Pumpkin spice, small-town nights, and the boy she swore she’d never love again...Jolie Cunningham knew there was a happily-ever-after waiting for her someday. She grew up seeing it with her parents, her extended family, her friends… but never for herself. You grow, you learn from your past, you pivot, except now she’s made a full circle, facing the one man that broke her heart – Braden.
Braden Mitchell had a chip on his shoulder – always had, always will. Soldier, hometown hero, and infallible to most of the town. When you grew up knowing your father was a leader, your mother was known by everyone in town, you tended to have a certain confidence. Everyone falls into line— except Jolie.
And now, her stubbornness has her moving into a haunted house, avoiding him, and putting them in precarious situations together. This Halloween, when things go bump in the night, will being around Braden be the biggest ‘trick’ played on her heart… or the greatest ‘treat’?

Ginny Sterling is an avid romance writer. She lives to tell sweet, inspirational, tender tales that tug at the heart, leaving the reader smiling, laughing, or crying. Her book series include many titles such as FLYBOYS, Healing Hearts, Flirt’s Battalion, Reserve Ranch, Hotshots, and more.
Each book written is sure to be an adventure, bringing laughter and love to your heart!
JEEPERS Ginny took me on one heck of a ride in the Mystery Machine with this one! I had so many LOL moments through out this book. This is a page turner that will have you swooning, smiling, laughing and will have you getting a little spooked! I had the BEST time reading this book and I seriously didn't want it to end!
Jolie bought her first house and it needs a lot of TLC! Plus the town says it's haunted! Of course when she gets the keys the whole Flyboy family is there to lend a helping hand to get it livable. When everyone leaves for the evening things start to go bump in the night.
Braden and Jolie were together when they were younger but things didn't end well when he left to become a soldier. Now he has returned and wants to do everything he can to get Jolie to forgive him for hurting her in the past. I loved how their story came together. These two will have some great banter and will have a beautiful ending together.
This was the perfect book to start the fall season! This book made me want to watch Scooby Doo with a cozy blanket and my Iced Pumpkin Caramel Latte! I HIGHLY recommend this book!
The opening chapter was classic. I laughed until I almost cried. Jolie made her Mom feel exceptionally uncomfortable. This just set the tone for the remainder of the book, as I read it with a smile and a chuckle.
This is a sweet second chance romance starring Jolie and Braden. They have both grown up, in mind and body, since the last time they saw each other. Their last meeting did not go so well, and Jolie has not forgotten, nor forgiven Braden for his behavior. Braden is not the lame little teenage boy that he was several years ago. He is a soldier who has come home and has grown up a lot. But now he will have to convince Jolie that he is not the same guy and get her forgiveness. I immediately liked Braden.
Ginny Sterling added a little spookiness to the house on Elm Street, which added a little more humor. I always look forward to reading about the second generation from the Flyboys series. This one was short, sweet and humorous.
Thank you to the author for this ARC. I am leaving this review voluntarily.
I loved this book -- cute, with a little bit of fall-ish, spooky fun!! It was a sweet story about growing up, gaining some maturity, and finally realizing that love can keep a forever hold on your heart. Especially a love like Jolie's and Braden's. References to Scooby and the mystery solving gang had me cracking up! Yet, due to the magic of a forever love written within these pages, as well as my favorite season of cooler temps and colorful leaves, I was connected to this story in my heart. Fall is something that I never experience in my hometown's state. Physically, if I could, I would love in a climate like this. I absolutely loved "Forever Fall" and I rate this book 5 out of 5 stars. Truly, I enjoyed Sterling's heartfelt tale!!
I love the second chance these two got and I love how realistic their situation is. They were both young and weren’t mature enough for their relationship but they both grew in the time apart. I also adored that Jolie wasn’t a typical FMC. This is a dual pov, closed door romance. It is part of a series but can be read as a stand alone novel. I do highly recommend reading the parent’s stories first to make this even more special.
I love this second chance at love for Brandon and Jolie. It is sweet and heartfelt read. It is also a page tuner read to see what is going to happen next.
This was a cute second chance falling romance book! Jenny Sterling always knows exactly what we need and she gives it to us in full force! I really loved this book and the characters were so fun!!
Fun cozy fall story featuring a haunted house, an independent young woman determined to hide her fears and a protective man who comes to her rescue only to find she is there to rescue him also.
