full of so much longing!!!! I wasn’t expecting to run through so many emotions in 230 pages but here we are!!!!

I loved Kit and Jonah so much. They were an unsuspecting pair but they were a perfect match!! I loved that they really got to know each other in such a short amount of time. And how important that was specifically for Kit, she needed someone to see her for HER and that was exactly what she finally got from Jonah.

The ending!! The little twist! I was NOT expecting it!! But I love a full circle moment and I love love love Jonah’s reasonings for certain decisions! I love that they got their happily ever after. I also l loved seeing Kit and Scottie reunite, we know that happens from Clean Point. But seeing Scottie asking if she can change her last name to Kit’s last name 😭 it really got me!

Thank you to Meg Jones for the arc in exchange for an honest review! I am GRATEFUL!

Kit, a supermodel who’s disenchanted with her glamorous life, escapes to a remote Scottish village for the holidays—only to meet Jonah, an American tennis coach. When her cottage turns out to have no heat or hot water, Jonah offers her a place to stay, and maybe a whole lot more…

This was a fantastic novella to accompany Meg Jones’ Game, Set, and Match series! It’s brimming with cozy Christmas vibes while still delivering the emotional depth of a full-length story. The banter is sharp, the chemistry is lovely, and the writing keeps you completely engaged from start to finish, especially with that plot twist and how the author manages to convey the time passed through media snippets! This was just a wonderful, well-written story about finding love where ou least expect it and learning when to hold on and let go!

Read this if you’re wanting a quick, cozy holiday story that’s filled with warmth, longing and a well deserved happily ever after! Out November 4th!

Thank you to Meg Jones and NetGalley for the ARC. All opinions are my own!

I rate novellas out of 4. This was 3⭐️3🌶️

Short & spicy! This was super fun. I always have a good time with a Meg Jones book. Two people get stuck sharing the same holiday home for 11 days and they fuck. A LOT. Obviously you’re gonna have that insta-love component (and it’s a novella as well so that’s to be expected) - but what I DIDN’T expect was the last 20% skipping to 13 years later. The YEARNING? WHEN THEY FIRST SAW EACH OTHER AGAIN AFTER ALL THAT TIME??? HELLLLOOOO??? Immaculate. As far as holiday novellas go, I think this one is worth a look!

Over Christmas in a remote frozen Scottish village, Kit Sinclair, a supermodel on the verge of aging out, and Jonah, a writer with writer's block, end up sharing a cabin after the heat went out in her cabin. While the story is cute and spicy, it lacked any emotional depth for me. And if what you looking for is a palate cleanser from heavier fare, this book would be a good choice. 2.6 novellas are just not my style because I always need more hum. This started out very well with Kit going to Scotland to flee for the holidays, meeting Jonah. But then them two just felt very rushed. I really enjoyed the feeling of fleetingnes and tarting over and the commentary on Kits struggles as a model and a mom but the insta love kinda left me flat. Loved seeing her reconnectwith her daughter and then their reunion, that was good, although pretty wild to be 13 years away idk. I love how they were connected through Scottie and now I have to read her book because Im hooked.

I didn't read Clean Point or Game Point, but after reading about Kit and Jonah I'll definitely do this next.

This is a perfect holiday read and it's sooo easy to read!!! It's definitely a fast burn and it's sweet and spicy and filled with sooo much longing! I actually started crying when they reunited.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💫
This was a cute, holiday themed book and I love how it ties in to one of Meg’s other books that I enjoyed, Clean Point.
Kit is a British supermodel in need of a break from the public over Christmas, so she plans a spontaneous trip to the Scottish Highlands. Here she meets Jonah an American tennis coach and author with writer’s block. While trapped through a blizzard, the forced proximity leads to insta-love and spice! I liked the twist the book took at the 80% mark and how it connected into Clean Point.
Definitely a fun read to add to your holiday TBR.

This sweet and spicy holiday novella is such a beautiful accompaniment to Meg Jones‘ other work. I loved getting insight into Kit’s life to better understand the circumstances of Clean Point. While the time Kit and Jonah spent together may have been brief, their openness with each other made it easy to believe they could feel so strongly in such a short period of time. Their banter felt so real and had me smiling as I read. The love and respect these two had for each other was apparent not only in how they interacted when together but in each decision they made- together and apart. I loved how Meg covered a longer period of time with her creative use of other media to tell the story. Thank you Meg for this wonderful holiday read, and thank you for the ARC in exchange for my honest review, it was truly a pleasure!

ARC Review - 4.75 Stars

I was not prepared for the emotional punch this 200-page novella packed!

I loved Clean Point and Game Point, so I was so excited to hear that there was going to be a novella about Kit! The book starts 13 years before Clean Point when Kit decides to leave London for Christmas to spend the holidays in a remote cabin in the Scottish Highlands to get away from everything. When she arrives in Ciallach, she meets Jonah who turns out to be her hot neighbour staying in the cabin next to hers. When they get snowed in and Kit's heating stops working, he offers her the spare room in his cabin. How much can really happen when you're stuck in a cabin together over the holidays?

I loved how well these two got to actually know each other in the short time they spent together. Insta love/fast-burn is not usually something I enjoy in my books but I was right to trust Meg on this. There is so much raw emotional development between Kit and Jonah that it only felt natural for them to fall in love after spending only a short time together. I was obsessed with how absolutely gone Jonah was for Kit, especially because it had nothing to do with her looks or career, and it came through so beautifully in the writing.

I loved that we got so many snippets about Kit's life outside of the cabin and how it fits with her character in Clean Point. Even though Serving in the Snow can be read independently, I think for maximum emotional impact, you should read Clean Point first. I don't want to give any spoilers, because when I put all the pieces together, it made it even more emotional.

As usual, the side characters were also great, and I loved all the characters in Ciallach. Also, a big shoutout to Archie for his kilt lending services.

If you enjoy emotional books with spice and vulnerable characters, definitely add this book to your TBR!

This was so hard to rate. I wanted a winter, hallmark vibes book since tis the season and all that, and it did mostly give me that. I did like both MCs and was rooting for them. But so many things either made me mad or didn’t make sense. Number one I needed a little more developing of their background. Like I just felt like there wasn’t anything particularly unique or special that made them stand out as an individual character to me. I guess it’s a novella but idk I didn’t feel as connected. Number two is random but it’s set in this tiny Scottish town where she spent her childhood and had family and yet no one remembers or acknowledges her grandmother or her? Why have her go back to this place if literally not a single other soul remembers? She wasn’t purposely hiding her connection, it’s like it didn’t exist in the first place. Number three I understand her not being ready at 18 and being duped. And I know most models don’t make lots of money. But if she’s essentially Gisselle Bundchen, at some point she should have the money and the clout to get her daughter back if she really wanted to. You’re telling me she didn’t have the money to hire a PI to get the dirt on the ex sperm donor and attorneys to sue for custody? Come on. It makes me think she didn’t really want her daughter. And then I also get that it’s been a week and a half. But they clearly fell hard, pining after each other for 13 flipping years. So why couldn’t they have figured out what changes they needed to make to their life styles to make it work? She even pretty much immediately quit modeling. They lost more than a decade. He always wanted kids and didn’t get them. I appreciated older MCs and the time jump was unexpected and unique but it made me sad, not happy for then when they finally actually get together in their FORTIES and married at close to FIFTY??? Like idk maybe it’s me facing my own mortality as I inch to my mid-thirties but them getting their happily ever after at 50?!?! Atrocious to me, absolutely not, it’s a no from me dog, it was not the vibes I was wanting.

This was a cute Christmas insta-love story set in Scotland. Model Kit Sinclair is 30 and getting tired of the way she is treated by photographers and media. After a wild child life, she is beginning to reevaluate it all. Thus an impromptu trip to spend Christmas in Scotland. Unfortunately she didn’t think about how tiny the town would be, the lack of taxis, and other amenities. Enter her white knight, American tennis coach Jonah who just happens to be renting the house next door.

When her heat goes out, in classic rom com style she is forced to crash at his place as the snow keeps falling and the two begin to fall for each other. However, the deadline of returning to the real world looms over their little holiday escape and they come from two very incompatible worlds.

This was a very cute, insta-love christmas story that is high on spice and highland vibes. There are fun Scottish traditions, arguments about tea, and a too short kilt. If you’re looking for a fun popcorn read to pass some snowy hours, I absolutely recommend this book as a nice way to escape from the real world.

It's not necessarily easy to tell from the blurb how this book is going to go, because its actually connected to another book by the same author. One of the main characters, Kit, is a side character in Clean Point which is about her daughter, and this book was to give her a happy ending. As such, the book actually takes place in two parts. The first part is their snowy winter holiday in Scotland, but then it skips 13 years into the future after the other book. Having not read any of the author's other works, I feel like this is important for readers to know. With my ADHD I like to know where a book is going. But most of the first chunk is in Scotland.

Spice - There are a lot of spicy scenes. Nothing is particularly kinky, but plenty of them.

Thanks NetGalley, Victory Editing NetGalley Co-op, and author Meg Jones for a chance to read this ARC.

❀ ARC ❀ Coming this November 2025!
Serving in the Snow follows Kit —an English supermodel— and Jonah —an American tennis coach— who happen to meet in a small town in Scotland and end up being neighbours for the holidays (that's my blurb. Go read it and find out everything else! You won't regret it).
I signed up for a book, ended up in an amazing rollercoaster. And I was riding it till the end.
It's the whole package in a book: romance, christmas, small town, a bit of sports... Kind of like "The Holiday" (which is the best movie)
This is my third book by Meg Jones and she doesn't disappoint. Ever. I loved getting to know the story of Kit. I think she plotted so you'll want to go back and reread the other two (Clean Point particularly) because it's a need and a want.
It's an amazing cozy read that instantly had me travelling to a far away snowed town (while in a nonexistent Mexican autumn) feeling ready for Christmas to come. And I usually only like this type of books closer to December.
Kit is a really nice character and we get to see her growth before the story even began. I loved her modelling career and her stand towards it. And her overall development.
Jonah... I want to meet him. He's just so sweet and caring and can cook a whole Christmas dinner!
The story was romantic, funny, sweet, heartbreaking and amazing.
I did not see the end coming. I mean, I did, but not at first and it was a nice surprise.

The prequel I didn’t know I needed, Serving in the Snow was SO MUCH FUN! It features Kit, Scottie’s supermodel mom from Clean Point (and definitely grab that one if you love a good enemies-to-lovers, forced proximity sports romance), and Jonah (Jon from the same book). Kit seriously needs a break from the toxic world of abusive photographers and other modeling nightmares, so she shoots off to the Scottish Highlands at Christmas for a quiet solo holiday, without thinking much ahead…

Former tennis player, coach, and aspiring author Jonah has been hanging in the same Highlands village teaching lessons and trying to write that book. The chemistry is instant when they meet in the bar (though they don’t want to admit it), and when they turn out to be neighbors and Kit’s place needs some TLC, everything heats up.

Serving in the Snow was the perfect snowed in, forced proximity, (almost) instant connection, steamy Christmas read! I didn’t remember Jonah and Kit all that well from Clean Point, but it made no difference as I LOVED them together. The way they connected and bonded, the depth of their feelings in such a short time (yeah, some instalust for sure), how they could talk to each other, all of it just made for such a heartwarming (and hot) story. I think I would’ve loved reading this one before Clean Point but I’ll take it at this point in the series too. Highly recommend!

Serving in the Snow was such a cosy little surprise. I settled in expecting a cute holiday distraction and ended up swept right into the Scottish Highlands with Kit and Jonah like I had disappeared there for the season myself.

Kit, a supermodel on the edge of burnout, was so easy to root for. She arrives with her glamorous luggage and her completely exhausted heart, only to end up in a cottage with no heat in the middle of nowhere. Honestly, if that had been me, I would have cried once and then accepted my fate. Kit powers through it, which made me love her even more. And Jonah, the writer, and also her neighbour, who has lost every spark of creativity he once had, walks in with his quiet charm and his sl*tty little kilt in tow. Of course sparks fly. How could they not when they are trapped by a storm and left sharing a cottage, and a sled.

Their chemistry is fast and felt exactly right for their story, and the Highlands setting managed to make even that feel softer. The quiet and the snow giving sense that this tiny corner of the world has been waiting for them to cross paths.

I loved the emotional beats too. Both Kit and Jonah are running from things they no longer recognise, and watching them accidentally find something worth holding onto made the story feel surprisingly tender for a quick read.

Thanks to the author for the early read on this one. Get your mitts on this if you want some festive warmth with extra heat and emotion.

Strong 4.5 to 5
Debating on the final rating but settling on 5⭐️ for now cause:
-I read it in one day
-I loved it and only near the end I realized it’s kinda insta love which I usually hate 😅

It was my first book by Meg Jones but won’t be my last!
It was a fast read (under 24h, even less tbh), cozy and romantic. The wintery, Christmassy setting was nice, but I wouldn’t call it your typical Christmas read (I think you can read it any time you want!)
Kit and Jonah fall in love in the span of 11 days - something like a Christmas fling.
Let me tell you this: I pretty much HATE insta-love, if it’s listed as a trope, I rather skip the book, but here? I don’t know how Meg did it but the writing somehow made me not even notice it’s insta lust/love.
The winter setting was nice and cute.
It was delicious to see how Kit and Jonah’s connection developed. Don’t be thrown off by the fact that they fell in love after 11 days together. Somehow I really felt that they did fell in love with each other in such a short time. It’s all in the writing I guess ;)

The spice was nice. It was explicit but more towards the romantic writing style than hot-hot-hot one. There’s a list of spicy chapters in case you wish to skip it. Since the spice here is more of an addition, you can still read and enjoy this story with skipping the spicier scenes.

Thank you NetGalley and Meg Jones for eARC!

Meg Jones is an amazing romance author, and Serving in the Snow was an absolute slay of a forced proximity romance! From the very beginning, the dynamic between Jonah and Kit was an instant hit. How could anyone NOT love a small town in SCOTLAND with holiday romance? And as always, Meg’s spice is a level above!!

After loving Clean Point and Game Point, the world that Meg Jones has created is so compelling in its complexities and dynamics that the characters go through. Kit and Jonah certainly go through individual conflicts before, during, and after their time together. The way their lives eventually perfectly intersect is a beautiful example of the right person AND the right time.

I love how Meg’s heroines always go through real life issues. There’s so much reality in the relationship between Jonah and Kit, as well as the additional backstory of Kit’s life. I don’t want to spoil anything, but the family reveal had me SCREAMING! There was just so much goodness in this book, and while I loved reading it as we gear up for the holidays, it’s a goodie you can read and enjoy year round.

A fine, fast-paced holiday read. This novella acts as a sort of bonus prequel to Jones' Game, Set, and Match series, especially Clean Point as there is a direct connection between both the female main characters, but is not required reading before diving into those books. The first half of the story is enjoyable enough, giving Kit and Jonah a meet cute before positioning them as neighbors who are forced to cohabitate due to a heating situation, and their romantic connection quickly sparks into a physical one. Although the second half introduces some substance in the form of Kit's big secret from her past, I wish that this could have been introduced sooner to give the tale more emotional depth. The last portion skips through Kit and Jonah's years apart through the use of newspaper clippings before their eventual reunion, which doesn't allow readers to see much of their lives during this span of time. This is the second book in a row that I've read by Jones where the female main character is much more fleshed out than the male, yet a dual perspective is still employed, which feels like a bit of a waste. Cute and spicy, but not a whole lot more.

Thanks to NetGalley for providing me with an ARC of this title.

I did not go into this novella expecting to feel so many emotions in such a short amount of time! This book had me in all the feels. Especially knowing the context of Kit and Scottie's relationship from reading Clean Point, Serving In The Snow had me feeling extra emotional.

I somehow didn't initially make the connection of Jonah being Jon from Clean Point when I read the blurb for this book. The moment I had that realization, I was overjoyed. Kit's little hints of liking Jon in Clean Point were so cute, so I was so happy to know they were going to get a happy ending! I just never expected it would come after such a long devastating journey. This book had me alternating between giggling and tearing up, but it was so worth it to see Kit find that joy she was never quite able to grasp before!

This was such a quick, yet satisfying read that hit so many emotions. While it's connected to Clean Point, I think they could be read in any order! I almost wish I could read this before Clean Point so I could have the reverse moment of realization when Jon first appeared at Kit's house. I cannot wait to see what more is in store for the characters in this universe!

Out 11/4!

Thank you to Netgalley and Meg Jones for this ARC!

Okay, to preface this review, I loved Clean Point but I am not good with names, so when I finally put it together who Kit was, I was shocked. Yes, had I remembered the names of Scottie’s dad or mom, I would have remembered but again I am terrible with names so this was a fun plot twist for me, and I am so here for it. I loved Scottie’s story and I love that we got her mom’s story as well. I remembered so many little details when I made the connections and it made this book 10x better, but also it’s so good on its own. This is a classic holiday romance, where Jonah and Kit are snowed in a cabin for a week during Christmas and their connection is undeniable and their relationship is just pure adorable, but just not compatible for long term with their careers and life at the moment.

I loved going back and reading Kit’s story, it’s a little heartbreaking, but it now shows how strong Kit is from the beginning photo shoot scene. She is a great female romance lead and Jonah is also just perfect for her, especially after knowing more about him, but also his teaching styles as he got older. This book was so good, and I loved that we got it. I also loved that we got to stay in the Clean Point universe especially as we are waiting for book 3!
