I’m the last single LeBlanc brother—famous in New Orleans for being a successful CEO…and a total man-whore. Becoming a single dad wasn’t on my to-do list…until my one-night stand drops my newborn daughter on my doorstep.
Suddenly, my world revolves around snuggling, changing diapers, preparing bottles. I’m running on little to no sleep and can barely focus.

So when I space out during Piper’s pitch, she assumes I’m hungover. Given my reputation, I can’t blame her—but it still annoys me. So even though her pitch was great, I kick her out of my office. I don’t need complications. Especially not one as attractive as Piper.

However, gossip travels fast in the French Quarter. When Piper discovers the truth behind my exhaustion and apologizes, I give her a second chance. I invite her to my penthouse to redo the pitch…except I’m far more focused on her cleavage, her smile, and the way she instantly connects with my daughter.

I shouldn’t want Piper. I can’t afford distractions. But the more time I spend with her, the harder it is to remember that she is off limits.

Narration by Dane Anderson & Rose Dioro was great!! Loved those two!

Review:
This was a sweet, steamy, heartfelt story with so many laughable moments!!

Beckett is the bachelor CEO whose life takes a quick turn when he finds out about his newborn daughter. Watching him become a dad an adapt to the struggles of single part, while also finding such a deep love for his daughter was so heartwarming.

Piper is a fun, so sweet FMC who’s first run in with Beckett is a little rocky. I absolutely loved watching the chemistry and relationship between these two grow, but also Piper’s love for Charlotte was amazing.

Truly a great story filled with laughter, a great family support system, hilarious meddling grandparents, and just an all around wholesome love story!

Watching Beckett become a dad and fall for Piper was everything! They were so perfect together. Their story was swoony and sweet, spicy and unputdownable.

Piper was such a go getter and hard worker. I just loved how she went after what she wanted with her whole heart. Beckett had a reputation as a bit of a party guy, but once he meets his daughter he becomes the best man. I loved watching him love on his daughter. Him and Piper fall hard and fast for each other. And how could they not? If you love big family dynamics, single dad, and the best HEA, then pick this one up.

Layla Hagen has done it again! I absolutely LOVED The Single Dad! It is the sixth and final book in her The LeBlanc Brothers series. It was such a bittersweet for me saying goodbye to the LeBlanc family. I was hooked from the first few pages; I loved every moment on every page of The Single Dad it was impossible to put down. The Single Dad was one of the most enjoyable books that I have read recently. Layla Hagen is a must-read author for me. She definitely did not disappoint her readers with The Single Dad and has once again delivered an incredible story filled with everything that I love in sizzling romance stories. Who does not love hot sexy men, who make you swoon, strong females, loving families, and friends, who always support one another, and wonderful characters? I love the LeBlanc siblings. The Single Dad is a surprise baby/marketing rep/client love story between billionaire Beckett LeBlanc, CEO of the bakery branch of The Orleans Conglomerate and Piper Dawson marketing rep for MarketingPros, one of the largest marketing agencies in New Orleans. Piper has been trying to get an appointment with Beckett to present her ideas for a new commercial. Beckett learns that one of his latest one-night-stands, Ella was pregnant when Ella’s friend reaches out to Beckett to let him know about the baby. Beckett names the baby girl, Charlotte, a name that his mother always wanted to name a daughter. His assistant, Hillary helps Beckett set up the nursery at his penthouse with everything he needs. An exhausted Beckett returns to work, but unbeknownst to him his assistant scheduled a 9:00 AM meeting with Piper to pitch her ideas. Beckett shows up an hour late. Piper is annoyed and believes that Beckett is late because of his reputation for partying. Piper and Beckett run into each other later that evening at a marketing event. Things change between them and Beckett agrees to allow Piper to present her ideas again. Things heat up between Piper and Beckett as they spend time working together on the new commercial. I love how Beckett’s grandmothers take turns babysitting Charlotte until Beckett finds a nanny. Piper is already a customer at Fragrant Delights and has personalized fragrance. When Piper stops by the shop to get a refill of her favorite fragrance, Isabeau and Celine add lilac to Piper’s existing fragrance. I love the chemistry between Piper and Beckett. Conversation between Piper and Beckett flows so easily, with innuendos and playful banter, and Beckett constantly flirting with Piper. I love how Piper shares with Beckett her upbringing as an only child to older parents and the reason her long-term relationship ended and Beckett tells Piper what happened with Charlotte’s mother. I love Piper and Beckett’s love story, and all the plot twists that change their relationship. I love the changes that Beckett and Piper make in their lives to have a life with one another and everything that they are willing to do to have a life together. My favorite part is the first epilogues that are told from Beckett and Piper’s perspective. I love the location of Beckett’s proposal and what they do together following the proposal. Another favorite part is the first epilogue that is told from Piper’s perspective, it is the perfect ending of their love story. My favorite part of the story is the second epilogue told from Beckett’s perspective that takes place at Christmas five years later. It is the perfect farewell to the LeBlanc family. I loved catching up with all the LeBlanc brothers and all the new babies. It was the consummate ending of the series. Layla Hagen always manages to create the "perfect" heroine, who is a strong woman on her own, to balance out the sexy, swoon worthy men. I am not sure how she does it, but Layla Hagen has once again given her readers another amazing book. She has once again proven that she is an amazing storyteller and continues to be one of my favorite authors to read. I really enjoy how she writes her stories in the first person from the perspective of the main characters. I love knowing what the main characters are thinking and feeling. Layla Hagen creates such wonderful and memorable characters and has once again done this in The Single Dad. I love Piper and Beckett’s story and the descriptions of the New Orleans settings. I love the characters and the family dynamic in The Single Dad, the characters feel like family and friends. I love Beckett’s relationship with his niece, Bella. I enjoy all the interactions among the LeBlanc siblings and their significant others; it feels like real family love and makes me laugh at their teasing. I especially love the chat stream between Beckett and his brothers, and the one between Piper and Beckett. I loved catching up with the other characters in the series. I love Isabeau and Celine and the modified fragrance that they created for Piper which included their secret additive, lilac and how they convinced Bailey to add lilac to pralines for Piper. This page turner is filled with bittersweet and poignant moments, as well as the unexpected plot twists and surprises that I have come to love and expect in a Layla Hagen love story. The Single Dad was a wonderful love story. It was an incredible farewell to the LeBlancs. Highly recommend this incredible love story. Received an advanced copy from the author.

(I received an ARC for this book)

trigger warnings will be at the bottom of this review, to avoid spoilers
This book's main focus is on the MMC's surprise baby.

I am a SUCKER for a rich man written by this author! Specifically because I fall (so easily!) head over heels in love with their families! And I absolutely adore the Leblanc-Broussard clan! They have always been so much fun to reunite with! This one melted my heart in all the best ways! Piper is yet another fabulous addition to the family. And Beckett as a dad?! Goner! Beckett is the CEO of the bakery branch…and after spending quality time with him, it’s the perfect fit! Piper wants to bring them on as a new client, but catches him on a rough morning. What follows is apologies, a smidge of remorseful groveling, and lots and lots of heart! Him being a father is highly attractive, and Piper agrees! Everything about them just made sense, felt natural. As always, Bella is the star of the show along with the grandmothers! I’m going to miss my visits to New Orleans to be with this family.

My Favorite Quotes:
• “Nothing is going according to plan when it comes to you.”
• “Don't be too hard on yourself. We’re all going through life the first time. Some things just take longer for us to figure out.”
• “You have an effect on me unlike anyone I’ve met before. You do something to me.”
• “I’ve been looking forward to this moment all day.”
• “You went ahead and seduced me with pralines and your jacket.”
• “I have dirty thoughts no matter what you wear.”
• “You’re damn adorable.”
• “I want to f!ck you hard, and I want to hear you scream these walls down.”
• “Please, f!ck me wherever you want. I’m all yours.”
• “This is the start of something absolutely beautiful.”

A swoon-worthy single-dad finale that wraps up the LeBlanc Brothers series with heart, heat, and a baby-shaped surprise.

I really wish I could bump into one of the LeBlanc brothers in the French Quarter—purely for research purposes, obviously—because saying goodbye at book six comes with a genuinely sad heart. The Single Dad is the final, delicious instalment in the series, and what a way to end it.

Beckett LeBlanc is the successful CEO with a well-earned reputation for loving the ladies, and New Orleans’ French Quarter once again adds that intoxicating layer of atmosphere only this setting can deliver. Becoming a single dad? Not even remotely on his radar. But when a baby is suddenly placed in his arms, Beckett’s perfectly curated playboy life does a full 360—and watching him step up is everything.

Enter Piper. A brilliant businesswoman with talent, drive, and a vulnerability that slowly unfolds as she opens up about her past. A disastrous first pitch—hampered by a sleepless night, a crying baby, and some very wrong assumptions—doesn’t exactly set things off smoothly. Piper believes Beckett’s reputation has beaten him to the meeting, and sparks fly for all the wrong reasons. But when she repitches, meets his baby, and truly sees the man behind the headlines, the story lights up.

Watching Beckett and Piper navigate their growing connection is a joy. Their conversations flow effortlessly off the page, full of warmth, honesty, and simmering chemistry. Piper’s natural bond with baby Charlotte is utterly heart-melting, and Beckett’s transformation into a devoted, slightly overwhelmed dad is handled with so much charm. I especially loved the scenes centred around the magic of perfume blending—those moments add a beautiful sensory layer and feel uniquely them.

Baby Charlotte steals hearts, Piper captures souls, and Beckett proves that even the most notorious playboy can become the man you root for hardest. This is a tender, sexy, emotionally satisfying ending to a wonderful series—and one that leaves you closing the book with a smile and a sigh. 💕

This book did not disappoint. I absolutely loved everything about Beckett and Piper's story. Piper is fresh out of a 10 year relationship, that she discovered was going nowhere. He didn't want to get married or have children. Beckett is the family "man whore" who doesn't believe in relationships or marriage or having a family. One call changes his life. A one night stand that go pregnant and never called to let him know that he was going to be a father, if it hadn't been for her best friend calling, he would have never known. Beckett believes in family first and foremost. He goes to the hospital and learns everything that he can about taking care of an infant and promises his daughter, he will go the the ends of the world to protect her. Knowing his life has changed drastically, he must put his daughters needs before his own. No more women! Queue Piper! Piper is the genius of marketing. She works for a local company and is great at her job. She had heard a great deal about the Lablanc family and knows of Becketts ways of women and partying too much. One the first day and night with his new baby girl, Beckett gets an email of a last minute meeting his assistant has arranged. Leaving Charlotte with his family, he goes to the office to attend the meeting. During the meeting with Piper, he doesn't pay attention and almost falls asleep. Piper knowing his ways, lays into him about if he didn't want to hear her pitch, he could have just said no. Accuses him of partying and and having a hangover. Things really go down hill from there. These two are so much alike. I enjoyed reading their journey. It wasn't a easy one, but they are two strong characters and end up with an HEA. I highly recommend reading this book and the entire series. I promise you will fall in love with the Lablanc-Broussard family. Great job Layla Hagen! You knocked it out of the park, AGAIN!

Gah, the last of the Leblanc brothers, and boy did Layla do this one right! Beckett, now a single dad to Charlotte, add in Piper, and you have one heck of a swoony story to end this series! This is a 5 star must read!
Beckett, the last single Leblanc, finds out he now has a daughter from a one night stand. He goes and takes the baby girl, Charlotte, who is now his world. He's trying to navigate his new life, with the help of his family, but sleep is hard to come by with a newborn! When he's at work after a sleepless night, there is a meeting with a marketing person on his calendar that he didn't see and he's not sure how he will make it through the presentation. Piper enters, and he's instantly attracting to her, but he's changed his ways now, and he must resist. Though he barely paid attention to her presentation and she really lets him have it! He's done with her, until he sees her at an event, and that's where their story really begins!
Piper wants the Leblanc account so bad, but when she notices him barely paying attention during the presentation, she's furious, let's him have it and leaves. When she finds out exactly why he was distracted, she realizes her mistake and apologizes to him, and he agrees to meet her again to hear the presentation. She meets his newborn daughter, and instantly falls in love with her! And let's be honest, she's attracted to him, more than she wants to be!
Their story is definitely a must read! While I'm sad to see the Leblancs go, but if you haven't read this series, now is the time to do it! Enjoy!

- single dad
- surprise/secret baby
- workplace: he's her client
- surprise pregnancy (third act)
- no third-act breakup
- 🌶️🌶️🌶️/5
- dual pov

The final Leblanc book is here, and honestly, did Layla save the best for last? Beckett is a self-confessed playboy whose life changes overnight when he learns he has a newborn baby. With the mother signing over all rights, Beckett suddenly finds himself an instant single dad.

I went in expecting a single-dad/nanny romance, but instead, we get Piper, whom Beckett hires to work on a marketing campaign. With Beckett stretched thin, adjusting to life with a newborn, most of their time together happens outside work hours, and what starts as professional very quickly turns into something more.

Things move fast in The Single Dad, with both MCs falling hard and fast. The plot and spice are well-balanced, with some very memorable spicy moments, and what really sells it is Piper’s relationship with Charlotte. Piper does not just fall for Beckett; she fully embraces that they are a package deal.

There is a little surprise in the third act. I know people are either team hit or miss, but I am team hit, and it only strengthens their relationship for me.

The future-set second epilogue is the perfect send-off, giving us a glimpse of all the Leblancs living their happily ever after.

Thanks to Layla for the early copies. This is for a paid collaboration, so I won't include a star rating.

This book is sweet and heartwarming that really pulls at your heartstrings and makes you say 'ah' quite a bit.

Beckett, is a successful CEO who used to be a total playboy until his life gets flipped upside down when he suddenly becomes a single dad to his newborn daughter, Charlotte. Watching him navigate parenthood and become a sleep-deprived father who is completely smitten with his baby girl is just the cutest thing. His family completely support him and he has an amazing 'village' for Charlotte.

The chemistry starts off a bit rocky when Beckett and Piper first meet, but when they meet again their connection is immediate and super steamy. It’s lovely to see how Piper doesn't just fall for Beckett, but also forms this beautiful, natural bond with little Charlotte.

They have some very clear communication regarding the relationship boundaries, but I love how it all goes out the window every time they are together.

The story is a great mix of funny moments—especially with some meddling grandmothers involved, some super steamy scenes and also some really sweet parts. Piper is totalling baby crazy for Charlotte, and I think she even falls for his daughter first.

No drama, just two people who meet, want the same things and after trying to resist, they fall for each other fast and hard.

A very sweet 5 years epilogue giving updates on all the family from the series.

This may be the best Leblanc brother’s story, yet it’s the last and I hate to see them go. Bennett Leblanc thought he’d be a forever bachelor, even referring himself as a ‘man whore.’ When he found out one of his one night stands ended with a daughter who wasn’t wanted by the mother, he went straight to get her and brought her home with him. The new dad was overwhelmed to say the least, but it was nice to have a very large and supportive family. In the meantime, he was looking for and interviewing marketing specialists for his company. In walks Piper Dawson the day after he flew home with his infant daughter and had been up all night. Piper assumed he had been on a bender and was hungover. She let it be known too. That didn’t go over well but Piper found out soon after that wasn’t the case. Bennett told her he didn’t handle it well either and gave her a chance to go to his apartment to give her pitch again. He was impressed and immediately hired her. Things between them heated up quick. Coupled with the fact that Piper showed so much love and affection to his baby daughter. This book not only has plenty of heat, it is probably the best love story I’ve ever read. You’ve got to read it! And don’t forget… the grandmothers are a story all their own and they are a hoot! Happy reading!

The Single Dad
Leblanc brothers #6
Layla Hagen
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I cannot out into words how excited I was for this story. Beckett and piper are relationship gold! Known for his womanising ways, his past has finally caught up in one phone call. You’re a dad! With his life turned on its head and tiny little human taking his every waking hour, Beckett uses everything he has to keep life and his bakeries flourishing.

Enter Piper Dawson, a PR superstar that won’t stop until she can pitch to Beckett Leblanc. While the pitch goes ahead, the atmosphere is beyond frosty. She worked hard for her pitch the the man looks like he just rolled out of bed. With words and attitude Piper gets basically kicked out….. But there’s always a but!

When Piper and Beckett find themselves in the same room, she finds out the real reason behind Beckett’s bad attitude, and it changes everything. With another opportunity and a chemistry neither can deny, it’s not just a company pitch, it’s the beginning of a beautiful relationship.

While a sweet baby girl plays havoc in the Leblanc- Broussard family, it’s the push-pull that increases and strengthens everything Beckett and Piper have. She’s desperately wanted a baby, now it’s ready made…. Or is it?
Guaranteed you will fall in love with Beckett’s swooning and Pipers sweet calming nature. Charlotte pulls them all together!

📚HAPPY RELEASE DAY & BOOK REVIEW📚

Single Dad by @laylahagen_author

This is another cracking read by Layla Hagen. I'm devouring her books this January and I just love all of her billionaires.

This book sees Beckett unexpectedly become a Single Dad. He is also a CEO and leaving his playboy days behind him as puts his daughter's needs first and adjusts to fatherhood.

But when he meets Piper he falls hard. It's safe to say that their first meeting doesn't go all that well as Piper makes assumptions wrongly but we get to see Piper not only fall Beckett but also the baby girl Charlotte. This was so lovely to read and especially as she always dreamt of having a big family herself.

There were great moments from the grandmas with their meddling ways in order to bring Piper and Beckett together. They provided such humour and light-heartedness that they had me chuckling to myself with their funny ways.

I've really enjoyed my time with the Leblanc brothers as they've all coupled off and found their loves.

I can't wait to see what this author does next as she just really provides me with a lot of joy in her books. They are good stories with wholesome characters that I always just want to root for.

Another LeBlanc brother is officially off the market—Beckett Leblanc has always been known as a playboy, a man who enjoyed his one-night stands without complication. Until one of them changed everything. That single night resulted in a newborn daughter, and suddenly Beckett found himself a full-time, sole parent. Thank goodness for his one-night stand’s best friend, who tracked him down—otherwise, Beckett might never have known he was a father at all. Now he’s juggling life as a single dad while running his share of the family’s conglomerate. Enter Piper Dawson. She’s been trying—and failing—to land the marketing account for Beckett’s bakeries. When she finally meets him, Piper lets the rumors she’s heard about Beckett cloud her judgment, and the meeting ends with her insulting him. The tension doesn’t last long. One, he’s ridiculously attractive. Two, the chemistry between them is undeniable, and neither of them can seem to stay away. When they inevitably cross the line, it’s everything they imagined—and more. But Piper shouldn’t be dating a client, and Beckett shouldn't be dating at all when he’s a single father to a newborn. Some lines are easy to blur… but the consequences might change everything.

CEO of the bakery division of Orleans Conglomerate, Beckett, suddenly finds out he is a dad. He rushes to get his baby girl before her mom puts her up for adoption. He comes home and is overwhelmed by being a new dad, by everything he needs to do and everything he has to do for his little girl, Charlotte. Piper works for a marketing agency and is looking to hook up Orleans Conglomerate as a new client. She is having difficulty getting an appointment. But she finally gets one and ends up putting her foot in her mouth during the interview. Beckett needs a nanny; he is finding it difficult to juggle a baby and a CEO role. Fortunately, he has a large family to help him when required. He finds himself attracted to Piper, but he's trying not to, because he has a baby he needs to be there for and not go back to his old ways. I loved his meddling grandma's Veline and Isabeau, who run their own Fragrants Delight store.
I recieved an ARC for my voluntary, honest review for NN Book Blog. If you love a sweet single dad romance set in New Orleans with a beautiful HEA, then you will love this book. Although this is Book Six in the Leblanc Brothers series, it can be read as a stand-alone.

I definitely enjoyed reading this story as I just love a great single dad book which is one of my favorite genres to read; it just holds something special. I really liked the development of Beckett & Piper's relationship throughout the story which I adored. It was a fun, flirty and romantic book that felt real when you read every word of every chapter. Such a beautiful rollercoaster!

When Beckett's world is turned upside down after bringing his newborn daughter home, he tries to adjust to his new reality. It hasn't been an easy road but he wants to do whatever it takes to give her everything he can. Trying to juggle his personal life with his business, it's a lot to take in but he hopes to be able to do this. Piper has worked hard to be where she's at on her job and hopes to take on a new client but when she meets Beckett, they don't hit it off and she might lose what she has fought for but after learning what has been going on, she might get another chance to make things right. As time goes on, both realise that they have a lot in common and things start to shift between them. Feelings continue to grow but will it be enough in the end...

That is how you end a series! A wonderful….amazing series with a family that I truly Adore. Last up was Beckett…the last brother to fall…and fall he did. CEO Beckett just found out that he has a daughter…a brand new, new born daughter. So he embraces fatherhood head on and quickly falls in love with his bundle of joy. The same bundle of joy that is keeping him up at night. Piper is marketing and is good at her job. When she does a stellar presentation for Beckett…it doesn’t go the way she planned. These two set each other off like no other…but then she gets her second chance…in more ways than one. This was an extremely entertaining read with a perfect story. A story about family, love and everything in between. This well layered read had me at page one and never let me go. These characters had sassy banter and ohhh so hot chemistry!! This was the perfect conclusion to a series that I have Truly enjoyed. This family has entertained me so much though the years. As this series ends…I’m excited to see what this author brings us next.

Great end to a wonderful series
Beckett LeBlanc was the last single brother of this family, and never had plans to settle down. Then he got the shocking news that he was the father of a baby girl. From there, his life took a major turn. It was so great to see him step up to be a father to Charlotte and how he put that little baby first in everything. Of course that means sleepless nights for poor Beckett and that’s how he and Piper got off to a horrible start. She was trying to present something to Beckett and he was not paying her any attention. Needless to say they did not part on good terms. However they did finally clear the air about that first meeting and from there, these two just grew closer and closer. Piper was a wonderful woman who fell in love with Charlotte from the first time she saw her and poor Beckett didn’t stand a chance after that. Watching the love between these two grow was inspiring to read about. They had such passion between them and Beckett truly showed Piper how special she was to him. What a great story!

Audio/eBook Review:
The Single Dad is Beckett LeBlanc and Piper Dawson’s surprise baby, forbidden love story and its book was a bittersweet journey because this is the final book in The LeBlanc Brothers Series. I loved everything about this book from the characters to the narration and it didn’t take me long to become invested in this beautifully written story.
Piper has been desperate to get an appointment with Beckett to pitch her marketing ideas and just when she gets what she wants it looks like it’s all going to fall apart because Beckett has just found out he has a baby daughter from a one night stand………
This is a story about families, love and loyalty. I fell hard and fast for Beckett and I adored Piper but what took this book to another level was the love this family have for each other.
Dane Anderson and Rose Dioro did a great job bringing the characters and their story to life. They were spot on with the love, the passion and the banter as well as being easy to listen to.

The LeBlanc Brothers #6

The first time Piper Dawson met Beckett LeBlanc it didn't go over well. She's in marketing and went to make a pitch for his family business but she assumed with his reputation that he was hungover and had wasted her time. He kicks her out of his office.

Beckett LeBlanc is CEO of the bakery branch of The Orleans Conglomerate. With a reputation of one night stands and no desire to have kids or get married he finds out he has a newborn daughter. He's now a single dad to a baby girl named Charlotte. He is trying to do it all but running on no sleep and barely able to focus so when Piper made her pitch he spaced out and she assumed the worse.

When Piper finds out the truth she apologies and is given another chance to make her pitch. The meeting is set at his penthouse and when Piper sees his daughter she has a connection to her instantly he's surprised.
Piper and Beckett are attracted to each other but know this is business and can't cross that line. Or can they?

I loved the 2nd epilogue.

He has just found himself the single father of newborn Charlotte after a one night stand and the mother wants nothing to do with her. He wants to be the best dad in the world to her and takes great care of he.
The sleep deprived Beckett meets Piper at a marketing pitch and the initial meeting doesn’t go well she thinks he is rude and disrespectful after being out all night partying when he is actually exhausted from the baby.
The two of them are super cute, have great chemistry and despite the initial hiccup are hugely attracted to each other. Can they make things work with a newborn Beckett is certainly going to try.
I loved this couple a great ending to the LeBlanc series it has it all, love, family, sexy times ,cute children and the lilac loving grandmothers.
There is even an extended epilogue to conclude the series I loved it and can’t wait to see what Layla Hagen will bring us next.

✨ “The Single Dad” by Layla Hagen ✨

Single dad + billionaire romance = exactly what I was craving 💼👶

From the very first pages, you can feel that comfort read vibe - a story that makes you soft, not stressed. Beckett as a single dad completely won me over. The way he took care of Piper and Charlotte was everything 🥹💛

So much tenderness, care, and those small, quiet moments that make your heart melt.

There’s chemistry, there’s a classic trope (which I love, so no complaints here), there’s a billionaire with problems and a woman who enters his life a little unexpectedly… and suddenly everything feels warm.

This is not a book meant to emotionally destroy you - it’s the kind you read with a smile, thinking, “yes, this is exactly what I needed.”

👉 Billionaire romance
👉 Single dad energy at 100%
👉 The perfect comfort read for the evening

5/5⭐

A huge thank you to the author @laylahagen_author and @wordsmithpublicity for the opportunity to read and review this book 💛

I have absolutely adored the Leblanc family, and I was so sad knowing this was the final book in the series—but what an incredible way to wrap it up! From the very first page, with Beckett bringing home his little girl, I was hooked. The way he is with her will absolutely melt your heart—total single dad goals. Piper and Beckett’s first meeting doesn’t go smoothly, but Piper quickly turns things around once she realises what’s really happening. I’ve loved this family throughout the series, and the banter between the brothers is just unmatched—they definitely give Beckett a hard time, but that’s what brothers do best! The love story between Piper and Beckett completely stole my heart, and I didn’t want it to end. Layla has such a gift for keeping me captivated, and that epilogue was the perfect way to close out this amazing series.

I absolutely loved Piper and Bennett’s story — I was hooked from the very first pages. This single-dad romance was the perfect blend of heart, humor, and heat. Watching Bennett go from a notorious playboy CEO to an exhausted, smitten father was both entertaining and endearing.

Piper is smart, confident, and refreshingly understanding, and her connection with Bennett’s daughter completely melted my heart. The chemistry between Piper and Bennett is undeniable, and their banter made their interactions even more fun to read.

Bittersweet and yet a fantastic end to an amazing series. I am going to miss the quirky grandmas, and the protective males of the Leblanc clan. Really enjoyed Beckett and Piper’s story; any story that has kids and specially the circumstances surrounding Beckett’s life changing moment that is finding out you are a father, is the cherry on top and one of the reasons I enjoy reading any book of Layla. Is it a unique talent to be able to make your readers want to be part of a fictional world; and in my opinion Layla delivers every time. Beckett’s evolution from a lady’s man to a devoted and protective father made this end of series worth the wait. Poor Piper didn’t stand a chance against hot new dad, triggering more of her baby fever. At the end one got what he never thought he wanted and the other what she had been waiting for.

The last fabulous LeBlanc Brother. Beckett surprised me. He went from confirmed bachelor manwhore to totally committed, loving, awesome single Dad overnight. Charlotte’s story is heartbreaking. You’ll absolutely melt/swoon/fall in love watching Beckett take care of his newborn daughter.

Piper was awesome. Loved how the LeBlanc brothers stuck together to support Beckett. The whole family got involved to help. Another amazing story from Layla Hagen.

The world building in this series was fantastic. One of my favorite things about this series was New Orleans. The descriptions of the city were vibrant and magical. It was well written and I could see, hear, feel and at times even smell the scenes around the characters. I’m always immersed in Ms. Hagen’s characters but New Orleans became as much a character as the LeBlanc family. I discovered that I LOVE Shotgun houses.

What a wonderful way to conclude a great series—the last of the Leblanc brothers has finally found his match. Beckett was convinced he would never settle down, let alone become a father. But fate had other plans, and when he suddenly becomes a father, he vows his baby girl will always come first. Then he meets Piper, with sharp mind and sassy attitude and he’s determined to make space for her in his life.

With meddling grandparents and supportive families on both sides, these two manage to make their new relationship work. They were perfect for each other in every way. I loved that there was no unnecessary drama—just honesty and openness. This truly was a wonderful way to end the series.

I have loved reading the Leblanc Brothers series by Layla Hagen so much and following their journey to HEA. We finally get Beckett’s story in The Single Dad and it was totally worth the wait. He was totally swoonworthy as a doting, protective dad to baby Charlotte as he learned to navigate fatherhood for the first time. I enjoyed him and Piper together after they got past their misunderstanding upon their initial meeting and seeing their relationship develop into something more. Always love seeing the grandmothers and their shenanigans as well as Bella who is always a scene stealer since the beginning. Once again, Layla Hagen has written a series about a family that readers can fall in love with and wonderful love stories filled with romance and passion.

I could not wait to read Beckett and Piper’s story. It is my favourite of the series and is a well written and entertaining story which ticked all my boxes.

A fantastic read/listen I found myself drawn into the story that the author wove from the first paragraph.

Family and love is at the centre of this book and that is what takes it to another level. The relationship between the siblings made me smile.

The narrators Dane Anderson and Rose did a wonderful job. Not only are their voices easy to listen to but they bring the characters and story to life.

Their meet cute was frustrating but what follows is a roller coaster of a story that had me both shaking my head and smiling.

This is a cute ending to the Leblanc series. Beckett Leblanc is the resident party boy who finds himself a surprise single dad after a one night stand. He and Piper start off on the wrong foot when a business meeting goes sideways but it quickly becomes apparent that they have great chemistry.
This is a really cute story full of the charm and the spice you can always expect from Layla Hagen. Beckett is a true, dirty talking alpha with a good heart and he and Piper are couple goals. I loved the time jump in the epilogues as well-it was a nice way to wrap the series for all the Leblancs and their partners.
Thanks to the author for the arc in exchange for my honest review.
