Coffee shop owner Tavy has a theory: you can tell everything about a person by their coffee order. Black coffee drinkers are efficient. Latte lovers seek comfort. But Zak—with his daily iced coffee with hazelnut syrup—is an enigma wrapped in a perfectly boring blue tie.
Every day at 2:15, he walks into Java Zen with clockwork precision, yet those hazel eyes hint at a wild side that makes her pulse race. At thirty-two and still technically married to her disaster of an ex-husband, Tavy knows she should keep her fantasies to herself. Zak's probably fresh out of college anyway, right?
Wrong. So very, very wrong.
When her past shows up uninvited (thanks, ex-husband), Zak sheds his corporate costume faster than Clark Kent in a phone booth. Suddenly, the spontaneous man behind the routine reveals himself—leather jacket, motorcycle, and a kiss that awakens parts of her she'd forgotten existed.
But here's the real kicker—this "younger" man might just be the one to show her what it feels like to be young again.
If she's brave enough to take the risk, that is.
Sometimes the best brew is the one that surprises you—especially when it comes with a side of happily ever after.
Find out what happens in this older woman / younger man age-gap romantic comedy filled with the perfect blend of sweet and steamy.
This was going to be a three star read until that ending, love a sweet happily ever after. This one felt pretty hard to get into because the romance started so suddenly. I feel I was missing the lead up to the love story. Some of the dialogue was a bit cringe and clunky, but that ending was really sweet. The author seemed to really find her flow in the last third of the book. If you like sweet and spicy rom com romance, you will like this one.
