The story of Dez and Justin shows how the right one, the one meant for you, can make you look at things differently. This is a familiar trope of "falling for my brother's best friend". The forever bachelor and the spoiled princess who happen to connect thru her brother are perfect for one another... It was a quick read. Light with very little conflict. The issues were there but not really delved into. This book shows that although "new seasons can be scary; doesn't mean we shouldn't do it"... I was introduced to this author and series during BRAE 2025. I plan to look into CC's catalog.
Really cute. Wish Dez would have given Jane less of a hard time having read Jane’s story first, but I understand the protectiveness of Dez cause I have a brother.
