I read and owned the WHOLE series when I was younger. I used to love them..Not so much anymore..I enjoyed them because it was a story of a girl like me, with a love of horses like me, who had adventures that I wished I had.

Book 15
A girl named Sam has been living with her aunt in a city away from the country where she had her accident. Now she is back home with her dad at their ranch. She is dying to go riding after dinner. Her dad tells her that gram will help her pack and she says why don't we unpack. He said because we are going on a cattle drive and you can ride Ace.
Wow! otamatapia It hovered like a giant dragon fly. Simile She saw a black horse shining like glass. Simile A sassy paint mare stamped and snorted in the corner. Told you he was smart.
I like that the phantom stallion will only let sam get even close to him. I like that the horse is called the Phantom Stallion. I dislike that Slocum tried to catch the satllion the years before sam came back.
I also hate that he uses sam as bait to try to follow/ catch the stallion.
