Small, spiral bound cookbook that has full color pictures of every recipe. Recipe's include: Homestyle Chinese Fried Rice, Class Shrimp Fried Rice, Fried Bean Thread Noodles, Pineapple Fried Rice, India Fried Rice, Thai Fried Rice, Sweet Chili Sauce Shrimp, Tangy Tamarind Shrimp, Vietnamese Caramel Fish, Sliced Fish with Mushrooms and Ginger, Quick Curried Shrimp, Tempeh and Tofu Shrimp, Shrimp Curry, Mixed Seafood with Veggies, Five Spice Chicken, Yogurt Chicken Curry, Tumeric Chicken, Thai Chicken with Basil and many more.

There are no cooking tips or how to information advice in this book...

Some of the recipes seem...complicated and more than alittle time will be involved, so that's the reason for the 4 stars.

This cookbook starts by explaining important Asian ingredients and how they are used in recipes, where they can be purchased and what can be substituted if necessary. While I hoped to find several recipes I'd make over and over, just a handful inspired me and, of those, only two were keepers.
