January 24, 2026I DNF this book, it was very messy clearly not edited properly I found so many spelling mistakes, grammar mistakes. the story had so much potential but I find maybe from inexperience and possibly age it just wasn't right for release just yet.
alot of inconsistencies, I hope this author carries on but my advice would be make sure its edited properly, check spellings and maybe get more people to Beta read, mu husband is a author i know u can't catch everything but there was so much in here its hard not to catch them.

Whilst reading this book I felt that the story overall was good, and I could see where the author was going. Although that being said there were many errors I noticed.
Chapter names were missing, it would jump from chapter 1 to chapter 4. And at one point skipped from chapter 15 to chapter 24. This I feel was an editing over sight from the author that could have been easily fixed with a more thorough edit.
I also feel that the themes of the book did not fit with the writing and choice of words and descriptions. Personally I feel the MMC and FMC did not act in the way people their ages and jobs would act. The MMC is said to be this mid 20s, strong businessman. But at no point in reading did I get this impression from him in the book. It read immature.
There also could have been more description within the story. It jumped about a lot in time frames and felt a bit all over the place as well as missing moments I feel would have improved the book. For instance, it completely skipped over the characters revealing their relationship.
