I was excited to see whether this story would be as steamy as anticipated, even though I hadn’t read the previous books in the series and I’m new to Gia Colt’s work. And, to be honest, I don’t think the issue was even that I didn’t know the characters’ background.
The truth is that I couldn’t get past the beginning of the second chapter. Something about how the story developed felt off for me. I didn’t click with it, and maybe it didn’t help that the author uses third-person narration instead of character POVs. While this one wasn’t for me (and it’s unlikely I’ll give it another go anytime soon), other readers might still enjoy it.

ÉIRE: Spicy MMMF Polyamorous Quad in Ireland (Explicit Steamy Menage Book 7), my eighth (160-page) read from author Gia Colt. The story continues from the end of Burn, the familarity and comfort of the characters makes the story flow. Colt's consistency in her chararcters is great but I have to ask if this is the end? No mention of another book. “I'm voluntarily leaving a review. The gifting of this book did not affect my opinion of it. I look forward to reading more from this author.(RIP Marley January 20, 2014 - July 24, 2018).
