I was expecting that by reading this book I would understand better on what is Bitcoin, the nature of it, and how to invest or mine Bitcoin. But those kinds of info are not available in the book and the contents in it are pretty much repetitive. Pretty disappointed given the fact that ".... for Dummies" books have a good reputation for making people understand the topics that they are curious and this book fails to deliver the expectation that I had.

This book is for anyone who wants to learn about Bitcoin and how it works. I was seriously thinking about trading Bitcoin before I read this book. Now I have a better insight I'm no longer interested. Highly recommend this book to anyone who knows little to nothing about Bitcoin. This book will open your eyes.

I'm not really sure this book delivers what it promisesg, since it states you will learn how to trade bitcoins, that part is patently false, but the introduction to bitcoin as a whole is a pretty decent introduction, and while the book does indeed talk about places to do trading of bitcoins and other digital coins, it never goes into any details on how this can be accomplished. It's more of a gentle introduction to bitcoin for the uninitiated than anything else, which is fineg, but if you picked up this book because you wanted to learn how to trade bitcoin, you're going to be disappointed. If you grabbed it thinking it could help you understand this odd craze, and what it has to offer, then you're in good hands, have at it, and be sure to share with another what you've learned, it's always good to have more folks interested in digital currencies.

I didn't find Blockchain for dummies as good as some of my friends did since I was fairly acquainted with the blockchain world by then and had known my way around. Nonetheless, it is a decent resource for people trying to enter this field filled with a sea of knowledge.

Very interesting introduction to bitcoin, digital currency and block chain technology. It helps demystify it and explains every aspect of it , so that people can approach it with caution when they want to invest in it.

Okay intro to bitcoin. Though I personally prefer "Mastering Bitcoin" (more depth; technical for programmers)/ "Cryptoassets" (Part I WHAT)/ "The Business Blockchain" (first few chapters).

Good book for 'dummies' in bitcoin. I learn many things about the foundation of bitcoin itself.

کتاب بدی نبود اما خیلی کلی گویی بود و سریع از مطالب عبور می‌کرد و نثر خیلی روانی هم نداشت

Very Meh.
Lots of info on how to log into your account (if you have one) but no real insight as to whether you might really want to bother. Very repetitive with annoying "hey I'm a boomer, isn't that cool???" references.

If you want to enter the world of bitcoin without any prior idea about bitcoin. This book is a good start. It gives you a background into the development of bitcoin and what it is, how to use it. All in all, it a good introductory book.
