A'Million Elite Savage, better known as Savage due to his aggressive nature on the court, was the UBA's fastest-growing favorite player. From playing basketball in sneakers he glued together, to signing a multi-million-dollar contract, A'Million embraced the money, power, fame, and groupies that came with his success with a smile. Feeling invincible, A'Million found himself in an entirely different world and quickly allowed his new surroundings to change him until he was unexpectedly traded to the Houston Wolves overnight. Outside of his career changes, A'Million's personal life began to spiral out of control, and he found his world crashing quickly. Rylan Alijah Scott had men falling at her feet daily, whether she was at work in her scrubs as a physician assistant or simply running errands. Yet the only man Rylan ever wanted was her high school sweetheart, Sinclair Rogers. However, after experiencing repeated heartbreak, Rylan finally chooses herself and feels free. After having had a rough night, Rylan decided to call it a night early and head home. However, as she rounds the corner to go home, she runs into a drunken superstar. In this portion of Courtside Confidential, we follow Savage, who is captivated by Rylan's unique beauty and her ability to see him for who he is, not what she could gain from him. Still, Rylan remains guarded, knowing that dealing with men like A'Million would only lead to her sliding down a wall of the unknown. But what happens when she gets to know the man despite the rumors and beneath the tough exterior? There's a catch. You have to sign an NDA because what happens in Courtside Confidential is strictly confidential.
A'Millon let his bestfriend/brother let death lead him to drink which lead him to met the dopest girl in his eyes. Rylan has her own money, car, and house. She didn't even know who he was, she had to goolge him and learn how to play basketball which I thought was kind of cute. Her co-worker is jealous of her because she didn't pull A'MILLON and tried to set her up for a threesome. Yana tried to curse her out for her being stupid Sinclair while doing the samething for Day-Day knowing that he was in a relationship. Her side of the family is messy and nosy. His mammy isn't any better only his little brother. They are a cute couple.
I enjoyed the storyline. I wish we could’ve gotten a little more at the end. A’Million was standing 10 toes about what mattered to him. He wasn’t out here to impress the masses. I’m happy Rylan was able to let her guard down and let a real man love her. Sinclair was horrible and so was Dayshaun for trying to keep up with the shenanigans. I didn’t care for Yana’s switch up but hey she realized her bs before it was too late. 8/10 recommend 4 ⭐️
A'Million and Rylan were so good together! They made each other better. Her friend was scandalous and I would not have given her another chance to play in my face. Especially when Rylan had made new friends with Tre and Kamals wives. I honestly would have left the aunti, cousin, and uncles alone they were very toxic and abusive.
I truly enjoyed this book from beginning to end....so much so I finished it in one day! Rylan was time enough for A'Million but between her messy aunt and cousin who both needed a chin check the had few speed bumps.
