Hester Everill has landed her dream role at Shakespeare’s Globe - thanks to a questionable vampiric shortcut - now she just has to overcome stage fright so she can perform with her swoony co-star, Will. But when she overhears him saying he’s seen her act before, Hester is baffled, since she hasn’t been onstage since 1752.
Will Knight’s had only one thing on his mind for centuries: revenge. Stalking Hester has been fun foreplay, now it’s time for the main event. Yet when rehearsals heat up, hate tangles with desire, and suddenly Will’s struggling to keep to the script.
Meanwhile, Hester has more than opening night to worry about. She and her coven are on the trail of a dangerous sire intent on recruiting innocent thralls for his vampire brothel.
The Fanged and Flirty crew will need sharp stakes, and even sharper wits, if they want to make it out of this one (un)alive.

Just finished reading an advanced copy of a book that is about to be released on February 4th called, Biting My Knight. This story is about Hester, she is a vampire with a crush on Will, he is her so-star in the play they are going to be performing together. She keeps telling herself it can't be more than a crush, because he's a human and she's a vampire. But little does she know, Will is in her life for a reason, he's been waiting patiently for his opportunity for revenge for centuries. Not only that, but Hester and her friends are trying to stop an evil vampire from hurting a bunch of innocent humans who are being controlled under his vampire thrall before it's too late. This is the third and final book in this trilogy and I'm so sad because I loved every book in this series soo much! They're such fun and enjoyable vampire romcoms! I loved finally getting Hester's book with her backstory when she was turned into a vampire, and how Will comes into play with all this, it was so entertaining. The multiple timelines and POVs are done so well, giving perfectly timed information while reading through the story. The dynamic between Hester and Will was so cute, getting each of their inner thoughts and watching things change between them throughout the story, because their chemistry was just so undeniable. I loved getting more storyline of the characters from the previous books, I just love all these characters and I'm so sad this series is over! ❤️📚
Thank you to the author and her team for this ARC of Biting My Knight, in exchange for an honest review.
"A kiss by any other name has never tasted so sweet."
✨ Book Review - Biting My Knight by Angela Pearse ✨ ⭐ Rating: 4 / 5
📖 Spoiler-free summary: Biting My Knight follows Hester Everill, a vampire stepping back into the spotlight after centuries away from the stage, and Will Knight - her dangerously charming co-star with revenge on his mind. Told through dual timelines and dual POVs, the story weaves together theatre, tension, and a simmering enemies-to-lovers romance.
Running alongside the romance is the coven’s long-standing conflict with a dangerous sire - a threat that has loomed throughout the series - as they work to finally put an end to his manipulation and cruelty. The stakes are high, emotions run hotter, and everything builds toward a decisive conclusion.
💭 My thoughts:
This was such a fun and satisfying way to wrap up the trilogy. The overarching sire storyline - which has been present since book one - finally reaches its conclusion here, and it felt well-earned and genuinely rewarding after following it across the series.
Hester was a joy to read: witty, vulnerable, and full of heart. The dual timeline added depth to both her and Will, making their relationship feel richer and more emotionally grounded. Watching Will’s obsession with revenge unravel as real feelings crept in was one of my favourite parts of the book.
As always, the humour, spice, and coven dynamics were on point. This series has been consistently entertaining, fast-paced, and full of charm, and Biting My Knight delivered a finale that tied everything together beautifully.
Overall, a strong, enjoyable conclusion to a trilogy I’ve genuinely loved - I’ll absolutely be picking up whatever Angela Pearse writes next 🖤🩸
‘Biting My Knight’ was entertaining. The hilarious plot involved present day action about an actress with stage fright preparing for a production of Shakespeare’s play “Twelfth Night,” and how she’s fallen for a fellow thespian, then flashbacks to the Elizabethan era where she had come upon an unfortunate state of affairs. The plot’s action bounces back and forth between the centuries involving vampires and their pursuits and other goings on, including a blast from the past. Moreover, Hester and Will, the protagonists, had problems getting their relationship off the ground due to the way they met and Will’s interesting appearance at any given time. Nonetheless, I kept rooting for them. Additionally, I liked the author’s writing style: well-written and engaging characters, an interesting gothic-style setting, a fascinating storyline which included snippets of Queen Elizabeth I, and vivid descriptions which created a lively tone. Also, I received a copy for free and am giving my honest review. Overall, I liked the scintillating narrative. It was captivating.
The final book in the Fanged & Flirty trilogy was just as good as the first two!
Biting My Knight focuses on Hester, the oldest of our vampire family. I loved Hester, she is sweet and solid but has a spicy darker side that was fun to read about. Her love interest, Will, had an interesting back story that kept me hooked.
Some good lighthearted fun, with just enough drama to keep things interesting. There was just enough spice as well.
I will definitely be keeping an eye out for more books by Angela Pearse!!
I received an advanced review copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
This one genuinely had the most potential. I was geared up for vampire enemies to lovers with a revenge subplot as outlined in the blurb. Unfortunately, the blurb itself was misleading to the actual plot of the book. The thirst for revenge lasted a total of 3 seconds and the romance was rushed. I feel like the book could've been made longer to fit more elements.
Thank you to BookSirens and Angela Pearse for the ARC.
Biting My Knight by Angela Pearse was a wonderful addition to her trilogy. The book is written in a dual timeline and POV of the main characters. I loved how we had the backstory and the present day POV. It is exactly what this book needed and added to the reader's enjoyment. The banter between Hester and Will keeps you on your toes throughout. I highly recommend this book as well as the first two in the series!
As always, I was glued to the pages until the end of this third and final volume in the series. This author always manages to make me fall in love and grow fond of the characters in her novels, and with her sense of humor, she also keeps me entertained. I don't want to add anything else because I don't like spoilers, so if you want to know how it ends, you absolutely have to read this volume! It's absolutely worth it! Highly recommended.
Great dual pov story of Will and Hester - also great to see the periods of time where these two have a connection. Hester has finally met someone for her - when she realizes of their past connections - it must be fate.
Well worth the read for the third installment of the Fanged and Flirty series.
I received an advanced copy of this book for free and am leaving this review voluntarily.. Such a campy vampy series. Love these characters and am sad to see them go, but boy did I enjoy the ride!! The Shakespeare references were a great addition for Hester and Will's story.
I absolutely love this world. If you haven't read this series, this is your chance to start at book one, Flossed in Love. A fantastic start to get to know the main characters!
Hester, an aspiring actress, just landed a major role next to her crush Will. Determined not to make a fool of herself as she navigates her new role all while hunting down a ruthless enemy. Will evokes feelings that seem familiar and it scares her that she is drawn to his spiky personality while acting out her scenes with him, she can't tell if it is all an act or so much more.
Will secretly is happy to have Hester play the leading lady in the new play. Determined to keep her at arms length while plotting his unmasking. But he is roped into helping her and her friends into their plot to track down their enemy and soon discovers that Hester is more that meets the eye and his heart is determined to take notice.
Angela does an amazing job weaving separate time lines flawlessly and keeping you engaged throughout the story. The banter is bantering and the spice is spicing! Creating a cozy world with headstrong vamps and their simps who would burn down the world for them.
Read this if you like Vampires, strong sisterhood, men who simp, and a world that makes you want to stay a little bit longer.
I thoroughly enjoyed the third and final part of the series, which focuses on Hester, the oldest of the three vampires in their coven. The plot is very well written, has a good pace and takes place in different timelines, which makes the story even more exciting and comprehensible. It is a paranormal romcom with a revenge trope, full of humor, action, a touch of danger and suspense, as well as spicy love scenes (including blood play, dubcon and light MMF ménage). Hester and Will are appealing protagonists with great chemistry between them. As in the other books, I found the telepathic conversations and secret mind reading very entertaining and funny, and the slightly different approach to the subject of vampires was also amusing. I was delighted to see the characters from the previous books again and enjoy their bond and banter once more, even though I still haven't come to terms with Sadie's bossiness.
Hester Everill, formerly a lady-in-waiting to Elizabeth I and since then a vampire, has used her supernatural powers to land her dream role as Viola in a production of Twelfth Night despite her stage fright and is now travelling to London with her coven, who have come along to track down Floss's sire Alexander and eliminate him once and for all. Privately, she feels like the odd one out alongside the two couples in love. Hester has been in love with her co-star and tutor Will Knight for a while, but does not want a relationship with a human. However, Will is not actually human, but also a vampire who wants to take revenge on Hester, as it was she who turned him into a vampire against his will at Elizabeth's court. After centuries of stalking her, he now has his chance for revenge...
If you like entertaining vampire romance novels with very likable main and secondary characters, fun, action and spice, you will definitely enjoy this book. The story continues where it left off in the previous book with a cliffhanger, so I recommend reading the series in order.
I received a free ARC of this book. Opinions expressed in this review are completely my own and left voluntarily.
Hester might not be totally over her stage fright, but she’s determined to nail her performance as Viola. Her coven is so proud of her for landing the part (she definitely won’t be telling them how she actually got it), and she can’t embarrass herself in front of Will, even if he doesn’t seem to know she exists.
With the entire coven tagging along to tackle the issue of Alexander’s nefarious plot and the expedited rehearsal schedule the director has set, she won’t have time for romance anyway. Which is a shame, because Will looks really nice in tights.
This was such a cute conclusion to the series, and honestly it might have been my favorite of the installments.
The installments of this series do have to be read in order, but if you are looking for a cozy, humorous series that reads quickly and features strong female characters, it’s worth the investment.
Hester is such a joy. She has been so supportive of Floss and Sadie through the other installments; it was nice to learn more about her across both timelines, and hear things from her perspective.
Hester and Will’s narrative voices were distinct, and for the part of Hester, her voice was consistent with her representation previously. Will has been an off page character leading up to this installment, but his reflections were consistent with Hester’s observations of him, and the premise laid out in the blurb (mostly at least).
The blurb notes that Will has had revenge on his mind for centuries, and while that might be true prior to the events this narrative details, he doesn’t hold these ideals for very long once the narrative picks up.
To be honest, I stayed up far too late reading this through in a single sitting, and it was entirely worth it. This does conclude with a happy ending for all of the coven members.

💜 Blurb - To kiss or kill a vampire? That is the question. Biting My Knight is a dual timeline, dual POV vampire romance with spice, humour and undead drama. It follows on from Book 2 Enthralled By You and is the trilogy finale. ❤️ Review - This was such an enjoyable read and it follows on from where the last one left off. I love the author's writing style and the story telling was flawless. I enjoyed following the characters journey in the story and also the background characters were believable and likeable. Also the place settings in the story sounded beautiful. Overall a brilliant novel that I highly recommend to other readers. I look forward to reading more by the author. 💝 Thank you to the author, Angela Pearse for my arc ebook copy of the book in exchange for an honest review.
This trilogy ends in a way that feels both intentional and emotionally satisfying.
One of the greatest strengths of this series is how connected the three books are. Characters and conversations from the earlier installments quietly prepare you for this final story, and it is genuinely rewarding to realize how carefully everything was planned from the beginning.
Hester was a lovely protagonist to follow. In the previous books she is shy, uncertain, and often in the background, so seeing her finally step into the center of her own story was a joy. I was especially drawn to the historical storyline. The past felt more layered, emotional, and immersive than the present, and those sections were easily my favorite part of the book.
The romance itself is tender and deeply devoted. There is something very moving about a love that stretches across time, built more on loyalty and longing than on drama. Will and Hester are soft, sweet, and completely committed to each other.
My main criticism is that the book felt too short for a finale. I wanted more development in the present timeline and more time to sit with the emotional consequences of everything that happens. A little more depth and space would have easily pushed this to five stars for me.
Still, as a conclusion, it provides closure, healing, and a warm ending to a series I truly enjoyed following.

Sexy vampires and a centuries-old grudge. I love me a good revenge story!
Spice Scale 🌶️-🌶️🌶️ depending on your spice tolerance.
I literally love when authors switch back and forth between two different time periods and you’re trying to see what matches up from back then with the present. This book does it well! I love that it takes place in modern times and back in the Elizabethan Era.
Hester is our main girl, a vampire who is stage shy because of a bad crowd in 1752. She gets the lead role in Twelfth Night by Shakespeare, which she auditioned for because her crush, Will, is cast as the male lead. Now she has to act, even though she’s terrified of the stage!
Will Knight is an amazing actor and also, secretly a vampire. He has a grudge against Hester and we’re all trying to find out why! As we get glimpses into the past, we slowly start to understand!
Honestly my favorite parts were when we saw the past and how vampires were back in the 1500s. I feel like this book inspired me to read more vampire books! I keep forgetting how much I love vampires. Also their powers were cool but I felt bad for Will and his lack of control of his power.
What I would have wanted to see more of in this book is the revenge Will had in mind. I felt like it was resolved too quickly! Also, I wanted to see more of Will and Hester being an actual couple.
I received an ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review.
Hester has finally landed a role in Twelfth Night, and she's excited to act alongside her crush, Will. Though her coven's determination to follow her to London as they look to thwart Flossy's dangerous sire is certainly cramping her style. But Will has known Hester for much longer that she realizes, and he's unsure if he's going to act on his amorous feelings for her, or finally get his revenge against her.
For an actress, Hester is extremely shy. As an important lady in waiting to Queen Elizabeth I, she learned to not attract attention while balancing her vampiric nature. However, she loves acting and is quite taken with Will, though she's determined to not give into her vampiric nature around him. In comparison, Will has been stalking Hester for centuries, and he has decided it's finally time to act on his desires. The fact that he's conflicted on which desires those are gives a fun little bite to their interactions.
Biting My Knight is the enjoyable conclusion of the Fanged and Flirty series. It builds on the previous books to a very satisfying end. A wholly pleasant escapade.

Final book in the Fanged and Flirty series about a coven of vampires.
We finally get Hester's story.
Hester has got the part of her dreams at the Shakespeare globe, she just has to get over her stage fright. She also wants to impress her co star Will who she has a crush on.They met in the Elizabethan Era,but she doesn't remember him,he remembers her very well and has been stalking her since then.
Will hates Hester and has been waiting to get his revenge on her for a long time. The attraction he has for her gets in the way of his revenge. Then he realises his true feelings and they both eventually get to their happily ever.
Love this series.
The bond between Hester,Sadie,Floss is amazing. The whole gang pull together to take down the enemy. There is lots of banter, spice, laughter, emotions, found family, great friendships, love, romance and a happily ever after.
Going to miss this series.

Firstly I should like to say thank you for my ARC of this book received via BookSirens. So interesting how this series has read for me and this is my personal opinion. Book 1 was 5 stars, Book 2 4.5 stars and this Book 3 was 4 stars. While I love the characters, the stories and the writing this book did not enthrall me like I hoped it would. I liked it very much and would definitely recommend it and it was a great final of the trilogy. I think it might have been the flashbacks in this one and the little bits of Olde English which is weird since I was raised in England. I loved the references to Shakespeare but Hester writing for him...maybe that was a little bit too much for me. The chemistry between Hester and Will was undeniable as portrayed in words by the author. They painted a picture of emotions that I could see. I am truly happy I read this trilogy and I hope that we get more vampire books from this author in the very near future.
I had an ARC of this but it took me an age to get round to reading it which is very much my bad. I can't believe that this was my 7th Angela Pearse ARC.
This was so sweet OMG! A vampire/vampire romance, Angela you spoiled us. I'm so sad that this is the last book 😭. I loved this series so much. When I got my ARC of the first one I didn't expect that I'd be reading the last one whilst away at uni in my first big boy flat. The way all the side characters from previous books came together was masterful. This plot was lush.
As always, I love the cover. All the details are amazing. The designer did such a good job.
The tension didn't quite hit the same as it did in the previous book because I knew a certain someone would be leaving the villa with it being the last book. Him leaving the villa was still incredibly satisfying. I've been waiting for it since the first book and the wait was so worth it.
I cannot wait to see what Angela drops in my inbox next.

This was absolutely adorable. I haven't read the first 2 books in this series but I definitely need to circle back to them! Hester is so endearingly sweet and when she's turned into a vampire against her will in 1560 she had no choice but to roll with the punches 😏 Some of those punches include her turning a handsome knight against his will herself 🥴 After hundreds of years apart Will had a grudge to pay 😂 This has spice but it is minimal. I think 2 scenes to be exact and not too graphic if that's not your scene 🖤 You could easily skip them and still enjoy the story 💗 Sadie seems like a spitfire and a little selfish but I'm dying to read her story! And Floss seems like another sweetheart. Both of them have stories in the previous 2 books of the series so I would recommend starting there! ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 📚 overall story 🌶️.5 spice level 1st person POV Multiple POVs
Wow, poor Hester did not have a consensual making and it sure was a rough time there for a while after. Now she’s dreaming of being an actor all while hiding among humans.
I loved the dynamic with her friends and how they stood together through facing their enemy.
Will is actually so funny in his pursuit for revenge that you can’t help but root for Hester. Luckily they share an enemy and must decide how to approach this new development.
This was such a fun vampire book with laughter, some spice, and don't forget the gore!
This is a great conclusion to the Fanged and Flirty series.
I voluntarily reviewed this after receiving a complimentary copy.
Hester, a vampire and actress, is in London with her costar Will for their latest play. She’s been harboring feelings for him, but Will seems far more focused on revenge than romance. At the same time, Hester and her coven are determined to track down Alexander—the vampire who turned her—before he can create more chaos.
Will’s plan for vengeance starts to unravel the moment his attraction to Hester gets in the way. As Hester closes in on Alexander, Will has to decide which enemy he’s truly fighting… and whether he’s willing to stand beside her when it counts.
Will he join Hester in her hunt for Alexander, or will his need for revenge tear them apart? And most importantly, will these two finally get their HEA.

I really enjoyed this as a third entry in the Fanged and Flirty series, it had that element that I enjoyed from Flossed in Love and Enthralled by You. It uses the vampire romance element in a way that wasn't predicable and I enjoyed the overall feel of the world. I enjoyed the use of the dual timeline and how it was used to tell the story. The characters were engaging and interesting and I was hooked from the first page and enjoyed what I read. Angela Pearse wrote this well and left me wanting to read more from her and the series.
I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
✨ARC read✨ Thank you to Angela for having me on her ARC team again. Reading this series has been a delight, even if I do devour them in one sitting rather than savouring them!
The third instalment of the Fanged and Flirty series tells Hester’s story, from her time in the court of Elizabeth I, and how she came to be a vampire, to the present day, trying to overcome her stage fright to perform alongside the gorgeous Will Knight.
We also reach the conclusion of the main storyline that has run through all 3 books - finding Floss’ sire and seeking revenge. Will the coven manage it, or will they fall at the final hurdle?
A thrilling story with a generous pinch of spice ❤️
Book 3 of the Fanged and Flirty series. For maximum enjoyment read the books in series order.
'Biting My Knight is a dual timeline, dual POV vampire romance set in present day and Elizabethan London. Perfect for readers who enjoy fast-paced paranormal romances with spice, humour and undead drama.'
The characters were very appealing and likeable and quirky and fun. Plot was intriguing and exciting and well paced. World building continues to excel and impress. Another great addition to the series. Enjoyed immensely and highly recommend.

The third and final Fanged and Flirty book, and I feel like I’m about to be ghosted by my coolest friends. An unapologetically campy paranormal romance with the perfect amount of witty, lighthearted charm. The hardest part of the book was reaching the final chapter. This world was so easy to sink into, and the personalities of the characters even easier. If you want a fast-paced, high-energy, completely ridiculous read, stay away from this one. You might accidentally have a good time.
In this final installment of the Fanged and Flirty trilogy, vampire actress Hester has a serious crush on her costar, Will. When they have to go to London for a performance, Hester's coven takes the opportunity to finally track down their longtime enemy, Alexander. The story alternates between Hester and Will's points of view in the present as well as Hester's point of view in her early vampire days in Elizabethan England.
I loved Hester's point of view; she's been the quietly supportive friend for the past two installments and it was wonderful to see her personality unfold. I especially enjoyed the chapters set in the Elizabethan era. And the romance between Hester and Will was sweet (in its vampiric way). The weakest part of the novel was the coven's dealings with Alexander, which felt less integral to the rest of the story than in the earlier books. Still, I was glad to watch this trio get their happy ending.
[I received a complimentary ARC from the author. Opinions are my own.]
This is book 3 and the final in Pearse's Fanged and Flirty series. A delightful addition and conclusion to this series. This book focuses on Hester, the oldest of the vampire family. An aspiring actress who's just landed a role alongside her crush Will. Will is excited to work alongside Hester but determined to keep her at arm's length finds himself undeniably drawn to her. A great read that had me hooked for the start. Well balanced, smooth flowing storyline and great characters.
