I couldn’t have asked for a better conclusion to Mahogany’s story! The character development was real & she definitely took us on an emotional roller coaster, as book 2 starts with her still in prison for Zane’s murd3r. She is still maintaining her innocence, and this journey to prove her freedom revealed secrets, lies and deception that I truly didn’t see coming! Xavier was definitely one of my favorite characters in both books. Great read that I would recommend for those that enjoy mysterious & well written stories.

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Character continuity was key to this books success (mini series)🧐‼️Now, “Mahogany’s Serenade: A Psychological Thriller of Obsession, Betrayal & Deadly Secrets” makes more sense….the exposure of the maniacal eager beavers duo was crucial 🤯 …not perfect but a plausible segway to book two’s finale. “Echo’s After Midnight: A Psychological Thriller of Revenge, Redemption & Deadly Lies (Mahogany’s Serenade - Book 2)” was a great conclusion to the mysterious murder & the peculiar events transpired independently & between Mahogany & Xavier. But thank goodness for the tenacity of the other dynamic duo M & N🤔. Who knew🤷🏾‍♀️⁉️….📖. “Inquiring minds (me 🙋🏾‍♀️) want to know the entire storyline⁉️ “…Now I know, justice was served, relationships & families reconciled, a HEA imposed …If Mahogany’s satisfied than I’m content 😊🤷🏾‍♀️‼️

The wonderful narration started in the first book, Mahogany's Serenade and it continued in the next story in Mahogany's journey, Echoes After Midnight. Adrianne Wilson has a calm smooth voice that carries you through the excitement and tension in Echoes After Midnight audio book edition. The story took you through the Mahogany's difficult journey, trying to figure out who she can trust and who she can't. The excitement started right from the beginning of the book and kept you engaged throughout its entirety. Another must read from Kiionda.

The was my review of an ARC Audible book.

The drama! The thrilling roller coaster that is Mahogany’s life had me on the edge of my seat, wanting & needing more. I absolutely loved these books. The build up to the final reveal was so good. I did guess one of the villains, but I couldn’t fathom a reasoning so that took me by surprise.

The character and story were very well written, especially for being short books. Often when you get shorter books, the plot skips a lot and you’re left with many holes and questions that never get answered. Kiionda tied up every loose end flawlessly in my opinion.

Thank you Kiionda and Booksprout for the chance to read Echoes After Midnight.

Mahogany Sinclair s life changes after she finds herself holding a knife which had killed her ex and condemned as a murderer. There is a lot going on than it seemed. Lots of suspense to this thriller that has you on the edge of your seat. An intriguing read which is unputdownable. I received this ARC copy and recommend this book to other readers.
