For centuries, St. Louis de Montfort’s The Love of Eternal Wisdom has been treasured by the Church but left unread by lay Catholics, especially in modern times. Its mystical language is seen as daunting, its insights obscured by archaic eighteenth-century prose. Now Catholic author and Rosary Army founder Greg Willits breathes new life into this hidden gem by weaving his own moving life story into de Montfort’s inspired words.
More than a book, this is a spiritual companion for the wounded — for anyone weighed down by trauma, burnout, doubt, or dryness of soul. It is in this volume that the first seeds of de Montfort’s Total Consecration to Jesus through Mary crackle to life, revealing the most direct path to Eternal Wisdom Himself — Jesus Christ, who longs to embrace you in His radical love and healing mercy.
In these pages, you will walk alongside Greg through his struggles, failures, and moments of grace — and discover how de Montfort’s timeless wisdom speaks directly to the wounds and questions of our own suffering, humility, trust, identity, and the aching desire to be loved by God. You will

Greg Willits has been podcasting since early 2005 and his audio and video productions have been downloaded over six million times. His works were so popular, in fact, that SiriusXM snatched him up and gave him and his wife their own 3-hour daily talk show for more than four years. He's the author of "Tied in Knots: Finding Peace in Today's World," "The New Evangelization and You: Be Not Afraid" and co-author of "The Catholics Next Door: Adventures in Imperfect Living." His weekly podcast and comic strip are available at www.GregandJennifer.com.
This was one of the best books I've ever read. I've read St. Faustina's diary 3 times, all of St. Therese works, and so many saintly devotions. I stand by my statement. This book, has changed my life.
I was sitting in my office, bored as I had little to do thus far, before I stumbled upon the video from Gabi's channel about your interview. I had never heard of you before as I was born in 2006, but I listened because Gabi called it his best interview. 10minutes in, my heart caught on fire for a love for the blessed Virgin. It felt like something in my heart was burning in passion, it was you talking about the rosary that caused this.
I decided to look you up and downloaded a free sample of your book, which I don't ever do regularly. I then bought the book, and I am amazed and down right shocked at the exact similarities in traumas, in joys and in our needs for God. You feel like a brother to me, and I've cried multiple times reading this book, and in front of the blessed sacrament in light of the revelations I was having from your book.
I want so badly to give you a handshake and a hug for your work and life, for your crosses has born much fruit and so much light. Thank you Greg.
The author manages to tie in his own life story seamlessly with the passages from St. Louis de Montfort’s “The Love of Eternal Wisdom”. I found this approach made the passages from “The Love of Eternal Wisdom” much more accessible for a modern reader. The author was vulnerable and open in a way that encouraged the reader to apply the wisdom of the Montfort passages to their own struggles.
This book is a beautiful and deeply personal memoir by Greg Willits that is mixed with excerpts and lessons learned from St Louis de Montfort’s The Love of Eternal Wisdom. I strongly recommend
I've been listening to Greg's podcast for years, so I knew I had to choose the audiobook version of his latest book to hear him read it himself (he's a great narrator in addition to writer!). I knew bits and pieces of his story from the podcast, but there was a lot I didn't know. He told it in such an interesting way - grouped both chronologically and thematically. I truly enjoyed this and found myself anxious to know what would come next.
